Luxury Suites at signature was ok hotel. The room was not very clean and the fact that there is no self parking in the hotel is a little annoying. Each time you want the car you need wait for the valet to bring it upfront. Other than that the location is good, an underground path way to MGM, staff was frienly, room was big and comfortable, I have no complains.

my 3 day 2 night stay was met with three room changes, hair in all of the jacuzzi tubs, old coffee stains on the mattress pad of the first room, rude staff, old food on floor of the second room and large stains on the skirt of the bed in room 2, waited 3 hours to be moved from the first room to the second, rude staff. housekeeping did very poor job of cleaning the rooms, and some of the guest services staff were rude and unsympathetic to our plight.
we were moved three times due to poor facility standards, but were only accommodated with food credits, when we should have been accommodated with refunds, or at the very least, offer future accommodations compliments of the lsi.
i was there for 3 days and 2 nights and was never able to step foot in any of the 3 jacuzzi tubs that were in the 3 rooms that i had over this entire trip! totally unacceptable!!! i will be sending a copy of this to the signature at mgm grand’s management and Unilocal,and every other review site that has your brand on it! and i have pictures!
do not stay at this property if you you dont book directly through the signature at mgm grand. stay far away from lsi, as they poorly misrepresent the property and themselves.
the management at the signature was as accommodating as they could be, seeing that their hands were tied, due to the fact that lsi owns a portion of the rooms at this property and have their own rules/​housekeeping/​management!

I hope I can give this management company no star. I booked me 3-​night stay 3 months ago through Groupon when the offer first came out with my friend. The hotel told me I got assigned on the 2^nd floor room while my friend got the 10^th floor. Luxury International representative told me they are not able to switch due to availability (saying that I booked the last minute which I wasn’t). Such an unpleasant stay in Las Vegas ever! It is somewhat a scam. this will be my first & last purchase on Groupon. Rooms are not clean, service is not good, totally different than you directly booked through MGM Signature. No wonder they got only 3-​star here, wish I checked this rating (instead of MGM Signature) before my arrival:(

Luxury Suites International at Signature at building 1 (consists of three buildings and you need to know that when you check in; we weren’t informed) is a two to three star hotel, and nothing more. The reception area is average at best and the room consists of older furniture that is worn down. The sofa was old with worn spots with stains and the rug was old and dirty. Expedia like websites has it as a 4 ½ stars, so buyer-​beware!

!!! DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT/​CONDO FROM THEM !!! LSI is also involved in real estate and property management (Luxury Realty) and have by far been the worst property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been living in my condo 7+ months and there are things that STILL have not been fixed. Their maintenance people do cheap, poor quality work. You’re lucky if you can ever get them to pick up the phone. Beware of Ginger, she’ll make your entire experience a nightmare. She is so rude and condescending. It pains me to send them money for rent every month. I wish I could give them a zero and I hope this message reaches enough people. Based on everyone else’s reviews, it’s only a matter of time before this company implodes on itself. You can only last in business so long before people start to see your true colors.

This review is for this company specifically and not the signature suites. If you are booking at the MGM signature suites book through the MGM directly I highly advise this.
International luxury suites owns part of the MGM signature and has their own rules/​room types. My mistake! The MGM is INCREDIBLY accommodating, but the rooms under ILS not so much. Spend a little more and go through MGM direct.
I arrived 10 mins prior to our 3 pm check in and the gal at the front desk was very rude. Luckily I only had to wait 5 more minutes before I could attempt to check in and I was attended to by a much lovelier gal. We entered the room and the entire bathroom stunk of smoke. I did call and let them know. Also, the room wasn’t cleaned very well upon arrival and the beds were really hard. My advice, go through MGM directly. Much better service and the quality of rooms are significantly better. Disappointed for sure, but had a great time at the MGM pool. Thanks Travis!

Luxury Suites has come a long ways! Customer service is finally on point and rooms are nice. Just spent 2 nights in tower 1. Loyalty is key, and the firm does a good job recognizing its repeat clients. Special thanks to Bryan W. for enabling our reservation on a busy weekend, and helping ensure a satisfactory stay.

Booked online. Great room –Penthouse suite but boy oh boy is service extremely slow. They are definitely understaffed and have the baggage guys doing valet service. Valet service is picking and dropping off cars and getting cabs. It’s a complete chaos. Took us over 30 mins to get a cab and another 30 to get our luggage. Never again will I stay there

Reading the other reviews, I wonder why this company does NOTHING!!! I stayed there recently and upgraded to corner unit. This room was thrashed and there was nothing they could do but promise an upgrade next time I stay there. We will see how that works!
Carpet was tore up, furniture was all scratched up, dining chair had broken leg, sofa and chair in living room was disgusting! The chaise in bedroom had a chunk of metal sticking out, which scratched my daughter, there were holes in the wall, the shower was broken and burned my aunt!
Disaster and I cannot Believe how much they charge for a room like this! Total rip off!!! obviously, you cannot know what kind of people are going to say there, but the company SHOULD know that this is a party town, so they should be prepared to fix and uphold their «LUXURY» suites!!! So sad because they use to be nice.

ZERO STARS! BEWARE! LSI is also Luxury Realty, the property managers of the condo I’ve been renting in Las Vegas for the last couple years. Upon move in it took not weeks, but months to get everything fixed that was supposed to be done right away, including a non working toilet and lack of hot water in the master bedroom, amongst other little things. It’s been like pulling teeth trying to get anything done the entire two years I’ve lived there; when the handy man finally came to touch up the walls, they were the complete wrong shade of white. The office has been through countless staff and over a few month span I have never heard the same name twice. Fast forward to April 6^th: move out. At the final walk-​through, there were absolutely no issues with the apartment except for a slightly bent towel rack. I was told that my deposit check would be mailed to me in full and that they had 30 days to get it to me. Well needless to say, 30 days has come and gone and I have been on the phone with them every single day for the past two weeks and still have not received my check. First I was told they had the wrong address, then on multiple occasions I was told that accounting was out of the office and that no one else could get me the information I needed regarding the check. Finally on Wednesday I spoke with accounting and was told the check was being sent to me overnight via registered mail; I have yet to receive it. Called again today and spoke with an extremely rude woman who informed me that it had been sent, but refused to get me any tracking information and said she would call me back. I will not be calling again; if I don’t get it within a week from today I am involving my attorney. This is absolutely unacceptable business behavior, not to mention illegal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LSI! Completely incompetent business.

Was told that we could have late checkout at 1 pm and put «do not disturb» light on. Left the room and received multiple calls at 12 stating that they had entered our room and why was our stuff still there. I explained that we had late check out and they said ok. At 12:55 we were getting our luggage ready to go and someone rang the doorbell and again asked us why we weren’t out, I explained to him that we were given permission to be out by 1, he said ok. Room condition: broken sharp tile as soon as you walk in, carpets, walls etc — not overly clean.

$ 685 worth of items stolen from our safe. We unfortunately had our weekend trip turn completely down hill the morning we woke up and realized cash and watches had been stolen from our safe. We were redirected over the phone to the lost and found of this third party company who gave no regard for our issue. Apparently MGM cant even access our room or deal with the issue because our unit was actually a condominium owned by someone else and even the maintenance was done by a separate company. It was aggravating and put us in a position where we had NO say and NO power and a sense of NO safety.

In the short resume of Las Vegas hotels that I’ve stayed at, The Signature at Luxury Suites International is my most absolute favorite. Just to be clear though, my experience with Las Vegas is very «Circus Circus» limited so I am in no way a Las Vegas expert. Still, I feel like we got a great deal for having booked through
, a discount hotel website. Easily our room could have cost double or triple the price that we paid but they put us in the upper penthouse suite with a balcony view of Las Vegas. The room came with a fully stocked kitchen area with cutlery, cups, plates, bowls, pots and pans, and refrigerator, a large living room area with a pull out sofa bed and dining room table for 4, and a luxurious bathroom area with a built in TV and a large closet. I’m not super picky when it comes to hotel service but all the people we encountered from check-​in to check out were super nice and accommodating. I don’t think anyone came to do housekeeping but we were only staying for one night so it wasn’t a big deal. My favorite thing about this hotel is that it’s a non-​smoking, non-​gaming facility, with access to amazing swimming pools and the MGM facility. They even let me check out an hour later when I was running late.
A++ for:

Nice accommodating personnel

5 star accommodations for only a fraction of the price

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is run by a bunch of thieves. I booked my hotel through Jetsetter over 6 months ago in anticipation of having a nice long weekend in Vegas. Unfortunately, because of the Nor’easter in NYC my flight was cancelled last minute. I called the hotel as soon as I knew my flight was cancelled, but they were unwilling to give me a refund. I did not decide to cancel, this was an unforeseen occurance. I would have loved to get away from this horrible cold. But there are NO flights leaving NYC to Vegas. There have been so many flight cancellations that the airports are overwhelmed. I couldn’t ge on another flight from my carrier for 4 more days. You’d think the hotel would understand that NYC is under a state of emergency. I will NEVER book through them ever again. And will tell everyone I know that this place will rob you blind. Ridiculous.

My boyfriend and I had a great 2 night stay here. Check-​in went very smoothly. We were on the 8^th floor balcony Tower 2. The room was very nice, no complaints. There was a jacuzzi tub, the bed was comfy, we had a nice view off the balcony and the little kitchen included was a nice touch. We spent some time at the tower 2 pool which we enjoyed. My complaints are the distance (about a 10 mn walk to mgm) and the $ 75 in taxes and extra fees I got charged. I was nervous staying here because of the bad reviews but we had a positive experience.

September 2013: Since we stay here twice a years for several years now I dare to say we’re almost regular guest. Luxery Suits owns, or rents a couple of suites in The Signature at MGM.
After one very bad experience in the past we have contact with one of the employees or maybe even a manager (my husband always handles these kind of things). So twice a year we contact him and always get a great rate for a room in Tower 1, which we prefer.
Rooms are big, nicely maintained although you can see that after a few years the rooms are getting a little bit more used. In the kitchen the tableware doesn’t always match anymore, sometimes a few items from the cutlery are missing, stains in the carpet, loose handles or doorknobs, those kind of things. But never big things. One thing that we also notice is that they seem to have water problems. My girlfriend in the room next door has had only cold water in the shower since her arrival (she’s not happy), although there have been workers twice, the problem isn’t solved. And we experience low water pressure. But I think the’re working on it because yesterday we received notice that the water will be shut off tonight. Hopefully that will fixe all the problems.
The rooms are clean and provided with enough towels etc. The only thing that’s lacking for the fifth star is the fact that the level of service from housekeeping varies very much. (Note september 2014: downgraded it to three stars). There are good weeks and there are bad weeks. Weeks in which I have to phone almost every day that housekeeping didn’t do our room (while we’re always out between 11 – 16 and put on the housekeeping sign), but also weeks without complaints. Although there are two recurring complaints.
1. Since we stay here always for 8 – 11 days I prefer my sheets changed at least once a week. That never happens without asking…;
2. We are a couple so we would like to have… two bathrobes, not one. And like the sheets I like that changed at least once a week. That also never happens. Even putting it on the ground is not a big enough signal. They only pick it up…
All together we always enjoy our stay. To be honoust, mostly it’s the first time in weeks (we travel for 2 – 3 weeks ending up in Vegas) I get a decent nights sleep. The beds are excellent and the airconditioning is not to loud.
So we definitely recommend staying with Luxery Suites in The Signature and already look forward our next stay. But don’t hesitate to call and complain about housekeeping. I know the number of LXI by heart. And that’s not a good sign…
Update september/​october 2014: housekeeping is getting worse and worse. Sheets with molt in it, bathrobes — specifically asked to change — are picked up from the floor and hung back again. And that for a 10 days stay! 3 broken light bulbs. Asked for repair, never happend. No coffee and shampoo for 3 days. Had to make 3 (!) phone calls for the shampoo and waited for almost 2 hours. Carpet is definetly not vacuumed in ages. Not in the corners, not under the bed. Nuts, soda bottle lits, dirt, you name it. Fridge not working properly (repaired), bath tub not cleaners after use. No housekeeping for a whole day, although we were out between 11:30 and 15:30. Is that all fox? Yes, that’s about it after 6 days. I’m wondering what the next 4 days will bring us…

After booking through travelzoo, I only realized we booked through LSI and not at the Signature when we were charged an extra $ 30 on our credit card. I looked carefully at our email confirmations and called LSI. They said it was for the extra person fee for two days for linens, which is understandable but it would have been nice to know that BEFORE we hit the submit button on our order, which they never mentioned. Since I had them on the phone, I made sure we got our complimentary pack n play, which was nicely waiting for us with linens in it as we arrived. They lady on the phone was nice and very helpful.
I was really worried about our experience because of the reviews on Unilocal but didn’t cancel because I was too cheap to pay for the cancellation fee. I also did notice that if you book through LSI, yes there is a cancellation fee as opposed to other hotels in the area.
Upon arrival, with check in to check out, we never felt like they treated us any different than other guests. We had a great experience, clean room, clean linens, good service, and really no problems at all. We’d actually book through them again if there was a deal. Hopefully what we went through wasn’t a fluke because there are others who had bad experiences but I’d be willing to give it one more shot.
The valet can take a while if they’re busy, which is a downside, and they can’t pull your car up earlier unless you give them a ticket to scan it. I tried calling down earlier to have them start…
The starbucks downstairs has inflated prices and the in room coffee is fairly bad. The room though was well stocked. You don’t get the Signature shampoos/​soaps but for the savings, I really don’t mind.
The safe was locked upon arrival but we didn’t need it but might be an issue for someone who does. In our room, sometimes the hot water was spotty. I read another review where someone mentioned that as well. So I just filled their tub with jets with hot water and used that instead.

There are no stars for this company! They are thieves and liars!!! I checked out Monday and when I got home I realized I left multiple expensive clothing behind!!! I
called right away and they told me they could not check and housekeeping is contracted out! There was another guest in the room and could not call room to check! I could not believe it! I know exactly where it was and told them but they were rude and not helpful! I. Know if I would of booked directly with signature I would have my stuff! Instead either the maid service is sporting my clothing or the girls in the office!!! What kind of people are working for this company!!!

This is my first Unilocal review because I was sorely frustrated by my recent experience with LSI at the Signature. The Signature property itself is great. I would want to stay there again, but next time I will be going directly through MGM Resorts. I STRONGLY ADVISE that anyone else interested in staying at the property does the same. The suites owned by LSI are not serviced by the MGM property management and have a completely separate staff for all guest relations and housekeeping.
As a direct result of my experience, I will never book through LSI again. I will also be making a conscious effort to ensure that my friends and family never make the same mistake as my fiancé and I did. My fiancé and I had the do not disturb light turned on for our suite, so it was understandable when housekeeping bypassed our room in the AM. We attempted to call LSI housekeeping around 11AM to request turndown service while we would be away from our room. The phone line was busy for 10min, when we finally got through, we only got an answering machine. We left a message, our room info, and requested a call back on our cell to confirm they received the message.
When we heard nothing by 1PM we called again, but the phone line was still busy and we couldn’t get through. When we returned to our room at 3PM, the room still had not been serviced. I promptly called LSI housekeeping again and requested maid services. When I asked when we could expect someone to come, they replied that they didn’t know and couldn’t give me a time frame. I knew housekeeping hours ended by 4:30, so when we STILL didn’t have anyone arrive at our room by then, my fiancé called housekeeping AGAIN. When he asked about if we were going to receive service, they kurtly replied that the housekeeping could get to us when they could.
We left our room again and returned at 9:30 PM that evening. Low and behold, housekeeping still did not come. I was furious and called into the LSI hotels services. Since it was 9:30 there was no one in office to take my call. I left a message, clearly upset about the lack of consideration and hospitality, and asked they return my call. SURPRISE, SUPRISE, NO ONE EVER CALLED.
For something as simple as housekeeping, the LSI Property management clearly couldn’t even handle that… I would hate to see how they handle any other situations that would require more immediate attention– just terrible service. The overall property run by the MGM was great, but the service from LSI was worse than a low budget motel. At least a motel will provide you with towels in a timely manner.

What a f* nightmare!
Customer service people are extremely rude. Booked a hotel in Vegas for 2 nights, had to change my room reservation last minute. The change policy says I can change the reservation for $ 25, but the service reps says they can’t change it. So either the website is lying or the service rep is lying.
AVOID! scam!
