I wish I could give ZERO stars to this company, but unfortunately one star is the least you can do. The reason for this is the unfortunate experience I’ve had with them which began last year when I payed $ 3,000 to book a two bedroom suite at the Veer Tower at the end of July. Due to something preventing us to make it that week, I reached out to the representative I had been in touch with to see if I could get a credit for a later use, which he gladly offered to me (all of which I have email proof). In January of this year I reached out to him again via email to use my credit and when a week went by with no reply, I called the number posted in his emails, only to have someone else supposedly answer who has no affiliation with Las Vegas Suites. I attempted to visit their website, which is no longer under service, and the number posted, which ALSO is NOT in service. I called the Veer Towers to see if they knew anything, being that Las Vegas Suites sublets these units in their property, and finally two days later another representative called me from a blocked number saying he will try to rectify the situation and although they cannot promise me the same unit I had initially payed for, they would get me something similar. Almost a month later now I still have not heard from them in regards to any accommodations, nor do I have any way of getting in contact with them. This company is a scam it seems and I warn everyone looking to deal with them to be weary of what they’re getting involved with!

Las Vegas Suites were super helpful in getting me a one bedroom suite at the Signature within my budget — and they were able to get me a suite with an awesome view of the Strip, as I requested.
The Las Vegas Suites staff was super friendly and helpful and they were always available to answer questions.
The Signature was great. It’s close enough to the action but far enough to feel like you are away from it when you want to be.
The suite was clean, comfortable and the large bathroom had a nice jacuzzi tub in it.
The staff at the Signature was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
The overall experience with Las Vegas Suites was great and I will definitely use them whenever I book a trip to Vegas.

This review is strictly for the Las Vegas Suites property management company and not the MGM Signature Suites hotel. Las Vegas Suites manages certain rooms in this hotel and we had the misfortune of staying in one of them on our recent trip to Vegas. Staying in a room managed by LVS is a MUCH different experience than staying in a room that’s actually part of the MGM hotel.
The reason we booked this stay to begin with was because we had stayed here previously and had a great experience, but we stayed in an MGM managed suite. This time, I booked the room through Expedia and didn’t pay attention the small print when I paid for the room (does anyone really look at that stuff?) Big mistake on my part.
Upon checking into the hotel we immediately noticed a few things that were instantly different from our last stay. First of all, when I made the room reservation, I specifically stated through Expedia that we wanted a room on a high floor away from the elevators. My wife and I are very sensitive to noise and, having travelled extensively, know that rooms near the elevators tend to be the noisiest so we wanted to be as far away as we could. The front desk person told us that not only had they booked us right next to the elevator, but we were overlooking the pool which has a dance party every day from 11am — 5pm. She didn’t think it would be a big deal though as the room was still not very close to the elevator doors and you couldn’t hear the music from the party with the balcony doors closed. We asked to switch our room, but she said since we had booked through LVS we had to contact them and they wouldn’t be open until tomorrow.
When we got into the room we instantly saw several things amiss:
1) The room features a guest bathroom with a shower stall which my kids were going to use since they were sleeping in the living room. The floor of the shower was filthy with black dirt particles left over from who knows how long ago (see picture)
2) The sofa bed mattress that my kids were going to be sleeping on had huge holes and gashes on the bottom that looked like Rats had been gnawing on (see picture)
3) The wireless phone in the living room didn’t work at all
4) There were stains on the living room carpet underneath the coffee table (see picture)
5) Furniture in the unit had holes or visible signs of wear (see picture)
6) The outside balcony was filthy and looked like the glass had not been cleaned in some time (see picture)
7) Not only did they put us in a room that was overlooking the pool party, but we were directly adjacent to a construction site that started work every morning at 6am (See picture and video)
Now, I understand that hotels can’t predict when construction is going to be going on next to their property, but you would think that someone scheduling the rooms would look at our request and think, «hmm these people don’t want to be near the elevator — they probably would like a room in the quiet part of the hotel.» I seriously don’t think anyone actually looks at those special room requests anyway so it was probably just wishful thinking on my part.
There was also a sign in the room that was essentially a menu for cleaning services. If we want to have the room cleaned on a daily basis it would be $ 50, if we wanted clean towels it would $ 20 — yes, that’s right $ 20 for clean towels. I considered us lucky that they granted us an extra roll of toilet paper in our unit. Who knows how much extra that would have cost? I did see in the small print on our itinerary that there would be a $ 50 cleaning fee based on the size of the unit, but again, I’ve never stayed in a «hotel» that charged for cleaning so I didn’t pay any attention to it. I guess that’s the last time I skip the fine print.
When I tried to call LVS the next day I spoke to a fairly rude woman on the phone who told me that she was sorry, but they were fully committed and couldn’t move our room and since no special requests had been made for a quiet room they couldn’t make any concessions for us. I asked if her if there was anything they could do as far as maybe giving us a discount or a food and beverage credit and she flat our refused.
Basically, what we learned is that when you stay in a suite that’s managed by LVS you are completely on your own. We even tried calling down to the front desk for a pair of scissors one night and were told that since we were not hotel guests they couldn’t provide us with one.
If you are looking to stay at the Signature Suites do yourself a favor and book directly through the hotel. Las Vegas Suites is a sorry excuse for a company that only cares about their bottom line and couldn’t give a rats ass what their customers think.
Oh, and Annabelle R., don’t bother writing a snarky response to my review as you have done with everyone else. It just makes you and your company look guilty and desperate to cover up your faults rather than trying to appease an extremely unsatisfied customer.

Worst experience ever. Stayed at MGM signature before by booking directly and loved it. The room we booked through Las Vegas suites has many issues. We called and they are not willing to help or do anything. Feel like «we have your money go screw you» attitude. We Asked for a quiet room and they book us directly over a massive Las Vegas construction site that begins at 6 am and over a club pool (club music level noise) that blares music all day long. Dos they inform us prior? NO! Oh by the way make sure you understand that housekeeping (no you can’t have more towels) will cost you $ 50 per day extra. even if when you check in things are missing and there are housekeeping issues.

Do not book through this service! They have no affiliation with the properties they book so you lose all the advantages of the onsite management. We arrived early (noon) had we booked direct we could have checked in. However having booked via this «service» we are required to wander aimlessly for 3 hours. I’m sure this isn’t the only disadvantage we will discover. DON’T DO IT!!!
UPDATE: As I suspected, there was much MORE to this horrible situation. DO NOT BOOK THRU THIS SERVICE.
I am spending $ 250 per night. I booked via Expedia. It was NEVER communicated to me that i was NOT booking a standard Hotel or even Hotel Suite. Basically, when booking via Las Vegas Suites, PLEASE BE ASVISED that NO ONE will make your bed the entire time you are there. NO ONE will change your towels. So when it is 105 degrees outside and you shower twice a day, you will need to use the same sheets and same towels throughout your entire stay. UNLESS according to the computer printout on the desk that is RIDDEN with typos, you want to pay an extra $ 45 per day. ON TOP OF THE $ 250 you are already paying.
This is hideous service. Between my husband and I we spend 100 nights a year in hotels. Yet this is the ONLY incident that has compelled me to right this type of review. I think it is disgraceful that Expedia would ever USE this Las Vegas Suites without completely disclaiming the abhorrent service that one can expect. It was made perfectly clear when we check in that had we booked directly through the Signature (which we thought we did) we would not have these problems.
Perhaps my standards are too high for this type of CRAPPY provider, but when i check into a hotel, I expect clean sheets and clean towels. Seriously, is this TOO much to ask when you spend $ 250 per night???
DO NOT BOOK VIA THIS SOURCE IF YOU HAVE ANY TRAVEL STANDARDS WHATSOEVER!!! Additionally — BRING YOUR OWN SOAP! The TINY bar provided will be gone in one day.
FINALLY — Annabelle from Las Vegas Suites… PLEASE DO NOT categorize ALL Signature rooms with YOURs. A majority of the rooms at this property are managed via MGM and THEY DO provide full housekeeping services. In fact, the front desk was APPAULED when i told them how Las Vegas Suites manages these services and are DISGUSTED by the fact that your crappy services reflect poorly on the property as a whole.

Talk about a great deal! We had a one bedroom suite with a view at MGM Signature– so we had the benefits of being close to a casino based property without having to walk by all the smoking allowed areas! LVS took great care of us with easy check in, valet parking, solid wifi connectivity and of course the space we needed & wanted.
I can’t tell you how many other places I’ve stayed that promoted complimentary wifi, but connections would be awful… Not with LVS — we had the hookup!
Just wishing we could have stayed longer!!!

I want to start off with I had every intention of letting minor flaws go, until there was an incident and I called the Las Vegas Suites reps for assistance and their abrasive and outright rude response altered my perspective. Their staff is outright rude and dismissive, offering no solutions, just a single sarcastic apology.
First, after inquiring about the suite I saw on VRBO I received zero response. So I called the number listed, which is not a person/​owner but the LVS rep line. After information was exchanged, I received my quote and gave my credit card details with the impression they would send a detailed Invoice verifying the charges and confirming the rate and reservation.
Instead I received a Docusign form that I was to sign saying they could charge my card. No where on this form did it say for what, or how much I was to be charged. So I emailed. No response. Then I called and explained that I’d like to have an invoice so I have a record of WHAT and how much I was being charged. They seemed annoyed by the prospect, and not at all apologetic that a proper reservation confirmation had not been sent.
Second, there is no guarantee of what unit you are actually renting. For instance, we were given a rental facing the airport and MGM pools — NOT a view of the strip as the pictures insinuate.
Third, did you know that you have to pay extra for cleaning services or any additional towels, toilet paper, etc. that you might need? Our stay was 6 nights, maybe for 2 nights I could understand this policy, but 6 nights? You would expect at least one cleaning to be included.
Fourth, the suite is the bare minimum. Cheap, scratchy sheets, stiff mattress and definitely no down pillows or blankets. In fact, one thin comforter covered in sheets (not a comforter cover) so after one night of sleep you’re dealing with three loose top sheets.
Five, the Wi-​fi worked only when it wanted to, and the small TV’s and limited stations felt like we were back in time.
Last, and this was the final straw. I was in town for work, which is why we decided to stay off the strip and away from the casinos. On Wednesday night the MGM throws a night time pool party. The music and base was so loud, you could feel it vibrating the bed. I eventually took the coach cushions and slept in the bathroom! Literally, resorted to sleeping next to the toilet, it was that BAD. And it lasted till 3:30 AM.
I called LVS to let them know what happened, and how exhausted I was for my early morning meeting. They said it has nothing to do with them and that they can’t control the MGM and there is NOTHING they can do. I responded that it was their obligation to inform guests that are booking for a Wednesday that this «pool party» occurs. It’s a professional, logical and respectful thing to do. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, or a room change, just letting them know that I was unhappy. As a business owner, customer service and satisfaction is key to our company — it was absolutely appalling how dismissive and outright rude they were. Not even an apology or slightest concern.

Booked over the phone for the mgm signature in May. Turns out they booked it for March, I should’ve reviewed my contract better. Show up in Vegas, no hotel. I called the co., they rebooked us at the aria, which was awesome. So I cancelled our emergency reservations at another hotel to stay at Veer.
BUT THEN they cancel my reservation (ie breach their contract) as the guy is meeting us to let us in the condo for «maintenance» issues. we have nowhere to stay. (After reading some reviews, this appears to be a thing.)
Eventually they tell me they can put me back in the mgm Friday night, but I have to pay SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS extra to stay at the desert Wyndham on Saturday. Ridiculous. Upon arrival to the Wyndham, I find out they booked me for two nights, not one, and the folks at the hotel can’t fix it.
They never sent me reciepts or confirmations. So the whole thing was confusing and too much moving around. Book directly with the hotel or use a reputable site. These guys will throw a major wrench in your vacation plans with runarounds, extra charges which are now being evaluated as fraudulent, and poor communication.

Things we loved:
The price for our 2-​bedroom suite for a week. Awesome!
How quickly we got a response while booking/​before we were booked.
Things we didn’t love:
The room was generally pretty worn
Smelled like Cigarette Smoke
Broken/​ripped chairs and very little glassware
(we actually immediately took photos, an inventory, and e-​mailed them to let them know since we have read reviews where they charge people for things they didn’t break).
You cannot call down for valet ahead of time (you can’t reach the valet from the phone) which is rough when you’re trying to get places/​have lots of items you’re toting around.
Once we got there it was very difficult to reach LVS with questions
All-​in-​all it was fine, we got a good rate for the room and we liked that! But, having stayed at the signature suites before through the hotel you can definitely tell a difference in the rooms and service.

Stayed at the Wyndham booked through Las Vegas Suites. The booking process was simple and easy, everything was handled by them. Any questions I had were quickly answered, and I will most likely book through them again!

My first time living in an airbnb and it was just IMPRESSIVELY. My friends and I are all consultants and we stay in hotels more often than stay at home. After experiencing all top brand hotels, we were still amazed and impressed by the quality of our room at Las Vegas Suite. The rooms are exactly the same with promotion pictures online. There are two full bathrooms, which worked out perfectly for four of us. The location is literally next to the Strip and above the Crystal Mall. We parked at Aria and walked to our room everyday. So close we did not suffer with heels for the walk. The staff was very nice (cute too).

I’ve stayed through Las Vegas Suites a few times now at the Cosmopolitan and each experience has been great! I’m glad there’s a site out there that provides deals on Vegas hotels, which are usually out of price range. Thank you! :)

We always have a great experience staying at the Signature at MGM Grand. The booking process is easy and our questions are always answered in a timely manner. This location is great for getting away from it all, but being so close to the strip. We’ll be staying here for our fifth time in a few weeks.

My stay at the cosmopolitan was the best experience I’ve had in Vegas room was clean and exactly as described! The view was also amazing my next stay in Vegas will definitely be booked through Las Vegas suites

Just went to the Signature this weekend and really enjoyed the whole experience. I had never used an online booking company before and was a little nervous about it…but Las Vegas Suites was so simple. They have pictures of everything so you know exactly what you are getting and there weren’t any hidden resort fees.
Our room was on the 34^th. It was a 2 Bedroom 3 Bath suit with full kitchen and balcony. The rooms were really nice and up to date.
I will defiantly use them again!

Stayed at the MGM signature in August 2013. Would definitely recommend. Had access to everything at MGM incl the biggest pool in vegas. Rooms were spacious, great view and my friends had a blast.
We will be returning here in Jan 2014 for round 2.

A part of the package of my stay was tickets to a certain event. They never mailed it to me and I called them several times, they assured me that I can pick the tickets up at the hotel once I checked in. Needless to say it was not there. If they promise you tickets or any packages to book with them. Be wary.
Also the hotel room I booked was not what they sold to me. I paid for a presidential suite and only got the luxury suite when I checked in.
Shady business, I go to Vegas every labor day with a large group. I will not use Las Vegas Suites to book my rooms in the following years.

***BEWARE OF BED BUGS AT SUITES IN SIGNATURE AT MGM GRAND!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THROUGH LAS VEGAS SUITES!***
I booked two luxury suites for my friend’s bachelorette party. We were more than excited as the price was reasonable and the suites included a lot of great amenities. Everyone was more than happy with the rooms until my friend started getting hives the day after we arrived. Since no one else in her room was immediately affected, we thought she was having an allergic reaction to something else.
After the group departed Vegas and returned home, my friend confirmed with a doctor that her and her family members contracted bed bugs. I immediately contacted Las Vegas Suites, who also confirmed the room was positive for bed bugs. In this type of situation, I would expect sincere apologies, great customer service, and ample compensation for damages. However, I received none of the above. I did not once receive an apology and I had to continue to follow-​up to get in contact with someone here.
I finally spoke to the general manager, Krystle, who explained the best they could do was credit me back $ 100. $ 100 FROM A $ 2,800 BILL. Clearly, this wasn’t going to cut it so they offered me a total of $ 200…not so awesome. I’m still working with them and now the Signature at MGM as to what they can do to help with this situation.
Also, it appears Las Vegas Suites was previously BlueChipVegas, who received less than stellar reviews as well. I do not recommend booking through this company despite the lower prices. Please check reviews before booking!

Four of us did a girl’s weekend in Vegas last October and our stay was phenomenal! The space was beyond our expectations. We had no problems with check in and tickets to Absinthe (purchased ahead of time) were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and well maintained.
Staff were so attentive and took great care of us. They always had a cold bottle of water waiting for us after our morning runs.
Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this place and the management. All top notch!

I would give this service 5 stars, but my followers know that my review policy requires that I use a company multiple times for that.
We travel annually to Las Vegas, and we have found over the years that The Signature at MGM Grand is our favorite place to stay. Until this year, we have contracted directly with the homeowner or the hotel to arrange accommodations, but this year we decided to try Las Vegas Suites because their rates were so much lower.
Usually we’ve found that the old saying «You get what you pay for» holds true for us, but we decided to give them a try because the discount was deep. With the exception of no daily cleaning (which is available, but which we didn’t need) we didn’t notice a perceptible difference in booking EXCEPT the customer service was better with Las Vegas Suites. Same room, same finish level, same everything.
From reservation to check-​in to receiving our damage deposit back, our experience with Las Vegas Suites was professional. Add to that the substantial savings and you can see why I would recommend using their services.
BTW, they also represent many other facilities — not just The Signature.
RECOMMENDED: For anyone traveling to Las Vegas who wants to get a bigger bang for the buck on accommodations AND doesn’t want to sacrifice customer service.
