Kids Kingdom

I want to like this place but I just cannot. The staff is so rude, never even say hello. My son likes to come here since he is 2 and can run around like a mad man, I want to like coming here, but it’s dirty and somewhat unsafe since everything seems jimmy rigged. Please read the reviews and try to improve your lack of customer service, cleanliness and the fact that half the toys are broken is just a no no for me.

We came here for a child’s birthday party the other day. I had never heard of this place because it is on the opposite side of the world from where I live. Upon arrival I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities. The space is filed with every toy imaginable. They have a ball pit and climbing structures that are ready to manage for small children. Other cool features are the themed play rooms and the huge supply of costumes for kids to play in. They also have a large private party room that can handle at least 40 people. .
The process were fair for each child but you can also have a discount if you have two children. The pass is an all day pass add well unlike others where you might only get 4 hours. You are able to leave the space and go grab lunch or dinner and still come back and play afterwards. Kids kingdom also has snacks and drinks available for purchase.
Kids Kingdom is very clean and all of the tips are well kept. I am contemplating just getting rid of all toys at my house and just come here once a week. Great first visit!

I have been taking my little one to Kids Kingdom since the doors first opened. We have had only the best experience with the owners, and their new staff. Any issue I bring to the staff is always handled quickly and professionally. I have noticed a few parents being a bit high maintenance, but hey, to each their own. Does the area seem to get a bit messy at times? Yes. Do the bathrooms need attention now and again? Yes. Do the children get a little unruly every now and again? Yes. Let’s face it… it’s a playroom with a lot of children who are going to do what they do best… PLAY.

Great place — clean fun toys, playground and more. Owners are really nice, too. Our local place to play when in town visiting family.

Been here for the first time and won’t be back for sure! I found her chewing on some food she found on the floor, when I looked around it was just all over the place! the guy who worked there didn’t seems to care about it, dirty place! My girl deserve a better place!

This is a great place for Kids! They have a variety of play areas and many things to keep the kids busy. It is also quite clean and well maintained. The people that work there are very nice and helpful.
We just had my sons 1^st Birthday here this month and it was a success. The week before the event, they will go over the theme and decorations you want for the party. I also wanted to bring my own decorations and they were quite accommodating. They did a fantastic job with the colorful theme I was going for. So on the day of the event, all you have to do is just set up your food. There was also a high chair available for the birthday boy. They provided drinks for kids and adults but we also brought a cooler of extra drinks. Another added bonus is that you don’t have to clean up after! But we definitely didn’t leave the place like a crazy mess.
My kids and our guests had a such great time! I highly recommend having a party at this place or just bringing your kids for some indoor fun. Thanks Kids Kingdom!

Laurie is so wonderful! She makes us feel so welcome. My niece looks forward to her time at «the park» so much. You have created an excellent and safe place for children and parents alike!

Came here for the 1^st time for my friends son’s birthday party and I LOVED IT!
All the kids that attended the party had a blast. I love how everything is childproof. They have so much toys for every kid to play with.
The different little club houses they have is fabulous. They make the cutest social media photos ever!!! lol
The party area was nice & customer services was great.
I look forward in booking a party here when I have kids :)

So this place, at first glance looks half way decent, as these indoor playgrounds go, however, the staff is seriously lacking. As other reviewers have complained about before, the guy at the desk was on his phone texting the entire time that he was signing me up and taking payment, and rarely looked up from his phone the entire time we were there. The only time he even bothered to get up was so he could walk in the back and take what i can only assume to be a personal call. His phone was literally glued to his face. In fact, at one point, another parent was asking him a question about how often the toys are cleaned, and he was so distracted by his phone that he literally ignored the question. I audibly laughed, because it was so rude, and he finally looked up, mumbled an excuse and answered her question. The toys are in okay shape, but alot of the toys in the baby area needed batteries, or were broken. In my mind, if they are really cleaning the toys nightly, then batteries should also be replaced, and broken toys either repaired or tossed out.
I was very unimpressed with this place, they really need to do something about their staff, very unprofessional, we will not be back.

I wish I could rate this facility 5 stars, but unfortunately I cannot. My daughter had an absolute blast in the ball pit and trampoline areas. We were there for 2 hours, and she did not want to leave. The major problem was that the vinyl material covering the entrance to the trampoline was ripped up. I put my hand there to check in on my daughter, and the material cut the skin under my thumbnail. It cut me so bad that I bled! I showed the problem to the staff member, and she said that she would let the owner know. I am not coming back until this issue is resolved. By the way, no apology, refund or anything else was offered.

We had both our sons birthday party here yesterday. It was so nice and clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was great and everyone had fun. The front desk person was nice and left us alone the whole time. Never hurried us out like some do at the end. I would recommend and definitely come back here again!

We love KK and regular visitors over a year. Always friendly, clean, lot’s of toys and activities. My son and I, we love this place, it is like our second home :) Owners are very polite and opened for all suggestions, they renew toys and Olga create new activities.
I like the rules — socks, no home or fast food, no toys in batut and slides area.
We met many friends there!

We used to come here all the time because it opened at 9 and was only $ 10 but recently they changed. Now it opens at 10 (like every other play place) and costs $ 12 (like every other play place). There is absolutely nothing different in a good way about this place. They don’t put a maximum age for kids coming in or if they do they don’t in force it. They hired new people who don’t in force the rules and are very rude. The lady who owns the place brings her kids who are not watched and are terrors.
I probably won’t go back because I can’t have my much younger kids being run over by the 10+ year olds that are playing and tearing the place up. Sad that they changed a bunch of stuff because now it is worse then every other play place around.

The facility and toys are pretty fun for smaller kids. It was clean. But the workers were very rude. The owner brought a small boy, her son Im assuming who was a terror. He took toys away from other kids and actually hurt my baby! The lady in charge was oblivious. I was shocked. I will never go back. If you have to bring a kid to your work then you must watch them!

Great place for kids, i love the fact that the kids have small «stops» and every corner has a difference activity, the owner are keeping the place very clean and it’s always look great, they have a snack bar and water to buy. my kids loves this place!

This place was fun to explore for my 19 month old! This facility had all kinds of different things for little ones to play with from a bouncy house to a ball pit. Even a little train to ride.
It was very clean and well maintained. The owner explained everything to us and was quite friendly!
We went around 11am and only a few children were there. Seemed to get a little more crowded by lunchtime.
We will definitely be coming back!

A wonderful indoor playground for kids. This is my son’s favorite! It is safe, open (so parents can sit anywhere and see their kiddos) and lots of creative and active themes for children to enjoy.

Came here last week to try them out and I absolutely loved it. The admission is $ 10 just like most places and socks are mandatory. This place is clean and has lots of toys for the kiddies to play with and the one thing I loved the most is that when I went, it was nice and quiet. Not too many kids which gave my daughter a chance to play with everything and not have to wait. Another plus to this place is that they open daily from 9a-​8p unlike most places that close at 6p. They offer free Wi-​Fi too which always comes in handy for us parents who wait while the kids play. Another thing I like is that the beverages and snacks they offer are at a reasonable price (the way it should be).
This place is affordable, clean, the staff is friendly and they stay open late, I will definitely be coming back more often.

Having tons of fun here!!! So much to do and so much room to do things. Guy at the counter is very nice and when someone is doing something they should not he asked them to stop nicely unlike other places we have been to. My new favorite place for Zoey!!!

The only reason I gave one star is that the facility itself is set up nicely. And also because Unilocal makes me give at least one.
My best friend and I decided to do a joint birthday party here for our two kids. Setting up the party was easy, and Tom was very nice about finding out what kind of decorations we wanted and so on and so forth. I even changed my mind on the theme a few days before, and he was totally fine with it. Okay, so far so good.
We get to the party, and right off the bat I’m being told that Tom has a stand-​offish attitude towards some of the parents, and I got that vibe also. He tells me to sign my daughter in the child column (one of the birthday kids), which I thought nothing of at the time. Towards the end of the party I walk over to the sign in sheet to get an estimate of how many kids we had, because I had a feeling we had gone over by a COUPLE (15 kid limit, then you are charged $ 12 for each kid you go over.). Well to my surprise that are 26 kids signed on that sheet. Hmmm. That’s funny, I look around and don’t see 26 kids between the ages of 8 months and 8 years (Which is what I was told when I booked the party, and asked what the age limit was for the kids counted in the party.) I ask Tom if this is accurate, and he says «Oh yea, the older kids are signed into the adult column.» Whatever. It’s close to the end of the party and I have a lot going on, so I was a little flustered.
We go to pay and are charged $ 96 over our original price for the *8* kids that were over the count. (Plus $ 30 for people who forgot to bring socks, no problem, that’s our fault.) I have also been told by MULTIPLE parents that were SPECIFICALLY TOLD to sign their teenagers in the child column. Sooo basically you lied when you told me that the teenagers were signed in the adult column. He said it’s not his responsibility to make sure the kids and adults are signed in the right columns. I beg to differ. If you are going to be taking people’s money for whoever is signed in the kid’s column, pretty sure it’s your responsibility as the business owner to check it for accuracy. I wasn’t informed that I should stand by the sign in sheet and tell people what to do, aren’t you getting paid for that?
The next day we start going over our invites and the ACCURATE count of adults, children, and teenagers that were at the party. 18 excluding the two birthday kids. So we try to call Tom for an explanation. He’s not there. The worker who answered said he would deliver the message, ok great. Call the next day, he won’t be in until the evening. Ok. So I get on the website and send an email, no response. We finally get a hold of Tom on Wednesday and are told that even though we had older kids at the party, they were playing with some of the equipment, so we had to pay for them. I wasn’t aware that 16 year old would be charged for entertaining the toddlers we had running around, and playing with them. I should have just told all the parents that if they were bringing older kids, they had to sit down and look at the ceiling the whole time we were there, so we could avoid a $ 500 party right? Babies that sat in the ball pit in adult’s laps, doing nothing but sitting there and looking around? Boom. That’ll be another $ 12. GTFO.
He offers to refund us for 4 kids, but not the full 8 that we were overcharged. Sooooo split between two party moms, that’ll be $ 24 each? No thank you. It’s not worth the gas or the frustration of having to step foot in your establishment again. If I wanted to spend $ 500 on a 3 year old’s birthday party, I would have gone to Disneyland.
NEVER AGAIN, KID’S KINGDOM. BAD, BAD BUSINESS.
