MD Wireless Smartphone Repair

I found MD wireless on Unilocal,gave them a call to see if they could replace my iPhone 6+ screen. They could, so I took it over. They were very friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions. I felt very comfortable leaving my phone there and They fixed it in under 30 minutes.
I found out they also work on computers, iPads etc… I will recommend them to everyone!

I came in 3 weeks ago to get my phone fixed, my screen was completely Cracked before I came in, they told me it was $ 100 plus tax to get fixed which no problem at all and they were very nice at the time. As soon as I got my phone the same day everything looked perfect but after these past few weeks I noticed my screened chipped and I have no idea how it happened because I didn’t dropped it at all. And it started cracking more from the chip so I go in the other day and explain what happened. They just told me «the best they could do» for me was $ 80 plus tax to replace it which I have told them the quality isn’t good if this might happened again. I’m not spending another $ 80 since I already paid for $ 100 before and might as well get another phone if I could fork out more money and he started accusing me that I dropped it because it chipped. I totally understand that this is your business and you need to make money and a living but don’t accuse your customers! Don’t you remember the saying «Your customers are always right», if you want the great reviews but I really thought you could really help me out but I’ll take my business somewhere else and not recommend at all.

Broke my power button while replacing my broken screen. Would not accept responsibility. 2 stars for the screen repair

I broke my g4 the first month i got it, i called tmobile and 250.00 deductible was needed a friend at work gave me there card and off i went 100.00 and the lcd screen was fixed… then i couldn’t here any calls and tmobile said water damage really i was just talking on it and nothing close to water touched it,…so i took it back and MD wirless looked at it an said what water damage its the phone and if they want replace it bring it back to us an we will take care of it… I felt the love for customer service and sometimes thats all you want when you break your cell is CARE and UNDERSTANDING… Not to mention Jae referred me to an auto mechanic as well hope he as nice an understanding too… Thanks

The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because of the price… other places are a few bucks cheaper but this place was close to my house.
It took them about 30 minutes for the techs to repair my iPhone 5s cracked screen. I went shopping at the next door Whole Foods while I waited. They were kind and professional. I will recommend Wireless MD to my friends.

This guy is running a SCAM!!! Do not come here! With-​in 1 hour my lcd screen broke that he took over a week to fix! And he charged me $ 220 to fix it the first time. Then when I came back after one hour bc the lcd screen broke again. He told me I broke it bc I put the phone in my pocket and he charged me another $ 150 to fix the same part that was only working properly for less than a hour!

Changed out my charger port on my AT&T iPhone 5s for 64 $ they did it within 25 minutes ! Very fast and worth the money ! Definitely going back over if I run into any other problems !!

Mathew @mdwireless you broke the phone more. than called us liars saying we broke it. Some busters, your business is a scam not impressed. Lost a lot of business.
IPHIX is much better. Better service, cheaper and higher quality glass.

Step 1) I checked Unilocal and went to shop.
Step 2) I walked in and told them our phone wasn’t working. They took a peek and the problem was diagnosed in under 5 mins.
Step 3) They quoted a reasonable price and the were able to fix it on the spot!
Step 4) 15 mins later… The phone was fixed and we were on our way.
I was super pleased with the service and pricing. They offer a tiny bit of a discount for cash vs card (I’m not a fan of using cash. So, I only knocked em’ one star. If you like cash then move my review up to five stars). Regardless, I’m very happy and I would stop here again for any future iPhone issue.

I was recommended by a friend to come here to fix my samsung s4 LCD screen and I wish I did not come here! You’d think with all these great reviews they would have great customer service. It took them NINE days to repair the cracked screen. They charged me $ 220! After an hour of leaving the store, the phone stopped working. I returned to the store asking them to repair it, they refused and said I broke it by «putting it in my pocket». They then wanted to charge me another $ 130 to repair it again. These guys are scammers and guarantee nothing after the work is done! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I am very pleased with the service, the cost and the quality of the screen replacement for my iPhone 5S.

After almost giving up on the fact that my daughter’s iPod 4 screen could even be fixed, I reluctantly gave in and brought it to MD Wireless to replace the screen. (Can I just say, the screen was so horrible I was embarrassed to even bring it in)
I had gotten another iPod fixed at some Dr place about a year ago and it cost me $ 85, well, MD Wireless charged me $ 50 for the screen repair… SCORE! I will most definitely be using them in the future!!!

I ALMOST gave up on my daughters iPhone 4S after Verizon (on Craig Rd… don’t EVER go there) told me her phone had water damage (after a sales person just literally looked @ the phone & was able to give me a diagnosis).
MD wireless took the phone apart & showed me the phone DIDNT have water damage. He did something (I forgot) & the phone was fixed… and he only charged me $ 70. Yayyyy!!!
Initially the phone was sticking & freezing terribly.

Extremely quick and efficient! Where other repair shops told me it would be cheaper to buy a new phone than to repair the one I had, they told me it would be $ 40. Not only that, but the fix was done in less than twenty minutes!
It’s been two weeks or so since I brought my phone in and it’s working better than ever!

My husband dropped my iPhone from the second level of our house onto the tile below, and the screen shattered. The phone still worked perfectly, so HE was extremely lucky. Ha!
I searched around for screen repair companies, but I found a lot of shady results. I felt really comfortable with this store, plus they have a $ 5.00 off coupon on their website. I brought the phone in for the screen repair, and an hour later I went to pick it up. The total charge was only $ 60.00. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They also warranty their repair for 30 days.

I had the screen on my iPad replaced. It took about an hour and cost $ 100. I then had a screen protector put on. They gave me a discount and I appreciate that. But more important, the work is quality and they were extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely use their services again.

Great service, friendly, and helpful. These guys are great and they know their stuff! A crack in the upper corner of my iPad screen brought me to these guys. Since it wasn’t affecting being able to see my iPad, they tried to save me the money for repair. In just short of an hour, my iPad was as good as new. Fantastic!
