I’ve banked here for a long time and am not changing. But I do find it very annoying when there are 5 of us waiting and only one teller open while 3 – 4 others are doing whatever they do in back. Very annoying

I have been waiting for a debit card for almost a month… and all customer service keeps telling me is it was shipped out and it hasn’t been returned but everyone was really pleasant except for Tyler in customer service what an a** first thing he said was when I ordered a debit card it took 12 days… I don’t care how long your debit card took… I want to know where the f*** mine is. I hope he gets fired… anyways went to this branch to see if they could help me and unfortunately they couldn’t but Sarah had really great customer service and she did the best she could to help. She is the only reason why I’m giving this review 4 stars other then that I’m really unhappy with NSB right now.

I’m not sure I should be doing a full review of this branch as I have only been in the branch once, but visit the ATM /​drive up teller on occasion. The branch lobby never looks busy, and the drive up ATM might have a one car wait on occasion. For the most part I have been able to just pull up and do my business. I have never seen the ATM or drive up windows out of order, and never had a problem with the machine running slow or not functioning.
The access to the bank is easy and convenient and the area is well lit with plenty of open spaces so you can see what is around you.
