Planet Fitness – Las Vegas – Flamingo

If I can readily sign up on line and provide my personal banking information on line, I should be able to cancel membership and the ACH just as easily. But no, you require me to travel to come in person or send a certified letter. You will not delete my banking information and I cannot do that on line either. Fees continue to rack up because at no time have I ever received a bill or notice of any kind. The email address you have had on file when I signed up has not changed. I had moved out of state and there was no Planet Fitness within 75 miles. I did an address change with the post office. Correspondence would have been forwarded. None was ever received. The person answering phones yesterday was rude when I called to try to resolve this. I wanted to speak to a manager or billing department. Manager was not there, was told there is no billing department. Really??? Finally I was able to speak with another employee who gave me the agent for service as this is who I will be sending my certified letter to have my membership cancelled.

I like to shower after my workout but this place has no hot water. I am cancelling my membership, you should too.

So after being at the gym for over a year my first interaction with a staff member wasnt to check on my fitness goals and see how I was but to harass me. I was using one of the circuit machines and the staff came over to me to tell me if I’m not doing the circuit I cant use the equipment. I told that idiot there was no one in the whole area who cares! He said his manager was there and she told him to tell me. Also, to tell me that I have to wipe down machines after I use them. I was in the zone working off stress from work only to come to the gym to deal with someone else silly rules! I asked to speak to that idiot of a manager and of course instead of confronting me she had left for the day. I was more than infuriated that of all the 50 people in the gym they came over to me to harass for something so ridiculous and petty.

Typically don’t like to give planet fitness 4 stars, but one thing I will say is that they are consistent with their gyms and they are always clean. Now what you won’t get is all the specialty equipment you will find at a bigger gym. Their cardio to free weights is ⁷⁵⁄₂₅.

I like this gym a lot. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Accommodating also … this is a smaller gym but it’s a lot better than some of the larger ones ive attended. I recommend

I hadn’t exercised at all for years when I walked into Planet Fitness in December 2015. I joined the Black program, which has great extras like tanning, massage chairs, and massage water beds. I spent about an hour with a trainer that was very understanding and showed me how to use the machines that would benefit me. I’ve been going 5 days a week for the past 2 months and I am addicted to it! There are no hidden charges. You can talk to a trainer as much as you want. It’s helping me so much with my mobility. I absolutely love it!

Love working out here! Super convenient as it is on my way to and from work. Never crowded when I show up around 1 am usually, and I am always greeted with a smile. It’s in a shopping center surrounded by places you probably shouldn’t eat at, but all in all work the $ 19 per month.

This is the best PF location in all of the town. Friendly staff, clean facility, they are always super helpful, and its always a joy to visit this location. I love this place and all the front desk staff are awesome!

The gym won’t wow you with crazy amenities, but for $ 10 a month and being open 24 hours a day, makes this one of the best gyms in Las Vegas. clean facility and good staff make up for the missing amenities.

writing an update… They have another great employee. Hope this one doesn’t now disappear. Her name is Jacinda, she seems to be there most mornings on Mondays through Fridays. She always smiles and keeps a line from forming. Unfortunately I would keep with my 3 star rating from before as many treadmills don’t have radios. Some that do, the radios are broke or don’t work right. Radios do make the treadmill time go faster. Could be a nicer place to go to but at least it is clean.
Let’s keep our fingers crossed for more radios, radios that all work and more employees like Jacinda.

Great price for a gym you can cancel at anytime and for 10 $ month you can’t beat that. I also got a shirt and gym bag, they have plenty to offer tanning beds hydromassage and plenty of treadmills and free weights along with other equipment. It’s not bad at all for the price. Just started working out here and they have a pretty friendly staff so far. Good luck !

I like this Planet Fitness. The staff are friendly and there’s a laid back vibe here. All the machines were clean and working. There isn’t a PF that’s terribly close to my house so I’ve been checking out different locations. This is probably my favorite one in the valley.

My gym, and i love it, great staff, great prices, always clean, i always feel welcome. People of all stages of fitness is using pf, so no matter if tour a beginner or not, you will feel at home. Clients are friendly too and will answer any questions you may have, can not state enough, i love my gym.

Probably one of the best staff i’ve counter in a gym.
They’re so friendly and always helpful whenever I need anything.
The manager and staff are always maintaining the place clean throughout the day and that’s good in their part.
Avoid going after 7pm thru 9pm as that’s rush hour and most of the machines and free weights are being taken up.

This location is now open ²⁴⁄₇! It used to close super early on the weekends, around 7, but now it’s open 24 hours including the weekend! Awesome! Although Unilocal still states that it’s hours are until 7 on weekends, it’s open all night, so night owls can get their sweat on.

Good, basic gym. None of the aerobics classes like you would get at a normal gym, no zumba, none of that fun stuff, just lots of machines, a 30 minute express circuit, massage chairs, tanning booths, and water massage bed. It’s really a very good deal. The locker rooms have showers and changing areas as well.
I can’t find anything to complain about. The place is clean and cheap, and everything I needed in a gym.
