History

Established in 2013.

The business was started in 2013 in order to fill a need for quality property management at reasonable prices.

As we have grown and expanded over the last couple of years we have become known for our customer service and for going the extra step to ensure the owner has quality tenants that care for the property.

I have over 11 years of property management experience, having managed hundreds of properties from Boulder City to the 95 and Durango, and from Sunrise Mountain to Red Rock and every place in between.

I also own a number of rentals here in Vegas and in other parts of the country so I am very in tune with the the challenges of being an investor.

As we have grown so has our staff. We strive to find the highest quality managers and support staff available.

Business Owner

I have been doing real estate, and property management, here in the Vegas Valley since 2004. I have managed hundreds of homes over the years and have also been a top sales producer since I started in real estate.

I believe in communications, follow up, looking out for the best interest of the clients, and making lasting relationships. I also own a number of investment properties in Vegas, and other parts of the country, so I have a very good understanding of the challenges facing investors.

Although my son is grown, with a home of his own, we talk often and make it a point to go out and spend «Father/​Son» time together.

My wife is Chinese and is instrumental in assisting me with my many clients from China and Taiwan. I have many clients that do not speak English but with patience — and a good translator on my phone — I am able to communicate and have made many long and lasting friendships.
