Well most the time it is 5 stars today appt was for 2:45 p still waiting on my follow up appt for cataract surgery 3 months to see the doctor probably for 15 mins. Yes it Monday and told by front desk on time??? Not really as I waited to get inside for the eye tech to see me and do the testing that the doctor can hand off to someone else to do, waited 30
do that. Now 4 p and still have not seen the doctor. First few appt before surgery went smoothly and was in and out in a reasonable time, today it is really bad over and hr to just do a simple follow up is ridiculous? Dr Pizio is very professional and knows her stuff, but her office seems to overbooked today. So I blame the staff, front desk, lied about being on time.
