Established in 2011.

Las Vegas Landlord was formed because its founders were tired of all the high priced, scare tactics used to cloud, cover up the truth about Screening, Notices, Evictions and Lockouts. Too many companies in the past have broadcast and publicized that they know how to perform eviction services and have fallen short or will just perform the service for you knowing in the end that it is impossible to evict because the first step (notice) was performed incorrectly,…etc.

Las Vegas Landlord will not waste your time and money, but will inform you if something is wrong and how we can correct it so you can get the best results possible. We have a simple motto, «Let’s Make Things Simple» which has allowed Las Vegas Landlord to be successful.

Naz has always prided himself in helping others. As a US Marine, Naz was assigned to HQ Battalion, Communications Unit and assisted with many different legal and support services.

Naz studied at some great universities/​colleges (Purdue University, Kaplan University, Columbus University, Palm Beach College, etc. and has obtained B.S. Electrical Engineering Management, IT Pathway Certificate, Certificate of Achievement Communications Electronics, 2542 Com Center Diploma, etc.

Naz and his wife have 4 beautify children whom are doing well in their life careers and education.
