I usually come here to bet and watch sports games. I like the atmosphere, fans are really getting into it. I also like the renovation they did with cushy sofa instead of the hard chairs. Unfortunately, the drink servers were too few to served the whole place, so it took awhile for our drinks to arrived.

extreme price gouging.1-tiny small Rum & Coke $ 13.58cents. Watered down sewer water. Do people actually tip the bartenders at this rate??? its called ripping off the tourists. Wow…

Their service was good. I wasn’t all that impressed with their beer selection. Being from the Pacific Northwest, I have an abundant choice of breweries everywhere I go. They do sell pretty large beers for an alright price though! Naturally, its packed on game day but its a nice spot to sit & sip a beer if you are looking to relax for a few minutes.

Nice friendly staff, the poker machines geared like the rest of the strip and pretty tight. Tighter than Dolphin sex, and that’s water tight. Can’t see the tiny, distant TV’s. A joke really, especially in this day of HDTV big screens at sports bars. The Mirage was the class act of sports bars at one time. No more. No more live entertainment nor any music at all. Just the cartoon jingles from the slot machines. Like sitting in a garage full of ice cream trucks with their music boxes all outta sync. No comp drinks at the Mirage unless you have a players club card. Strictly enforced. Some people don’t like casino/gaming info being mailed home and that is what you’ll get. We predict this will come back and pee on them. A really bad idea some Mirage management genius put into play. We like to be anonymous in casinos and it ain’t gonna happen here. Players club pays about 1 cent in junk/trinket credit for ever $ 2 you wager. Nahh, I’d rather be the stealth gambler. The most expensive room in Vegas is a free room. Do the math.

So, for a place called ‘The Sports Bar’ you would think that there would be TV’s there or at least visible when you sat down at the bar but no. Nope, there wasn’t. Ya like I get it, Vegas has the sport book areas or whatever but we had sat down there passing by and grabbing a drink and there wasn’t even a TV above the bar to look up at.

Three stars because the waitress was really nice. However, this sports bar doesn’t really measure up with some others I have been in. At least it wasn’t super crowded but would have been nice if they served food.
