Dr. Jeffrey Glynn was born in Hackensack, New Jersey and moved here to Las Vegas when he was eight years old. Dr. Glynn attended Ed W. Clark High School, where he played football on the state championship team his junior and senior years. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science in 1978, he continued on to the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry where he graduated with a Doctoral of Dental Surgery degree in 1981 and has maintained an interest in continuing education ever since.

My mother and brother both see Dr. Glynn, which she speaks very highly of, so it’s unfortunate that I am having to leave a bad review on what seems like a great dentist. I wasn’t satisfied with the front desk when I attempted to schedule my appointment. I called and her (didn’t catch her name) and stated that I would be a new patient, she suggested I come in for a full exam since I am a new patient. I told her that would be fine, and then asked her if they would be verifying my insurance prior to my appointment, to ensure my services would be covered. She replied, «no we do not, we have new patients call themselves.» I was extremely disappointed. This would be unacceptable at the doctor’s office I work at. We make sure to give equal treatment to all patients whether they are new or established. It is unfortunate that I did not get to see Dr. Glynn for my exams.

Dr. Glynn has been my dentist for over 20 years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Glynn and the staff. They are kind and caring. Always on time and there for me in an emergency. I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family. They are simply the best.

I cannot say more good things about Dr. Glynn and the staff. Out of all my doctors, my dentist is my favorite! The staff is so friendly and there is hardly any wait time when you arrive. My last appointment was for a cavity. I am a bit of a baby when it comes to cavity. Everything terrifies me from the shot to the drilling. yuck! I’ve actually been prescribed medication in the past to calm me down prior to a cavity fill. Unfortunately, before I found Dr. Glynn, I had a terrible cavity experience with another dentist. Well, I went in ready for the worst and, to my surprise, it was the easiest cavity I’ve every had filled! The dental hygienist made me feel comfortable prior to the procedure and then, Dr. Glynn came in and did an amazing job! It was the quickest cavity ever! I actually was embarrassed afterward for how nervous I was. Great dentist and I’ve recommended him to many people.

Wow I just finished my dentist appointment with my new dentist Dr Glynn. So glad I found him. My old dentist told me I need a couple of crowns but not Dr Glynn. Just saved me $ 2000.00. Best trip to the dentist ever and Wendy the hygienist was awesome also. Already set my next appointment. Thanks to everyone at his office for making a scary thing into something I will look forward to. My teeth feel great.

Having lived in three different states and been to lots of dentists Dr. Glynn is my favorite. His office is clean and the staff friendly. Wendy cleans my teeth. She is gentle and very kind. I used to dread having my teeth cleaned but not anymore. The ultrasonic cleaning tool they use cuts down on how much scraping and picking you might normally experience. I have had multiple fillings and a crown done in this office with no issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Glynn’s for many years now. I cannot say enough wonderful thing about this amazing practice. From the front office staff (Traci is so helpful and always has a smile on her face), to my Hygienist (Jennifer, who is gentle and kind), to the assistants and of course Dr. Glynn. They are A++ in every aspect. (Plus, who doesn’t love an office that is so beautiful, clean and calming)!!

First off let me say that I have PTSD and have been diagnosed with claustrophobia so with that said I hate to go to a dentist. I met Dr. Glynn through my Business partner and I told him I really need some work on my teeth and I need to get the old silver fillings replaced because I heard that they are not healthy. Dr. Glynn made me feel so comfortable and at ease that he would take care of me and I would be safe. I made the appointment and was very very nervous and hardly slept the night before. Dr. Glynn prescribed me some medicine to take the edge off. I took the medicine and went to his office. I felt so at ease and he was very professional and attentive to my comfort. When he finished and I went home I looked in the mirror and was so happy with my smile and the work he preformed. He also called me a couple days later so see how I felt and if I had any issues, I had never had a dentist follow up with me before. I would refer everyone to go see Dr. Glynn, I am so very happy with his work that I want to tell everyone. Very professional, attentive, caring, and a awesome dentist. Thank you Dr Glynn I will never go anywhere else.

$ 50 for a missed appointment. This is criminal!
Not having the understanding or willingness to understand that we working citizens have very complex and complicated lives is something a service-​related business should never demonstrate.
Office staff spoke with me like I was in collections and didn’t care to hear a word otherwise.
+ It’s simply not morally right to charge hard working citizens for uncontrollable and unforeseen events.
+ I and my wife work in very similar service-​related industries and would like to pose this statement, which I think is relevant to their operating philosophy:
I see clients on a daily basis via appointments only. If I charged half the clients that were unable to attend due to life circumstances, then I would be a very, very wealthy man. I ask, is this morally right? I’m not in the business of nickle-​and-​dining like Dr. Glynn’s office and operate on a higher moral plane.
After this situation, neither myself or my wife, a paying and satisfied customer of over 8 years will no longer be requiring their services. We have made sure to share our experience with our personal network of family and friends and encouraged them to seek services elsewhere. I only hope other Unilocal reviewers deeply consider my review and discover that this is a greed-​driven practice and should be avoided.

I had literally never been to the dentist and was having pain so decided it was as good a time as any to finally go in. My roommate has been going to Willow Springs and seeing Dr. Spelman for years and suggested I go here. I called and was scheduled with Dr. Glynn. Upon entry, the anxiety fridge that I was carrying on my shoulders immediately disappeared. The girl at the front desk wasn’t dismissive like most. I filled out my paper work and right on time they called me back to get started. Janice was amazing. She explained every step of the process as it happened and wasn’t judgmental (as I’d expected) to my non dentist going ness. The x-​rays and cleaning went well and I didn’t feel like I was being left out of the process at all. Dr. Glynn came in explained everything that he was suggesting and got my referrals all done very quickly. When I spoke with him, it was a discussion and I felt in control of my care the entire time. I do have some work to get done based on his recommendations. Maybe after that, I won’t be so happy with him. But for now, I definitely recommend seeing this guy, if you are looking for a new dentist in the Las Vegas area.
