I brought my son in for help with his panic attacks. My son was happy with the doctor, but his front desk lady was a little rude. She said she didn’t have my son’s appointment on file. She acted like she never talked to him about his appointment, and he talked to her a couple times. On the phone she asked for his insurance info and told him the copay had to be cash(which is a little odd) Why would he know that and have cash to pay if he never talked to her and didn’t make an appointment? The whole thing was strange but after some nudging the doctor saw him.
