Pointe of Grace Dance Center is a locally-​owned dance studio that has been serving clients in the Las Vegas area since 2012. We specialize in the development of students in the areas of ballet, fairytale ballet, tap, acro-​dance, hip hop, and adult classes. A wide range of classes, camps, and private sessions are available focusing on dance technique, creative development, social development, self-​confidence, and using imagination & personal creativity. Pointe of Grace Dance Center was founded by Kelsey Laurie, a graduate of Las Vegas Academy for the Performing Arts. In 2013 Pointe of Grace Dance Center tripled in size and moved to a new location in Northwest Las Vegas. Pointe of Grace Dance Center is also home of the Pointe of Grace Performing Arts Company which dances for local charities and performs around the Valley. In 2014, Pointe of Grace Dance Center opened its brand new Special Abilities Program to introduce the world of movement to children with disabilities of all kinds.

Kelsey grew up in Las Vegas, surrounded by the arts. When she was 4 she joined a local gym where, by age 14, she was a level 8 gymnast, winning gold in competitions around the nation. In 2007 she was asked to join 30 other performers from around the world to train with Cirque Du Soleil. During that time she trained in gymnastics and aerial arts. Growing up in gymnastics required her to have a background in Ballet. She soon realized her passion was dance, and she began to train with studios across Las Vegas. Kelsey graduated from Las Vegas Academy for the Performing Arts and has continued her education at The University Of Nevada Las Vegas Dance Department. After graduating high school she taught Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Modern, and Jazz around the Valley. Miss Kelsey has also choreographed for a variety of different performances around the Valley including the Make-​A-​Wish foundation, Patrick Slade Foundation, Children’s Heart Foundation, and for various flash mobs around tow

I can not say enough good things about Pointe of Grace! Our 3 year old daughter started there about 6 months ago and I am so glad that we chose them out of the many studios in our area. Miss Mandy is caring, knowledgable, and has the patience of a saint. I would recommend Pointe of Grace to anyone!

My daughters started taking ballet last summer. Now both girls are taking 4 classes each including ballet, jazz, hip hop, modern and tap. Both girls love their classes and teachers. Ms. Mandy has been especially amazing with my six year old. Thank you Kelsey, Heather and Mandy for being amazing teachers and role models to the girls!

Such a beautiful studio and wonderful teachers. They are patient and sweet. We just moved to Las Vegas and my daughter was ready to give up on ballet here since we couldn’t find a studio she liked until we came here. Our daughter has been dancing for about 3 years now and unfortunately has only been at Pointe of Grace for about half that time. I wish we had started there from the beginning.
After deciding to move on from our daughter’s first dance school, we looked around at several locations and were really hoping to find a place that would allow our little one to not only have fun, but to also grow as a dancer. I’ll be honest here, my wife did most of the research on the different dance studios since I really had no idea on what we should be looking for. But once we showed up at Pointe of Grace I just had a feeling we didn’t have to look any further.
There were two other families from the first school that had decided to join us in the search for something better so we set up a day to go and check out Pointe of Grace together. Once we walked in we were greeted by the owner Kelsey, who my wife had talked to before coming in. Kelsey had told us that the first class was free so we can see how we liked it. After that first class we were all ready to sign up.
Pointe of Grace offers everything for everyone. Some of the classes our daughter has been in are the ballet, hip hop, and jazz classes. They have different teams that the kids (there are both girls and boys here) can perform with. They even have classes for adults (I’m not as nibble as I once was, so if you try those out tell me how it goes).
The teachers there are all amazing. They treat every single girl like one of their own and everyone acts like family. The girls have fun but at the same time the teachers keep them in line and make sure they are disciplined dancers. We couldn’t of asked for anything better. We look forward to being there for years to come.

My daughter started taking classes almost right after she turned two. The music and movement class is fantastic and Miss Mandy is wonderful with the little kids. I would recommend Pointe of Grace to anyone who has children any age!

I am so glad I found this place randomly through Groupon. We recently moved to the area and I was thisclose to enrolling my daughter in the dance classes offered through the YMCA. After I watched one of the Y classes in person I was disappointed and knew I wanted something better for my little princess. My daughter loves the fairytale ballet class and although I wish she would take one of the more technique driven classes, she has a blast every week. The owner and teacher do a great job.

Ms Mandy is so good with little kids and teaching them beginning dance. The owner is so nice and helpful. My daughter is having a blast. And I know sometimes dealing with young kids can try most people’s patience Ms Mandy is wonderful.
