Pet shops are breeders way of continuing there business. If you seen the conditions of how these dogs are kept you would be mortified to know what you were contributing to. I know you want a cute puppy but there as so many qualified pups at a shelter or even over the web. These homeless animals spend countless amount of time waiting for someone like you to come along and who doesn’t love a great rescue story. Rather then just spending amount of dollars at a pet shop. Get a pet that is on death row and give them a forever home. These guys are just as worthy of love. Be a hero.

I bought my puppy Madison Lynn from this place a few months before the owner and her boyfriend tried to burn it down. I am so happy I bought her. She is a miniature dachshund, and is absolutely the cutest thing in the world.

My family purchased our multi-​poo, Bella, from this store in April 2012. Bella has an issue with here knees (they pop out of place) which our vet informed us is very common in toy breeds.
Bella is the first dog my wife or I ever had. It was a learning curve for us, but she is the sweetest dog we could ever hope for. Our two young daughters, who were afraid of dogs, now are the best of friends with her.
Yes, you pay a lot of money, and yes, dogs get sick and apparently toy breeds have special issues. I believe it is all about being an informed consumer. Other than Bella’s knee problems, she has been very healthy and a welcome, energetic, addition to our family.
We received great service from the store and negotiated the price. The store also recommends a vet for a health check, but we have cats and used our own. They gave us a warranty of 1 year.
We did not go the adoption route because we did not want to inherit a dog with issues as we were not experienced with dogs.
Our landscaper recommended this store to us; he has purchased two dogs from here.

I see after I signed my life away with the purchase of my Maltese there was no guarantee that the tea cup I was supposedly purchasing would grow full size after about 3 months of ownership. Mind you I paid $ 2,378 for this pup and it was our family’s first pet, we were anxious to love him and overall have not managed to train him in the manner we were told by the store, the quote un quote free food ($ 2,378) he never would eat and his became so oversized for the quote un quote free cage ($ 2,378) it became irrelevant. After talking about purchasing him in a nail salon I ran into another owner that was having the same issues. ADOPT DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GO TO A REPLICABLE BREEDER. Perhaps Im saving you a huge headache.

This is a high end boutique that also caters to a celebrity clientele. If you want a rescue dog, go to the shelter.
We got both our puppies from Gloria, the owner of Prince & Princess. We found P&P after looking at other places and finally coming to a clean place here we were very happy. Gloria answered a lot of our questions and pointed us in the right direction with advising us to get doggy insurance which has saved us when our oldest ingested pesticide, she also helped us get in touch with Dr. Hines who is the best vet in Vegas. She was available when I had numerous inquiries and always took the time to speak with me. Yes prices are boutique prices but we got a level of care and service for many years after getting our pups that is priceless.
We are very happy with our puppies and we love Prince & Princess.

I contacted the owner of the shop via email, and she seemed concerned about my experience. She did follow up with me and offered to have a manager or owner help me personally if I choose to re-​visit the store.

Not good quality, and overpriced!

This is a follow up to my experience with Prince & Princess Puppies & Boutique on Rainbow Blvd. I brought my Morkie home and the same day he was coughing less than 2 hours from the point I bought Baxter. If you look at the past review they sold me a dog that they had to know that he had KENNAL COUGH… YES, this is a normal thing that can happen but a store should not sell a dog when they are sick. The owner and manager said they would not sell a dog that was sick per thier statements they made to me (I guess he got sick on the car ride home). The vet said he had to been coughing for at least a few days prior due to the way he was coughing… so yes they should have been aware that he was sick (Vet visit was next day after we got Baxer). At the vet visit they also took a stool sample to check for parasites. GUESS WHAT… Baxter now has KENNAL COUGH & PARASITES. I again called the store since they should know about this so they do not spread it to other dogs. The owner was the person answering the phone and once she found out I was the one calling she stated «You were the one that put the bad review online and I will not deal with people like you and hung up the phone». SHE DID NOT CARE TO LISTEN ABOUT HOW SHE COULD HAVE OTHER SICK DOGS IN HER STORE. As a sence of duty I called back to make sure they were aware of the issues with the Parasites but the owner would not get on the phone so I told the person who picked up the phone (called 8÷14÷12 — bought Baxter 8÷9÷12). I have now spent $ 150.00 on Baxter’s vet bills to insure he is taken care of in the manner that this so called pet store should have done. I do not care about the money just the wellbeing of animals. I do want to be fair to the store and both Kennal Cough and Parasites are common for pet stores… so in the future when i go to get Baxter a friend to play with I will go direct to a recommended breeder to insure they come from a cleaner & maintained enviorment. I would hope in the future this owner would be more concerend with the dogs wellbeing and not the money. Baxter is now in a home that he will be loved and taken care of lets hope the best for the other dogs at Prince & Princess Puppies & Boutique. Here are few sections from thier contract: We will not reimburse any medical expenses for your puppy in any event whatsoever. (THIS IS EVEN IF THEY SELL YOU A SICK DOG… Beware!!) Your puppy must be examined by one of our attending vetinarians within 72 hours form the time of purcahse or all your health warranties are null and void. I did but its not covered even after paying $ 1,200.00 for my dog that they sold to me sick. They do not warranty for: kennal cough, ear infections/​mites, internal/​external parasites-​coccidiosis, giardiasis and etc. (What is etc mean … MAYBE ITS THE WAHTSOEVER Events they do not cover) They told us that they have high quality dogs and vets that look after them. Not sure what happened to someone looking after Baxter. To the owners please pick up a book on CUSTOMER SERVICE. REVIEWED BY A LOVING PROUD PET OWNER of Baxter.

We purchased our «Miniature Yorkie» from Prince & Princess a few years ago. Not wanting to pay $ 1500 we were offered an «older» dog from the back room (older meant 6 mos) for $ 250 (warning bells should have gone off). Our dog was about 4lbs at the time and we were told he would only grow a little more. Upon taking him to the vet for neutering we discovered (during the surgery) that he had already been neutered prior to our purchase. He is a loving family pet but has had constant health issues (esp regarding his ears) and has undergone three operations thus far. Oh and by the way– he is a whopping 18lbs!!! So much for not growing too much more! Instead of a Miniature Yorkie we have a Porkie Yorkie!

I know I’m going to get a lot of «ish» from people, but I purchased my Yorkie from this store in September. We checked out a few of the puppies but some of them were scared and shaking. One of the girls working there put a lively little pup in the «Love Room» with my boyfriend and I and we just fell in love. He was happy, silly and friendly.
I had never purchased a puppy from a store before so I was a bit apprehensive. We asked tons of questions to ensure that our puppy did not come from a puppy mill and the girl working assured us that all their dogs come from certified breeders who «wish to remain anonymous». Is this true? I guess I will never know for sure. It does seem really suspect, though.
We put down our deposit and went home to puppy-​proof the house. Two days later we picked our baby up from their location. He was given a bath before we got there, though he could have used a full grooming and I was disappointed that they presented him to us looking a bit shaggy and rough. The purchase of the pup included a cheap plastic crate which you could «upgrade» to a standard crate for an additional $ 30 or so. We did this, but could have likely gotten the cage at a pet retail store for the same price.
Puppies come with a health guarantee that is a bit silly as it doesn’t cover anything of significance. We took our baby to the recommended vet within the allotted time period. Then, we took him to our own vet. Both doctors said he is totally healthy and he has had ZERO health issues to date. He is fully potty trained and a happy little man!
They have a large selection of designer leashes and collars, but I don’t think they are legit. The Louis Vuitton Baxter collar is $ 150 ish at this location. The real LV Baxter sells online for $ 300+. Again, pretty suspect.
I’m giving three stars because my little puppy was healthy and had no issues after having been sold by Prince and Princesses… but I don’t think I would purchase another puppy from them.

They definitely have a big selection of accessories but their prices are pretty high for some low quality looking product. Even with the groupon their prices are expensive. I’m definitely not coming back.

Over priced. Be wary of a store that doesn’t allow returns. I found the same merchandise online with no shipping charges for $ 17 less!

After reading other reviews I am glad to see it was not me but a puppy mill crazy house full of sick dogs and rude people

They had a good selection of jeweled collars in lots of colors and sizes. Prices are moderate, but customer service is poor. They have lots of toy-​sized clothing, but not good quality.
The place seems more focused on sales of their puppy-​mill raised dogs, rather than customer service of their accessories.
Won’t be going back.

This place may just seem cute, but it is anything but. The puppies are very cute but almost every single one of them are SICK. Who in there right mind would sell a sick dog? Not only that, but when I walked in I was not greeted. Later I was given a dirty look for the employees. I left without checking a puppy out.
Do not go here. If you want a health, happy puppy for the family, take your business elsewhere.

I would NOT recommend this pet store to anyone! The one year health guarantee they offer is pretty much useless as it doesn’t cover anything of relevance.
The very day I bought the puppy I took her to get an examination. Turns out she had coccidia and ghiardia. Beside over paying $ 1600 for the puppy to begin with, i had to pay another $ 600 and 5 trips to the vet and 2 month time to cure her of illnesses.
Now at the age of 7 months, the puppy has literally 2 sets of teeth like a shark would have. So another set of problems and more money out of pocket!
So think twice before buying from here. The store is very cute and enticing but you will be buying a whole lot of problems!

My husband and I purchased a puppy from this shop. After we took her home, we had scheduled a vet appointment to get her all looked at. She had so many health problems. She had mange, an ear infection, and kennel cough. These are «common» health issue according to the contract. But these are also «common» health issues among puppy mills. My puppy has now been nursed back to health but I don’t want you to have to go through the emotional ride I did. This place is a puppy mill. You’re better off adopting a pet that really needs a home. Pets from puppy mills are bred in inhumane ways and then sold over priced as well as have serious health conditions. I was naïve to think this wasn’t a puppy mill but I’ve learned my lesson.
Do not come here if you want overpriced and sick puppies.

This place is an obvious puppy-​mill supporting store. There were several puppies there and I felt so bad for them because they went crazy as soon as we walked in the door which made it seem as though they were attention deprived. I understand a certain amount of noise should be expected at any place where pets are sold, but this was excessive. There were three employees present but they weren’t very helpful. They did have a large selection of cutesy pet beds and collars/​leashes, treats, and pet clothes, but the noise level was so overwhelming I didn’t want to linger. This store would be ideal for anyone who wants to purchase a designer dog on a whim, and carry them around as an accessory with cute little pink or baby blue toys without any concern for the kind of pet sales they’re supporting.

I got my pomeranian Chuy here in August, 2010. The staff was very friendly and the store is kept very clean. I had to put down a deposit on him and they kept him for me for 1 week so I could arrange to be off work for a few days when I brought him home. They have the cutest little dogs here and they sent Chuy home with a health guarantee, puppy kit (a cheap plastic crate, food, tee shirt, and food coupons), and they freshly groomed him. I paid $ 1400 for him, which to me was a little bit high, especially since he is ACA registered, not AKC. I am not even sure ACA is legit-​and Chuy grew to be 14 lbs, which is pretty big for a pomeranian. I still give them a decent rating because he is an awesome dog, healthy with a great temperament. I didn’t buy him to breed him or anything, so I didn’t bother paying for the ACA certificate. All in all, an okay buying experience here. We love Chuy! :) but this place is obviously a ripoff and my 18 pound pomeranian has gotta be from a puppy mill…

This store is full of adorable puppies! I always pass by this shopping center & saw the bright pink windows when they weren’t officially open yet. They finally opened about two weekends ago, but I don’t believe they had a grand opening yet. The staff was friendly & explained the different breeds they had, also the different payments you can do if you wanted to purchase a puppy. This might be the place where I’m going to get my future puppy!
