Bojan to the rescue! Brought in a Mac Mini for a failing hard drive. Bojan saved the data, replaced the drive, and did all the updates by the following day. Speedy, professional service at a fair price. Excellent!

Don’t go to this place. I called about my 6 plus phone and the employee said that when I got there I did not say that it was a plus. so he quoted me $ 99 on the phone then said when I got there that I should go somewhere else because he couldn’t do it for that price. So basically told me I was wrong and sent me elsewhere. He was clearly rude and lost my business! I’m in business for myself and the customer is always right in my mind. NOT NERE I GUESS!!!

Went here about a year ago, and now it’s not the same. Don’t recommend it at all! I fixed my cracked iPhone 6, and they did great. Had to go back another time because they didn’t screw my screen on tight enough, with cause my screen to have lines go down thru it. They easily fixed it and now I came back because my screen is popping out again off the side and they refused to do it and said they would charge me again! What happened to free warranty? Don’t waste your money on this place.

I used this company when I cracked my Iphone 5s screen (twice this past year) both times were great experiences and the pricing was good. Unfortunately my clumsy self shattered my screen AGAIN 2 days ago :(. I called them the next day to make sure I can bring it in and get it fixed that same day, The lady I spoke to said yes and that it would cost me $ 85 dollars to get it fixed. I questioned her about the price since I had paid $ 70 to get it fixed not to long ago and she said their prices went up. Now I completely understand this is a business and yes pricing can increase but $ 15 in less than a year is a pretty steep increase. She explained that the price had went up to $ 95 but they changed it back to $ 85. What the? So they basically just change the pricing whenever they feel like it. The thing that irritated me was she was making it seem like I was getting some type of discount since I would be paying $ 85 instead of $ 95. I ended up not getting my screen fixed and went through my insurance and upgraded to a newer phone instead, which didn’t cost much more.

The guys at this repair shop seem to have limited abilities when repairing iPhones. They are good at replacing broken screens but if you need anything else repaired don’t bother with them. After 3 different attempts they failed at fixing the power button. Also had them try twice to fix the vibrate on/​off switch. Go to the Apple Store and get quality repairs unless you like making several trips to still not have things work correctly.

Honestly this is as good as it gets. In town visiting and I happened to drop my phone and shatter the screen, as well as dent the corner. They were around the corner from the house I was staying at so I brought it in, and they’re the only place that I can trust with «Doctor» in their name! Phone was fixed quickly and the technician was very thorough in describing what he did to my phone, down to smoothing out and unbending the dent I made. Can’t beat these prices or wait times, this is the place to go!

I went here today to get my iphone screen fixed. I called right before I came and was quoted 90 over the phone than the guy in the shop told me 95. (I get it, what’s 5 bucks but still it annoyed me. They did a good job but I went thru my browser and someone was looking at cars on it. NOT ME! I think that is highly rude and unprofessional.

I came in today to get my husbands iPhone 5C fixed. I came there based on all of the reviews that was given on Unilocal.It appeared to me that this place was a better choice over the iPhone doctor because the iPhone Doctor received terrible reviews. When I arrived the person quoted me $ 99 to repair his iPhone 5C cracked screen and when asked why so much because that is not what was stated on Unilocal he said that they increased their prices recently. To replace the entire phone through my insurance is only $ 1 more. I think their prices are too high for a replacement screen. If you need to replace your screen just go through your insurance. Don’t come here. If you don’t have insurance, you may be better off going on Craigslist to find another phone. Hope this review helps you.

Walked in a 9:55 even though they open at 10am, fixed by 11am. Super fast service. I cannot tell the difference on my iPhone6. Well done

My I phone was giving me a issue. I did not know what was wrong with it. Wireless Doctor solved my issue in less than an hour.

My phone literally looked like it had been run over. The screen was totally shattered and when I turned it on, the screen just showed a bunch of colored stripes. I couldn’t see anything and the touch screen didn’t work anymore. I took it here purely in hopes that I could retrieve my data. Not only could they retrieve my data, but for $ 20 more they could fix the whole thing! I was shocked! I paid around $ 85 for the screen and what ever other internal parts were broken. That was cheaper then all the other places I have looked at for JUST the screen alone. Will definitely be taking my husbands cracked screen in to get it fixed there. They are the best.

Best $ 59 I ever spent. Dropped my 5s face down on a sidewalk and smashed my screen. Took it in and they quoted me 45 mins. Great job with no hidden coast. Phone was good as new!

Just had my daughters iPhone 6 screen fixed. I called to get a price and was first wowed because it was lower than anywhere else I called. I asked him if he had time now he said yes. We got there and we were welcomed into the store with a smile I told him I had just called and he gave me a small form to fill out while he inspected the phone. He said it would take about 30 – 45 min. I told him we were going to go grab some food and we will be back. Well 15 min later he called me to tell me her phone was ready! I said wow that was fast. He said I heard when you said you were going to get some food and figured I would just get yours done first so you didn’t have to wait. AWESOME!!! Great service, great price, great experience!

My first experience was so overwhelmingly positive that I cannot rave enough about the customer-​service and quality of work. Raymond and Paul have have bailed me (and several family members/​coworkers) out of a jam when it comes to shattered electronics. But I’m not talking your average run of the mill oh no I dropped my phone there’s a small crack across the glass…
The first phone brought to them was a brand new iPhone 5s in a LifeProof case that my newly adopted dog decided would be an excellent chew toy. He spent the entire night gnawing away at the poor thing. When I woke up the screen was a fine powder. How does that even happen? I don’t know. But what’s more incredible is the fact that they were able to return it to near perfect condition. I mean, there were bite marks all the way through the phone and they still were able to save it.
Fast forward a bit, the same phone had a near catastrophe with an exploding battery… again, miracle workers took my phone, worked some reasonably priced voodoo magic and produced a flawless work of art. (Yes, I’m beginning to realize I’m a little bit too accident prone with the phone).
A third time (if you can believe it) the phone was actually dropped by clutzo me and they saved me again.
Bottom line: I can’t speak for everyone, but I have had several dealings with the team at Wireless Doctor and all have been professional and affordable. These guys really know what they are doing and it is such a relief to have support like this in your back pocket.
