I have never done a Unilocal review before so this is my first one because thats how horrible this plavr is… I would give this place –100 stars if i could. the first time I went the teller was super rude threw my ID and pay check stub back at me and made me thow away the little stub garbage! But at least he released all my funds like there policy states… so a month later i figure I would give it another try.)everyone has their bad days). so again go up to a teller. really nice girl… I hand hey pay check with the stub connected to it. As usual. she does her little thing and hands me a receipt… ok kool. keep in mind I use my debit to only pay bills and keep a little for emergencies because of fraudulent activities. so I pay all my bills. come to find out the girl didn’t release all my funds. she never told me that… so now my bank account is at $-104 and I don’t kno why. im on the phone with my bank for an hour trynna figure it out and they figured it out for me. so I proceed to call the this scam ass bank. I proceed to ask the lady their policy on shared branching. she said as long as the stub is attached they release the funds. so I told her my stub was attached and your teller made a mistake that caused me to go into the negative. she proceeded to get REALLY DAMN RUDE with me. told me to take it up with my bank and tild me its a «privlage» to bank with them and hung up the phone in my face… so that’s my experience with this HORRIBLE bank and I will never return again. thank you for costing me money to bank with you. toodles.

The nice lady, Amber, was so awesome. She greeted me and helped me open a checking account. I never had this experience at my previous bank. I got checks printed, new card, and her service was awesome. I’m glad that I switched to Mountain America.

I’ve been banking with MACU for almost 3 years now. Originally opened my account in Utah. I have absolutely no complaints with them so far. Customer service is always so nice and so helpful. Recently had some fraud hit my account when someone tried to make an online purchase with my debit card. MACU customer service was on top of it right away and literally had it removed and handled within 24 hours. I’ve been banking with this branch for approximately a year and half now and absolutely love this branch. Just like their customer service everyone at this branch is extremely nice and extremely helpful. Especially loan adviser Desiree. She helped me get a helping hand loan (bad credit loan) which CS originally had advised me to look into. I know there’s not one other bank that would approve this kind of loan. Desiree has remembered me every time I’ve gone into branch from day one and is always so nice and so helpful. I would recommend MACU to anyone and everyone. 5 star rating all around period. My only complaint if I absolutely to say one would be lack of locations in Las Vegas. However I would continue to use this location even if they opened more locations all because of Desiree. 5 star service all around highly recommended!!!

Do not use these scam artists! The worst company. Say one thing to get business n slip stuff in on the fine print. Just don’t use them. Go anywhere else but here. You’ll hate yourself if you don’t! Terrible Internet access, always down or not working n have to call. 20 – 30 wait every time you call, and the people answering the phones have never helped.

The best thing about this bank is that they make you feel like more than just another person.
I have used this bank to secure many loans because they have great rates and the loan officers know what they are doing. They never have to ask for a manager on anything. They are empowered and I trust they are looking out for my best interest. They can explain all the details and make the process as easy as possible.
