Nice facility. Takes forever to get an appointment. Constant rescheduling.
I had an appt 2 weeks out and 2 days before I got a call to reschedule it to the next day. Okay. Come to the office, wait an hour and still have to reschedule … An entire week later. And the ladies at the desk were making jokes of it. Because wasting time is fun.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional medical establishment. My first appointment wasn’t so bad, so we will allow the one star for that alone. I got in quick, paperwork was quick and my annual was a piece of cake, even though for some reason I dint feel completely comfortable. In and out of that office in about 30 minutes from the time of check in to the time of check out. My next appointment, however, was when I started to get a bad taste in my mouth.
My next appointment was to have an in office procedure. My doctor informed me she may have to use an ultrasound to finish the procedure, but those cases were slim. Through much pain and discomfort, the procedure was not going as planned, so, like I was advised, we’d be moving to plan b; ultrasound. They left my in the room for about 20 or so minutes without any updates until a nurse came rushing in and grabbed my stuff and had me rush, almost jog to the other end of the building without shoes on to the ultrasound room to finish the procedure. Everything after that happened so quick, along with more pain and discomfort and then we were done, and I was rushed back out of the ultrasound room because they had to «fit me in». Even though I was pre warned by my doctor that that scenario may have been the case, but the staff nor the doctor was prepared for it. I checked out that day and was told a prescription they called in for me would be ready at my pharmacy.
Between the time of that appointment and my follow up appointment, I ended up having to phone them 4 different times between 3 days because I never received my prescription, which happened to be for antibiotics to prevent infection. Finally by the end of the 3^rd day I was able to have my prescription sent, but was informed it was for only to be taken for half the amount of time than originally planned because it’s almost too late.
On my follow up to that procedure, I was informed that the procedure was done somewhat incorrectly and things weren’t as they should of been. I was also experiencing pain and thought I may had had an infection due to abnormal occurrences within my body since the procedure. I was then scheduled for another day to test for infection, so I awaited that day. That appointment was made on a Friday of a holiday weekend, so I wouldn’t be getting the results until towards the middle of the following week. I never received a call. I called to inquire about the results and was told they had to locate and ask the doctor and they will return my call. You can guess that of course that never happened. I ended up not calling back due to the fact that I had a follow up ultrasound to check on the progress of my earlier procedure with my doctor a few days later.
Last appointment ever attended at Meadows Women’s center was a check up (not infact another ultrasound) for the procedure in which I ended up having to ask my doctor about the earlier tests done and the results. Luckily I did not have an infection, was told everything «seemed» to be going well and to come back in 3 months for another ultrasound a check up. At the time I made those appointments, but ended up cancelling.
Unfortunately I will not ever return to this facility to see an OBGYN. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and unaccommated in a doctors office before. To add fuel to the fire, I am currently fighting with my insurance over a $ 400 bill I received from a lab they sent my lab work to that wasn’t contracted under my insurance.

Just trying to find a good woman doctors office that are sincere with their patients. My first visit started off with insincere receptionist, they just seemed like they had an attitude for no reason. I waited in the lobby a very long hour half. When they actually called me back into the room I waited at least another hour an a half and it was freezing. Not to mention no one came to check on me or inform that the Dr would be taking her sweet slow time and wouldn’t be in for another hour. Ridiculous. It was a 10 am appointment they don’t open until 9 am how do you get so far behind in one hour. The rooms were extremely cold and bare. When I did finally see Dr. Mchale she was brief, and insincere. I want a Dr office that at least offers you water and tea in the lobby. Makes you feel like they are their for you. Well meadows women center in general will be a no go from here on out. I only came back for my follow up appointment and I’m just as disappointed as last time if not more.

Prepare to wait! I arrived 45 min early for my appointment and I’ve now been waiting 3 hours. Last time I was here 2 ½ hours. If it wasn’t for needing surgery, I wouldn’t be here. I will not return after my surgery.
My time is valuable. This office has no respect for other people’s time and commitments. RUDE!

After my nightmare of an experience at another local doctors office I came in expecting the worse and was very pleasantly surprised.
I came in the office 30 minutes early as instructed by the receptionist when setting up my appointment to fill out some new patient paperwork. The whole check in process was super easy and I only ended up waiting about 5 minutes after completing my paperwork to get called back.
Once called back one of the med assistants took my height, weight and all the critical details down. She was super friendly and kept up small talk to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable at all.
After being taken to my room I only waited about 5 minutes to see the doctor. Tracy Wurm was my doctor and she was super friendly and relatable. She also had me do some blood word which took only about 10 minutes.
The whole appointment was super quick and painless in comparison to usual doctors offices. I was in and out within 1 and a half hour total. The only reason for not giving them a five star review would be for not confirming my appointment the day before, other then that everything went smoothly.

If your appointment isnt first thing in the morning you’re going to be waiting over a hour. I only come here to see Dr. Roberts. She is beyond amazing. Just had a c sec with my first baby, she did a amazing job explains everything and makes sure you are comfortable. I recommend her to all my friends !

You know what, I was pleasantly surprised! When I walked into Meadows Women’s Center, my heart dropped initially, because it was a CF of people and seemed a little disorganized and haphazard. But aside from an initial delay in getting me checked in and my paperwork processed, everything moved quickly and smoothly, and much to my delight and surprise, I was in and out in an hour!
The facilities are beautiful, modern, and my doctor was very nice, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I understood my prescriptions. They emailed them right into my pharmacy with no trouble.
Getting out was a little tricky and confusing– no one is around to explain where to go after you’ve finished seeing the doctor, and there’s no signage. So I wandered around aimlessly for a bit until I found the check out counter and the exit.
All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by Meadows Women’s Center. Hopefully things will go just as smoothly on my next visit!

This was my daughter’s first visit and have to say we are extremely impressed. I’ve called the office twice and not only did they get her an appointment bathe same week they were able to get her records from the other practice. She had been seeing a PAC at SW medical gynecologist office and the treatment plan didn’t make sense. So we made an appointment with Dr. Nguyen and are extremely pleased with the staff, wait times and Dr Nguyen! The doctor spent a good amount of time listening and going over her history and we now have a plan that makes sense to determine what is causing her issue. Won’t mind if we ever do have a long wait time for the quality care. Remember these doctors deliver babies so emergencies will arise causing office delays

My appointment was at 9:30 and I arrived at 9:15. This is a lady appointment so they tell me to remove all my clothes blah blah.
So, I sit on the exam table until 11:10 freezing and no doctor. Really? Shall I send you a «no show» invoice!

Once in the office I enjoy the PA that I saw however I am exasperated with how many times they have sent me out of the office with the wrong referral paperwork or not called me back when I have left several messages. I will be switching to another practice, I believe they are under staffed with receptionist and the check out is not up to speed with what paperwork is needed.

Wait time is ridiculous, every single time. Front desk is terrible with scheduling and inconsistent collecting co-​payment. Would not recommend this office.

At first I loved this place, they got me in to see Dr Kirsten Rojas immediately (with the help of my coworker who knew the office manager) when I was having abdominal pain. Turned out to be a fibroid on my uterus as well as multiple cysts. While being out of work on temporary disability for 6 weeks I had to fight with this office to get my medical records over to my employer’s HR department so I could get paid. This was a struggle and like the other reviews mentioned no one is willing to help and they don’t like to return your calls so after several attempts I went in person and asked to speak to the office manager at that time Georgeanne who is worse than her rude office staff. She made me feel like a complete idiot not to mention she was speaking to me in front of another person who didn’t look like they worked there, so unprofessional.
Even with that I continued to go back just because I liked Dr Rojas and it was close to home/​work. However the wait times in this place are ridiculous. Each time I go I’m there a good 2 hours, at least. This last time they scheduled me to go back for a biopsy. I cancelled my appointment back in October and a week ago (now January) I get a letter in the mail saying they’ve tried multiple times to contact me and If I don’t call to reschedule they’re doing to terminate me as a patient. First of all I haven’t received any phone calls from them and second, Im pretty sure it’s my choice to have that procedure done or not. I think it’s a joke how they treat their patients. They’d be doing me a favor honestly. I won’t be going back.

The most important skill an amazing Doctor can have is to listen. It respects your time and needs. Dr Lisa Roberts excels in giving patients that gift.
It is well worth the wait and appointment knowing she will give me her time knowledge and help to take care of my needs.
Her bedside manner is so gentle understanding and relieving.
Then she goes the extra mile to review labs and outside services and give me the results.
That is dedication and outstanding service.
I so appreciate and admire her dedication.

So I wish that I could write two reviews. One for the office and one from Dr. Wurm.
I am pregnant and for the first 20 weeks of my pregnancy, I wanted to cry with how terrible this office was run and made me feel. I mysteriously have new balances even though I have an HMO insurance and pay SOMETHING every single time I am in office. I have stopped paying these balances until they could explain HOW they were coming up with them… They have yet to be willing to sit down and explain it. Awesome.
Dr. Wurm, however, is my saving grace. When I finally got to see her, she made me feel instantly comfortable and at ease. I would travel anywhere to see her. Only two visits with her so far and I can already tell she is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I wish I could give her five stars and the office one.
If it wasn’t for Dr. Wurm, I would leave this practice.
They really need to be thankful that they found such an amazing doctor. I know that I am.

I’ve been going here to see Sadie for about 5 years now and she is amazing. She has a lot of patience and really explains everything thouroughly. She also has a genuine care and concern for you as a person, not just another patient in and out the door.
The wait time is on and off. Some appointments I’ve waited almost an hour and others it’s right on time. The staff (I’ve noticed) has a lot of turnaround because I never see the same nurses/​reception staff twice. I had an appointment today and the receptionist tried to tell me I didn’t, even though it was confirmed twice ahead of time, but she ended up «finding» the appointment anyway. The gals at check out didn’t seem very friendly and there was a line to check out but nobody at the desk for almost 5 minutes. Also the check out area is a little small and not very private so your business becomes everyones.
All in all, I still love coming here. The building is very nice, offices are always immaculate and very modern. Would recommend.

I started coming to this office after a pretty bad experience with my previous OB. Maybe it’s because the doctor & staff at the last place were so terrible, but I really love this office.
The front desk seems to be a bit of a revolving door for staff, but I’ve never had anything go wrong. Even when I showed up on the wrong day to an appointment (blaming pregnancy brain on this one), they were able to squeeze me in to see another doctor even though she had already seen her last patient of the day.
There have been a couple of mistakes made at check out, but nothing life-​shattering. One made me just have a bit of a longer wait at my next appointment. The other, I caught before leaving and it was fixed right away.
Wait times… yes, usually a little long. But it goes with the nature of the practice. Trust me, when you’re having an emergency or need unexpected testing, you’ll be glad they’re there to help you and you won’t care that someone in the waiting room is getting bored. The biggest hang up in the past has been waiting to check out. But at my last exam, they finally had a second person at check out, and I had no wait whatsoever. In fact, I was seen and out the door before my appointment time.
The back office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They do their best to keep things moving. I see Dr. Kirsten Rojas, and she is very quick in the exam room, but if you ask questions, she will answer them and make sure you understand. She is also very caring. My old Doctor made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter… I’ve never had that issue here.
I will definitely be back to this office, and I’ve already referred several people.

I can understand being busy and needing to book an appointment a month in advance. So I waited the month and finally appointment day arrived, with much anxiety and excitement to finally get some answers that myself and family have been waiting for. Finally I’m thinking I’ll start to get to the bottom of my problems.
Arrive 1 hour early, yes, done. Fill in all paperwork, done. Wait… After 2 hours in their office I left without seeing a Dr. I sat in my car and cried knowing I would have to start the search for a gyno again and make an appointment somewhere else a month in advance. Another month of not knowing.
That was downright INSULTING how long you had me wait — 2 HOURS! If I have to make an appointment a month in advance and am *required* to arrive an hour early, then I expect to be seen at my appointment time. A smile at the front desk wouldn’t hurt either.

The good news is that while you’re sitting in their waiting room for over an hour, you have plenty of time to write a review. My appointments have been cancelled twice, after I was sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes they told me that the doctor had to run to a delivery and nobody else was available to do my annual exam. Twice. This has happened. I’m current still waiting… Going on 58 minutes, but hopefully third time is the charm. I won’t be back ever again.

I suppose I cannot really disagree with any bad review, but healthcare in general can be tricky. Do you really want the gynecologist that can see you right away? or do you want the gynecologist that is super busy and it might take a few weeks to get in? A busy practice is often a sign of a great doctor. Their intention is not to sit around eating bon-​bons behind closed doors while you are mentally driving yourself crazy waiting… they are a high volume busy practice. It is what it is. Although it is often a double edged sword, healthcare is tricky like this.
I have no kids, nothing is complicated about my health profile and only go to the gynecologist once a year. I have been seeing Dr. Roberts for about four years. I am well aware of the wait. I come prepared for it. As stated, I am prepared for an hour plus wait in the waiting room and additional waiting in the exam room. I am not a high profile patient in many ways because I am simply going in for an annual PAP and a mammogram referral. No kids, no pregnancy, married to the same man for 15 years, nothing complicated.
Dr. Roberts is a great, caring, savy, smart OB/​GYN. She is worth the wait and it very good in her professional field. Not just because I am saying so, the medical field says so.
The facility is nice, dark/​neutral colors throughout, a maze of treatment/​exam rooms and waiting room has lots of natural light. It is located behind Southern Hills Hospital.
I was there last week and made the appointment in the earliest part of the morning to help eliminate some of the wait. My wait time was maybe 30 – 40 minutes, which was fine, because if you manage the expectation of the well known wait time, it is no problem. For an annual, I also opted to see Dr. Roberts NP, Carly, in lue of Dr. Roberts. This was a great decision, because Carly is lovely and smart and knowledgeable. For my basic annual, which she is absolutely qualified to do, she arrived to the exam room in like 5 minutes after my arrival! I was in and out of there fast! For something basic like this, I don’t need to see Dr. Roberts and Carly was great. They were not pushing me to see Carly, they offered it as an option when I booked the appointment and I took it. I would have no hesitation to see Carly again. If something was wrong, there are plenty of people with MD on their business card in the building to step in.
Life is about managing expectations and as long as you manage the expectation of knowing at Meadows Women Center you will have a significant wait time, I would recommend Dr. Roberts and her NP Carly to any person who falls under my same scenario.

I have been here 4 times and every wait exceeded an hour. On my arrival of this visit I was informed they don’t allow any beverages in the waiting room. I threw my Starbucks away and sat for an hour!
The only reason I continue to come here is for Dr. Roberts. ⁵⁄₅. I think she is a great Doctor but wish she worked at a different facility.
If you enjoy wasting your time, reading magazines, and sitting around then this is your place!!! Bring a phone charger!
I had the worst blood draw of my life here. She dragged the needle against my arm when she pulled it out – resulting in a 2 inch scratch. Lovely!
