I lived here from Feb 13 — June 14. When I first moved in the management staff was really polite and helpful. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It was huge. A few months into my lease, we ended up with new management staff (the desk ladies). They were very rude and catered to the spanish speaking residents while treating everyone else like crap. Everytime I went into the office, even if it was to pay my rent, they treated me as if I was bothering them. I do not apologize for making you do your job. Work orders and maintenance was a joke. I had to keep reminding them of service requests. When they did come out to address any issues, it was done very sloppily. Then it seemed as if they were letting just anyone move into the complex. It became very rowdy, very fast. I could not wait for my lease to end, but still had to stay a few months longer so my children could finish out the school year. Also the place is roach infested. They say they have a spray guy come out, but you have to request it. The problem is, If I’m in a building with, let’s say 18 units in it, if he sprays my apartment, the roaches will all run to the other units and then come back to mine when the coast is clear. He knew this as well, but that’s the problem, if he were to actually address the roach situation the right way, he’d eliminate the roaches and then he wouldn’t have any work. I do not recommend this place at all. Too many fights, too many people outside smoking weed and drinking, too many times police were called to the complex.
