Nacho Daddy has an extensive bar and over eighteen 60″ Plasma HD TV’s spread out around the restaurant to watch your favorite event. We have Saturday College Game Day packages, Sunday NFL Sunday Ticket and on Monday and Thursday Night NFL games.

Tuesdays are Tacos and Tequila: Half– off from our selection of over 65 tequilas.

Casual fun dining with events like Pub trivia and Wine about Mondays.

History

Established in 2010.

Nacho Daddy opened our original location in Henderson in 2010 and our second location opened in Downtown Las Vegas in October of 2013. Our founders believed that there was a definitive niche for Nachos in this world and it was a market not yet truly uncovered. We want to give our customers the biggest selection of unique and gourmet nachos using high quality fresh ingredients. The atmosphere between our four walls is whimsical and fun, I mean with a name like Nacho Daddy how could it not be? Yet the biggest surprise is how truly fantastic our food is. And Nachos are not the only thing that people are talking about. We wanted to offer something that more than one group of people would enjoy. So along came our Vegan menu and several healthy menu options including ceviche and a grilled chicken or shrimp kale salad. We won Best Margarita from the Review Journal in 2014 and serve beer so cold that the top occasionally ices over.

Another disappointing Cinco De Mayo meal. That’s 2 years in a row. Why don’t I learn. Poorly managed restaurant. Food is average, they charge for chips and Salsa. Not enough glasses when busy we received our drinks in a plastic cup. $ 12 for a margarita in small plastic cup. When I asked the server, she said its «just the managers choice». I guess the manager chose to serve the people next to us in the regular large cold glass goblet. Music so loud you had to shout to talk, making everyone else shout, and so on and so on. Unnessassary.
This is why we normally chose the best Mexican Restaurant in the Henderson area on the hill, but they were so busy they had police directing traffic.
On a positive note, we got right in Nacho Daddys.

This was my first time trying this place and I have to say unfortunately I won’t be returning. I placed an order to go, the hostess asked if she could seat the people after me and then get my order, thought that was odd since it would make more sense to put my order in since I was waiting. The hostess quoted me 15 minutes or so because they were really busy, keep in mind there were 5 tables sat and 2 sat in the bar. Thats really busy, ok! So I sat and waited. I got there at 6:30 and got my food at 6:59. I asked if there were napkins in the bag, hostess said oh yea! Well nothing was in there. Sent her back to get some. I ordered the spicy shrimp nachos, the portion size was extremely small and there was only 5 pieces of shrimp on the entire dish. The shrimp was smaller than the size of a quarter. The plate itself had a decent taste but definitely not worth the $ 17 they charged.
Service was blah, menu presentation was ehh and overall experience was enough to have me write a bad review.
If I had enough time, I would have gone back to return the meal. Not worth it.

This place has no concept of service… We sat at our table for 15 mins before acknowledgment from a waiter. We asked for chips and salsa to start… It never came. The nachos and burritos we ordered literally took over an hour to arrive. But for our entertainment the staff tried to keep delivering the surrounding tables orders to us. WTF, what a cluster…
Stay Away from this place… Never again will we be coming back.

We stopped here quick for a bite to eat on our way to Lake Havasu. The creative name lured us in with high expectations. I ordered the supreme nachos and they were piled high with delicious toppings. The price was really high for nachos but they were pretty good. The customer service was great and the waitress was always there when we needed something. Their specialties are nachos with other Mexican food items available to order. Check it out if you want a big plate of nachos with a steep bill.

Excellent! It was great to find a restaurant with vegan choices with positive reviews and meat choices for my carnivorous husband. The vegan nachos were amazing. The portions can feed me for days! My husband was equally pleased with his Filet Mignon nachos.
The service, food and prices were all great. Will be returning and would recommend!

Didn’t eat here, just got a few margaritas at the bar!
Upon us sitting down the bartender brought us each a menu and told us she would be back in a few to get our order, she also informed us we got there right when happy hour started! I love when bartenders give us a few minutes to order, because I always feel so rushed when we immediately sit down and they want our order.
We got the house margaritas because they were 5 dollars and that was a deal we couldn’t beat!
The bartender made them quickly and they were delicious. Came in a cute little glass and had plenty of tequila, just how I like it!
The bartender was great, we would come back again just to get drinks from her!

We greatly enjoyed our early Sunday dinner at Nacho Daddy. It was early enough to not be crowded, and service was on point.
We shared the guacamole appetizer, which was plentiful for two people. The chips were good– just salty enough.
My friend had the tamale, which was nicely plated as an «open-​faced» dish, with the corn husk knotted at one end, and opened up. It tasted very nice.
I had the cheese enchiladas, and tried both the green and red salsas (no mole, unfortunately). Both were good. The «poco de gallo» contained tomatoes that appeared to be roasted with chipotle peppers (a guess– it’s the same flavor they used in roasting the corn).
The service was pretty good, and we never felt rushed. The place looks spacious and clean, with friendly, professional staff. We’ll definitely be coming here again, or to the new location on W. Sahara in Summerlin.

I do really love the food at Nacho Daddy’s Henderson location; I’ve had tasty tacos, burritos, and nacho platters, but…
— Sometimes the dining room gets slammed so there is an unusually long wait for a table… managers should coach the hostesses.
— The service is really inconsistent, you could get a wonderfully attentive waitress, or beg for drinks… flip of the coin.
— I’ve watched the tables getting cleaned, and I’m concerned about the health department catching improper management practices… makes me wonder what the kitchen is like!
That’s why I can’t go higher than three stars.

For a place that the specialty should be nachos this is not what I expected failed to wow me.
The cheese was sandwich cheese just melted on chips topped with what meat selection you pick.
Drinks where pretty good so that’s why the 3 starts customer service was ok as well.

I want to like this place so much that I’ve dined here half a dozen times before writing this review. The bottom line is this: the food is decent, but the service is atrocious! The food is a good 3.5 stars but the service is a half star, hence the 2 star average rating.
Do not eat here if you want a quick meal. It’s at least a 2 hour commitment, even for lunch! It’s obvious that this large restaurant is sorely understaffed. I’ll compare it to the far superior Lindo Michoacan — that restaurant is twice the size but the service is always fantastic there. Nacho Daddy, please hire more people because your sloooooow service makes me avoid being a regular customer.
The food leans toward the gourmet side, is good, and as you’d expect, is a little overpriced. You even have to pay for chips and salsa (something just about every other Mexican restaurant on the planet gives away for free). They have a great selection of – you guessed it – nachos. The nachos have many inventive ingredient combinations but the kitchen sometimes leaves things off completely. Never have I had a plate of nachos arrive that are exactly as described on the menu. Something is always missing. They have other Mexican staples too: their fajitas are tasty (but sadly no homemade tortillas here). There’s also a good selection of unique vegan /​vegetarian options so your veggie pal isn’t stuck eating the same old boring salad.
Be sure to check Groupon or Living Social for a special discount deal before dining here. You can sometimes score a nice savings!

I love nacho daddy, I had never heard of it until a friend brought me down to the on elm Sahara. All of their locations have a great wait staff and AMAZING drinks. This time in Henderson I decided to go with the margaritas since we got the 10 tacos for $ 10.

The friendly server was a good start to our lunch but the best part was the oh so good food! We shared the Buffalo Hot Nachos & Bacon Anaheim Chili Grilled Cheese w/​garlic fries! I ate until my tummy was about to burst, then I took one more bite. ;) The grilled cheese was full of flavor as were the garlic fries. The nachos were spicy & cheesy & we loved them!

This was my first time to goto Nacho Daddy.. .
And they did not disappoint! =) They have a huge menu with lots of options.. .BUT since I was at NACHO Daddy.. .I figured I had to try their nachos! =)
I got a Thai Nacho which I thought was totally off the wall.. .BUT somehow the white cheese sauce with the Thai seasoned chicken and bean sprouts somehow all worked. I was very surprised and very happy that everything. Chicken was seasoned well and moist. It could very well have been dry and bland as at other restaurants but their chicken was great. =)
Service was a little hit or miss as their POS system was offline and they were manually writing tickets in to the kitchen. BUT once I asked for anything, we were promptly taken care of.. .it was just a little bit of a hassle to get a hold of our server.
We also got chips and salsa.. .the chips were light and crispy and the spicy salsa was to die for. It had a nice kick to it.. .and a good flavor profile. I love me some chips and salsa! The only weird thing was that we had to order it. Normally in other Mexican restaurants, they come out for free.. .but all good. I would probably order it again as I liked the spicy salsa. =)
Would I go back. Definitely. I love finger food and the Thai nacho did not disappoint! =)

The service and food were good. I got the pork street tacos and overall they were good. I like the pork but not the cheese stuff on top. My boyfriend got the fish tacos and they looked pretty and he said they were ok.
Out waitress was quick and seemed nice. She didn’t talk much which was fine by me as I’d rather just get my food and not chit chat.
However out table and my booth seat were super sticky. And the seat was broken so it stuck to me and slide around.

This was my second time visiting this restaurant. Each time, it’s been a decent experience. Today I am writing my review based off of lunch. I got a sprite, chips and salsa, and a kale salad with chicken. My husband got the beef enchilada with raspberry tea.
I was a bit annoyed the the raspberry tea was from the fountain. My husband didn’t like it but the wait staff brought him a refill before he even drank two sips. It was if they were scared of not proving so great of service that they didn’t care if they wasted food.
Regardless, my salad was great aside from the cubed chicken. It wasn’t worth the $ 3 dollars extra to get that protein.
My husband wasnt a fan of his enchiladas. It had the appearance it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. But in the past we’ve had great nacho dishes, specifically the Thai chicken nachos.
I’ll probably come back, but I’m slowly dissecting what parts of the menu are worth trying.

Fantastic! We didn’t have drinks, but the food was so good. We shared the tostado nachos and fish tacos. First of all the nachos were ridiculous, and I mean that in a good way. Now on to the fish tacos. Probably one of the best I have had. The salsa on it just made it that more tasty.

Good margaritas and average food; great happy hour.
Happy hour is from 3p-​6p daily with cheap beers (if you like PBR, it’s less than $ 2 a beer) and half off appetizers. They have specials on margaritas too (buy one get one free). I actually enjoy their margaritas but don’t care for their food. I’ve been here a few times when I used to live in Henderson but I haven’t been back since I’ve moved closer to the strip.
Would recommend Nacho Daddy for margaritas and beer during happy hour. I wouldn’t go hungry though…
