The staff at LV audio were very helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my own stereo and components to hook up after I was not able to install myself. Pedro was the best clean and professional.

I called for a window tinting appointment a week in advance, but they were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in much sooner!
The service is very friendly and speedy. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my car was being worked on shortly thereafter.
The tint was well done and worth every penny! I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a great price on professional tint (also backed by a lifetime warranty).

My experience with LV Audio and Customs was very mixed to say the least.
I’ll start with the good. The owner is great. I took my car in to get the windows tinted. He took a good chunk of his time explaining to me the different options available and that what I had wanted would work but I could get 99% of what I was a looking to get for a fair amount less by using a different tint. He even took me to his personal vehicle so I could see how the tint looked in it inside and out.
The actual tint job was very good and has held up well over the past year.
Now, the bad. When I got my vehicle after the tint job was complete, I noticed in the rear a plastic panel was pulled out of place slightly and it appeared to be hung up on the part of the window where the defrosting wire attached to the window.
I asked the tech that was working on the car if he could take care of that before I left. When he got the panel off of the wire, the defrosting wire fell off my window. When I asked him about it, he told me whoever removed my original tint must have caused the damage.
The thing is, I am the one who took off my old tint and I did so months before I took it there. I removed it because it was so dark I could not see out of the rear windows at night. When I had finished removing it, the defrosting wire was unharmed and said plastic panel was not pulled out and hanging on the wire. Therefor the installation tech had damaged it and attempted to hide the damage by cramming the wire between the rear window and the side plastic panel. Then lied to me about where the damage came from.
When I told him I had removed it and it was undamaged before bringing it to him, he went inside, asked someone else what he could do, found some glue, and attempted to glue it back onto my window.
While he was doing this, I found the owner and informed him what was going on. He told his employee to stop as that was not the proper way to fix the damage (it needs to be soldered on, not glued). The owner then told me if I wanted to wait for the audio install guy to try and solder the wire back on, I could but he had just left for lunch.
I waited for a few hours more and then the owner came to give me a heads up. He said the cable was reattached but was holding on by a thread. He jostled the vehicle around to see if it would let go. It didn’t when he did that but if I had any issues to come back and they would take care of me.
I got into my car, sat down, and imminently saw the wire let go as the solder broke. I went back inside, got the owner yet again, and was told to come back another day when an auto glass repair company would be there to fix it.
I came back a few days later and the wire was professionally re-​soldered to my window and the defroster has functioned properly ever since.
In total I had to waste about 5 or so hours there the first day between the initial installation, and repair attempt. Then additional time on the proper repair the next day.
Ultimately, it was my choice to wait there the first day for a repair attempt but the overall time for all of it was very long and tiring.
So, to sum it up, the owner is great, took care of me, and resolved the issue. However, his employee lied to me about damage he caused and then tried to hide it. If the employee had been straight with me about the damage, I would not have had an issue as the car was 17 years old at that point and stuff starts to degrade after that length of time. If you take your vehicle to these guys, inspect everything thoroughly and if an issue comes up, speak to the owner. He is a good and reasonable guy.

I brought my new vehicle in for window tinting at Las Vegas Audio and Customs recently. I had a deal which I obtained via Groupon for 5 windows. The customer service was excellent here, I was not pressured to upgrade from the deal. The labor was done in a timely manner and the results were very professional looking. Ishmael did a great job on my windows.
This is a reputable business which is run with integrity and professionalism. I would recommend them for your vehicle window tinting needs.

This review’s a bit late. I had service done a while back. I had a Pioneer CarPlay system put in, as well as having my windows tinted.
I first want to say it pains me to leave a bad review. I sat there for hours talking with the owner, who seems like a good guy. I will be fair in the review.
The CarPlay system: I brought in my own head unit I picked up from Amazon. I called ahead to make sure they could handle it, and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. It was a problem.
First, I guess they are not a «Pioneer shop». This means they don’t work with a lot of Pioneer products, so some of this stuff is somewhat foreign to them. Also, the CarPlay system itself really seemed to confuse the installer, who ended up admitting he had never installed one before.
The end results was me sitting there for about 5 hours over the course of two days. There were times they tried to get me to leave with the system, but I’d point out a problem and they’d go back in.
To their credit, they did keep working and never once made mention to charging more. So bonus points for the work ethic. But in the end, it never did work right. And now almost nothing works. The XM antenna has come off in the back of the unit, the rear camera is no longer connected either. They mentioned it was tight fit in the back, so I’m guessing they crammed everything in and stuff started to come apart over time.
The CarPlay system works well, but I am also very unhappy they put an unrepairable hole in my center console. That wasn’t cool.
The tint: I’d give that more starts. It looks good and functions well. It looks like a small area towards the top may be a little off, but it’s so slight I sometimes feel I’m imagining it. So, good job on the tinting.
I’m disappointed and not looking forward to the added expense of taking my car elsewhere so I can pay to get fixed what wasn’t done well the first time.
Update: I guess the owner feels I’m a bit at fault for waiting 8 months to post a review. But to be clear, just about everything connected my radio (Sirius, CarPlay, rear camera, etc…) stopped working about 2 months ago. So it had been about 6 months since everything stopped working. I simply haven’t had the time to post. But I think 6 months is a fair time to expect everything to have kept working. And from the messages I’m getting on the unit, it looks like the cords have just come undone in the back of the box.
As for the specific issues on CarPlay; I never said CarPlay was a product from Pioneer. It’s just iOS apps for car stereos and plenty of cars have it. What I said was that the installer had never hooked on up before, and that caused some delays in installing and required me to come back a couple times because he hadn’t done it right.
As I said in the above review, the owner was nice enough, and I’m sure they have done good work for people in the past. My window tinting came out fine. But 6 months after they installed my head unit, everything went haywire. Two stars seems like a fair review.

Never having had my windows tinted before, but having read lots of horror stories, I was a bit afraid to get mine done at all, never mind that it’s also not in an especially good (or close) location.
I had bought the 3 window groupon, but wound up also doing the windshield (an extra $ 100), and they allowed me to pay for the upgrade to the five window. I drive a 2010 Camaro, and wasn’t thinking of the 2 little windows in the back… lol. I thought they wouldn’t be necessary, but then I realized how stupid it would look to have everything tinted but those… lol.
Everyone there was pleasant, but I’ve got to give a special should out to Marcus. He was extremely helpful and did my window installations himself. He made sure I was pleased before I left the building, and also assured me that if I had any issues, that I could call him and he’d fix it personally, in or out of warranty. He told me that the windshield would be the best part… and he was RIGHT! I needed glasses at night occasionally due to glare, but out of habit, I put them on after the install, and everything was blurry! I took them off, and realized that the film on the windshield took the place of the glasses, which of course made me very happy, and glad that I decided to get it done!
I’d recommend them for any tinting needs and would definitely use them again in the future.
If you plan on waiting for your windows, bring a seat cushion as their couch has no life left to it… sad, but true… lol

I went to LV Audio to have some speakers and amps put in my Jeep Wrangler… Jorge hooked it up… My beat is pounding, the price was half of the other quotes I received around town… Best part is they didn’t try and sell me on anything… Actually convinced me to go with what I had… Great service… Great staff… 100% satisfied… Defiantly going back…

I originally bought the groupon for the five window tint package from LV Customs. When I called to schedule they said the earliest to get me in was ⁷⁄₂₈. They let me know that if an earlier appointment opens up they would let me know. This morning they called me at 1pm and let me know I could come by at 5pm. I let them know I was 20 min away and leaving work prior to 5pm was not an option. At 5pm I left the office and received a call from them letting me know I needed to be there by 5:30 or they could not service my car. At 5:29pm I was outside their location at the light of Decatur and Cheyanne and was told by the service tech there was nothing they could do and could not help me with the tint for today and would have to reschedule. I then reaffirmed them that I was right outside but they said there was nothing they could do. I refuse to ever revisit this establishment and will never recommend them for services. The adage the customer is always right apparently is of no concern to them. The one positive is the telephone scheduler was very nice every time we spoke but to not give a customer that extra minute in this day and age is embarrassing.

Your response to this review just shows the blatant disconnect between you, if you are the owner, and your employees and what’s actually happening at your business. if I was you I would suggest a more hands on approach instead of just leaving the principal operations in the hands of people that clearly have no vested interest in the success of your business. And instead of actually investigating the event and getting to the bottom of what actually happened and remedying the situation you immediately go into denial mode which shows that you must be complacent in their actions. Let this be a notice for anyone considering doing business withe these unsavory people.

Ordered through group on, window tinting they scheduled me for a week later, they were supposed to give a reminder call but never did so I called to confirm date and time, they never returned call, I then called again and left message the next day with no response. I then called again the very next day again with no call back. I finally went down there and they said I missed my appointment lol really and they couldn’t get me in for another 2 weeks. Gtfoh. I will b getting my money back and I am not that impressed with group on either.

Went to get tinting for a minivan. End result looks great and the price was as competitive as I could find. The lifetime guarantee is pretty awesome as well. Employees were very professional and efficient.

Place was nice and clean. Had tv’s and music going to keep you entertained while they work on your vehicle. I got my windows tinted using a Groupon I bought. They Told me it’ll take about 2 hours. Ended up taking like 4 hours because of the person ahead of me. That was a little frustrating, but they apologized and thanked me for my patience. If was fulfilling that my waiting didn’t go unnoticed. They also have great customer service; very friendly and informative people. Offered water and even let me change the channel of the TV for my comfort. Overall, My windows look awesome and I am happy with the results.

Dropped my minivan off to get window tenting. Their staff was very quick and knowledgeable. They explained the difference in tent shades as well as the warranty. They did a before and after walk around of the windows to document before and after work. The job itself wasn’t that long and my windows looked great. Price was same as if not lower than many of their competitors. Great job!

Pleasantly surprised! When I walked in I noticed this place is super clean, professional and friendly. My appointment for window tint was at 9:15. I was out the door in about an hour and very happy with the work they did. Car looks great and was left clean inside. I will be recommending to all my family and friends.

I had LV Audio install a Pioneer DEH-​X9600BHS top-​of-​the-​line receiver. The receiver required separate wiring for the satellite antenna, microphone and USB stick. This was in a Mercedes SLK. They did a beautiful wiring job but when I drove away I discovered that the microphone was not picking up my voice, although I could hear callers.
Long story short, after receiving a replacement mic from my eBay seller, LV Audio installed the new mic free of charge. This was beyond the call of duty, in my view, so I give LV Audio a five-​star rating for superb service! :)

Couldn’t be more pleased. Had both my wife’s new Mercedes SUV and my new Porsche tinted. Hands on ‘super knowledgeable, owner/​operator, friendly staff and professional installers. Ultra-​High quality Carbon metallic tint with lifetime warranty. Nice showroom and comfortable waiting area (big plus vs dropping car). Took both cars in exactly as scheduled. I saved huge $$$ vs having dealer installed with less quality tint. AAA+

Returned home from work to receive a voice message that my two appointments at LV Audio & Customs are cancelled. Apparently the owner/​manager did not like my one star review of my poor experience with customer service. Hopefully I will be able to refund my Groupon.
Since I will not be receiving the tint services I paid for, I will not be able to review their actual products, which is a shame, since now my two 1-​Star ratings of customer will be all the experience I have with LV Audio & Customs. A loss for all since this business was highly recommended to my by one of my coworkers and I wanted to get my windows tinted to reduce the heat for my wife and newborn.
I hope future customers have a better experience with this business, but I will not be recommending LV Audio & Customs. While I hope that their tint service is good, I will never know.

I got my Windows tinted today. and all i can say is
They did a great job, and my car looks muuch better. I was given a great price and also a nationally lifetime warranty. can’t get any better than that. The owner is extremely professional and very nice. i have a convertible top that needs some repair, and he referred me to an awesome upholstery company. My appointment was at 1:30 & by 3:30 i got a call stating they were done. Way fast… when i went to pick up the car, they walked me through everything they did. im very happy with my results, and ecstatic to know i wont be sweating in my car before 8Am (yuck)… definitely recommend them to anyone. Its rare to find. hospitable, professional people. especially in my generation and this company is all that and more…
