The worst optometrist’s office ever. The doctor completely botched my prescription and when I came back to have it fixed the receptionists kept telling me it «wasn’t a big deal.» The lack of professionalism was astounding. When a person cannot see, it’s a big deal. To add insult to injury, they made me wait for 3 hours before the doctor would see me to fix her mistake. Awful. Don’t come here

Dr. Michelle T. Chen is a fantastic doctor and even better person. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, friendly; really just any positive adjective you want to use. With Dr. Chen, it doesn’t feel like she’s just interested in your optical health, she genuinely seems interested in your personal well being! A visit with her is good for your eyes and soul.

Such a great staff. So friendly and cheerful from the minute you walk in. Dr. Michelle Chen is fantastic and very good with explaining things (or answering questions). Over all just a great eye doctor in Las Vegas! (Great frames too — Howard at the Lenscrafters there is great!)

The entire staff is well run and efficient. They have a couple of optical technicians on site. Both were friendly and knowledgeable throughout my eye exams. Appointments are easy to book, and the wait time was relatively quick.
Dr. Michelle Chen is one of the most courteous and professional doctors I have ever met. She will analyze any questions or concerns you may have about your vision and eye care/​health and put full effort into resolving them. She is very attentive and puts an emphasis on patient care and satisfaction. If she sees any underlying issues that may become a future problem, she will recommend the best way to remedy/​prevent them. I went back for a follow-​up several weeks later and she remembered minute details of our conversation with remarkable accuracy. Very impressive and shows that she goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care and interaction. You are doing a great job, doctor. Very admirable; keep up the good work!

Friendly and engaging staff makes the process more pleasant

The worst customer service in the world. This a large conglomerate of Optometrists that staff all the eye masters locations in town too. If you have been to eye masters it’s like a cattle call. Hurry you through your appointment so they can sell you their OH So overpriced glasses. Billing, whoa be very upfront with questions as to what is covered and what is not in your exam. Even though I did ask questions I STILL got the usual unpleasant surprises. Then trying to get it explained to you, HA. These people lie and use runaround tactics more than a politician does. I say Find a true independent Dr. that will actually take their time and care for your eyes rather than this group who is only concerned with how much they can nail you and your insurance for.

Excellently friendly staff made it very easy to book appointment (which you need) and know all the prices very quickly. Appointment started on time and went pretty fast. Only complaint is the aesthetics. TV that didn’t work while you are waiting, Dusty signs and furniture and an ugly curtain half covering a storage room that anyone waiting can plainly see.
