First I would like to thank Jay for coming out to clean an extremely soiled carpet. This property was rented for 9 years to a tenant and they decided to move on. I contacted Jay to schedule an appointment in which he did. He came in on cleaning day and quickly determined what was necessary; then went to work. I was totally sure the carpet was not salvageable – oh my was I wrong. After finishing the job we looked at the carpet and I thought what a miracle. Now that the carpet is dry – it looks even better. Thank you for not up selling me and on top of that for charging me much less than the originally quoted price. Many thanks – a customer for life. Harold

While visiting my brother in Las Vegas, I called Jay’s Carpet Cleaners to clean my brother’s apartment. (My brother has a dog who had a lot of accidents from being scared on the 4th of July).
Anyway, Jay was able to help me out and had someone at my brother’s apartment 4hours later. I was shocked at how quick he could come. They did a great job. I was very pleased and happy with the service. I would definitely use them again.

The technology is state of the art: cleaning was deep and removed two stubborn stains not removed by a name competitor. Jay answered our desperation request before the holiday and arrived — between jobs — to bail us out before company arrived. I have tremendous respect for his skills and professionalism. Bravo!

Best carpet cleaning in town. State of the art equipment. Very professional. His special carpet machine gets a deeper cleaning than I have ever seen. It gets spots out better than any machine I have ever seen.
