The owner is rude and disrespectful. I’ve waited outside the door several times, sign says they open at 9, lucky if someone pulls up to open the shop at 9:20. They will keep you waiting forever even if you have an appointment. Unprofessional unkind and horrible service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This is the FIRST nail salon I went to since I just moved to Vegas last month. Decided to give this place a try since I was near the area. I didn’t book an appointment I just simply walked in and they took me right away! The staff was very friendly and talked stories with me. Pricing in my opinion vs back home in Hawaii, it shocked me. It’s $ 15-​$ 30 cheaper than what I usually pay! I looooove the way my nails turned out. I WILL be back!

Paul, Trina and Katie are just the best nail technicians ever. I am a mother of three grown daughters who visit often from DC and elsewhere. My daughters all want their first stop to Nails U Love. We are always greeted wonderfully. The pedicures never disappoint. I wait for my turn because it’s worth it.
Won’t go anywhere else.

I went into this location with my bestfriend. I asked that my fullset be taken off. She asked to have her full set removed as well.
I was told if I take them off it will be painful for you so I will not remove them. I asked for gel nails again that was declined by the nail tex.
She told me you change your nail color ever few days. So Im not giving you gel nails. I asked for my $ 40.00 a refund. I was told the manager is not here. I called him and he will arrive in 15 minutes. Instead she called the police on me as if I dont have a excellent back ground. I guess she thought I would be a coward and run like a common crook. I stayed and talked to the two police officers.
I will be calling my credit card company in the morning and having them hold my payment. I won’t pay for a half done service. She took over 2 hours on my nails and the diamonds fell off before I made it ti my car. She did what she wanted to do not what I asked for I will include the video of her saying the manager is on the way. As well as pictures of my nails. Beware of scam artists at this location. I dont know what’s wrong with Unilocal I posted a video but its been cut short. (The entire video does not play.) However I will never delete this video should anyone contact me I will send you a copy of the video via email if I need to.

I made an appointment today and showed up on time. I was seated pretty quickly. But after that I sat in the chair with my feet soaking, completely unacknowledged for 35 minutes. It was extremely frustrating. If I had been told they were backed up when I called I would of come in later and gotten some things done. I got up and left. No one seemed to care at all. I won’t be returning to this nail salon. There are a bunch of others in the area. I’ll try my luck at those.

I’ve gotten acrylics, a pedicure, and gel manicure done here and each time they did a great job. They are priced average for the area. Both Paul and Katie have done my nails and they are great! Super nice, not pushy and I always come out with great nails! My gel manicure is going 7 days strong despite having thin nails from removing acrylics. Katie also guarantees her work for 7 days if anything happens to them. Great color selection and great results from this place!

Every time I have gone (4 times) my nails never last longer than 3 days as acrylic or gel. My disappointment never deceives me.

Clean awesome staff recommend this place they are quick and precise and if you are not happy they fix it at no charge

My nails are always what I want. They are careful and kind here. There was a misunderstanding this last time of what I wanted and when I came back the next day they re did it no problem. Make sure you are verbal about what you would like, and try to make an appointment– A relaxing no hassle place. :)

It’s was my first time at this salon and they did an amazing job! I originally was gonna go to a different salon but my boyfriend was getting his hair cut at amazing cuts next door so I just decided to get them done here. My nails turned out great and I love them. I will definitely come back to get my nails done here again. My nails came out to be about $ 30 plus $ 5 tip it was totally worth it!

Five stars for what they did to my dogs and what I watched them do while I was sitting here.
10 AM. Getting the toes did. Every now and then gotta get it done.
Incredibly patient staff. Sitting two chairs down from a lady who is making dude earn every bit of that tip! He’s rolling with it nicely too!
Now I know why the daughter recommended this place. Friendly staff and they know what they’re doing. Every pedicure chair has a butt in it. Must have stumbled onto something here. Wife in the seat to the left and an old GI in a black veteran’s ball cap in the seat to the right. Looks like everyone rolls up into this piece.
Crappy parking lot though. If the spots out front are full, it’s worth parking on the side street. Do not sleep on this place.
Katie is a wizard with the toes and she takes pity on ugly feet. Felt like a a schmuck taking my neglected toes down there. Her first words «Don’t worry about it. I’ve seen much worse. These aren’t bad at all!» Now she’s working the old GI to my left so if you got old beat up Army toes like mine, this is the spot.
Will definitely be back. Check this place out. It’s worth the trip if you’re anywhere in Centennial Hills. Don’t think I’d travel from Henderson, but North Las Vegas, Summerlin? Definitely.

Not fancy but they get the job done right with a reasonable price. I got gel builders done and it cost me 10 bucks less here than other places.

I’ve been going to this salon for about six months. I’ve had about a dozen gel manicures and 3 – 4 pedicures. I love their service and the fact the wait isn’t too long if you don’t have an appointment. My gel manicure lasts at least 2 weeks, and I’m really tough on my nails. I would highly recommend this salon!

My first time visiting this nail salon and it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and the guy did an excellent job on my nails. I will be returning!!!

I got acrylics taken off and a regular manicure. The lady was nice, gentle, and did a good job trying not to hurt me. Total cost was $ 20. They charged me $ 5 to take off acrylics.

I love their polish collection and their prices are pretty descent. I just think my acrylics could’ve had a better paint job and it could’ve been a little more neater

Horrible! Please don’t waste your time or money. I got a pedi and gel layover with gel polish and two days later the gel start peeling. Two thumbs down! They should change the name to «Nails you Hate»

Thought I would check this place out since I live so close. I’m very happy I did! The staff is very friendly, Gina in particular did my nails, and she did an amazing job! Reasonably priced. Clean facility. Relaxing. I will be a returning customer!

If you weren’t paying attention then it would be hard to notice this cute new nail salon in the Northwest. Situated right in front of Centennial Hospital, it would be a shame for any nurses and doctors to miss out on amazing leg massages.
Surprised they opened at 9am but even more surprised by how amazing my leg massage felt. Trina used so much pressure and took her time. So worth the continuous visit! Got the gel pedicure for $ 40 omg so reasonably price and so much better than the surrounding salons!
