Pump It Up

Had my daughters b day party here and the staff were excellent they took picture interacted with kids grate time thank you Adrian and staff.

Hard to believe the amount of positive reviews over this place. Given so however is what caused me to choose this place to celebrate my goddaughter’s birthday. I will give this place credit where it’s due; the day before the date of the event I ended up going into labor and giving birth and they were kind enough to allow us to reschedule without a cost considering the circumstances but to the only time available, late Saturday night. Nonetheless, we accepted and arrived.
No safety video was played as mentioned on the site. The equipment conditions were HORRIBLE. Very first room, one equipment appear unsafe and deflated however staff assured it was fine and jumped from it to «prove» it. So, the kids began to play on it and the birthday girl got injured on this one from landing on her feet in the «inflated» section of all things. We later found out she fractured her ankle and will be getting a cast here in the next couple of days. At some point during the party instead of watching the kids staff were in the corner playing soccer with one another, providing no attention to the party.
There was another equipment with a huge hole in it (see picture I added) and staff told us MANAGEMENT IS AWARE THAT SOME EQUIPMENT IS FAULTY and were working towards getting it fixed. If this is the case, the equipment shouldn’t be open for use! Pizza was cold when we got to the meal portion of the party. The manager working was nice and did discount some of the bill but unfortunately this won’t be a party we’ll ever forget; beware.

We had our daughter’s birthday party here and we were very happy with the experience. After being greeted by the manager Adrian who was very friendly, confident, and proficient in his responsibilities. We booked a weekday party so we received a special for 3 free pizzas which they estimate to be $ 50 off your party package. After a brief video explaining the rules our group was released to jump. Our host and referee was Wilson who was also a friendly staff member.
Our party package consisted of three parts. Part one jump in one room for about 40 minutes, Part two jump in another room for 40 minutes and then pizza cake and presents in another room for 40 minutes. The first room was fun and filled with 3 different inflatable play structures. Many have several obstacles to overcome such as stairs to climb a slide to go down and something to jump off or into. The parents were allowed to participate which is great for me because I can feel like a kid again. The second play room was more of the same bounce house style inflatables. All the kids really had a good time at the party as did I. I liked that the party host Wilson was taking photos the entire time of the kids and parents playing together.
After playing for an hour and 20 minutes it was time for party festivities. The room large and clean and probably could have held 40 people comfortably. We received 3 free pizzas with our booking and opted to order 3 more for $ 15 each. They said they were from House of Pizza which is really far away from this location. My biggest issue was that the pizza was sitting here for at least an hour before we were in the party room. I think better planning and organizing could have allowed us to have fresher pizza delivered in time for us to eat while hot. House of Pizza is at least 20 miles from this party place and I am sure there is something much closer. But I wouldn’t limit the party food offering to just pizza. They could easily offer sandwiches or salads and fruits from dozens of restaurants near by. Also to charge almost double what House of pizza charges for their simple 1 topping pie, that seems a little wrong. The beverages were offered in pitchers for $ 2.99. The Coke tasted expired in my professional opinion. I let them know that they should look into it.
Overall I think this experience was good. The only issue I had would be to open up some food options besides pizza. I really liked the photo package because the hosts were really able to capture some great moments of the party. I also liked that they took pictures of the opening of presents and wrote down the names of who the gifts were from. All the things you want to do as a parent but «ain’t no got time for dat».

We visited Pump It Up for a birthday party this past weekend and what I thought was going to be another draining birthday party turned out to be a blast! Even our 1 year old had fun! Our friend who hosted the party said he paid no more than $ 300.00 for his party package, it’s paid per child that attends. His total included pizza, soda, lemonade and fruit punch and the best part — they clean up afterward! We were allotted 80 minutes of jump time — you switch to a different room half way through to keep things exciting. It’s a little run down but the kids had so much fun and they have activities on the floor that may not be able to jump or want to for that matter. The entire experience overall was great — we’re considering hosting our next birthday party here for our 3 year old.

Third time being here. As always the staff is very friendly and informative. The girls are great! However, I have to drop my review to 3 stars. I really, really want to love this place. I brought my children in to get info for a dual birthday party that I want to have in march for them. They both have birthdays within a month of each other so this would be a great place for a group of crawlers and 5 year olds. We ended up staying for two hours to jump today.
Well, the place was sooooo dirty. There were 3 – 4 girls there so why were they not cleaning? I was there at noon when they opened. From the bathrooms, to the hallway floors, the drinking fountains, and all the floors in general. There were crumbs, dirt, balls of fuzz, beads from a necklace, gum, bobby pins, wrappers, etc. all over the carpeted area where babies are supposed to crawl on and the kids to run around on. My one year could choke on that stuff! I was hesitant to let my baby crawl on the floor and only let him play on the blue mats. The floors looked like they had not been mopped and the carpets vacuumed or shampooed in awhile! One kid had bare feet and they were black on the bottom from the carpets. Plus isn’t it a health hazard to be barefoot??? The floor mats look like they were chewed up by a dog with all the edges ripped and pieces torn out of it. The perimeter of the rooms and bounce houses had thick dust/​dirt build up. I took video and pictures. I will try to upload them.
I am glad I returned to check it out again in person before I signed up for both my kids birthday parties there. I would be embarrassed to have friends and family walk into there! Pump it up has potential to make money but not in this condition. If the rooms were this dirty I would be very hesitant to eat there. Cleanliness is not their priority. There are too many competitors out there. I would rather pay $ 395 per party somewhere else that is cleaner and shows better. I don’t mind shelling out the money for a decent party but I better get what I pay for!

I had a groupon and apparently it was
under the previous owners and is no longer valid. However, they still honored it and let us in for free! Because of that good gesture and great customer service I will he having my son’s birthday party here in March and will be back for future play dates!

They’ve changed owner or something and they wont allow ANY outside food anymore. It was my fault not reading the fine prints since last year when we had our kids party there, but it was a totally different experience this year. Not even water or veggie trays for adults. We had to choose from a very small selection of food item, Sad looking pizza and soggy sandwiches, a $ 30 bowl of day old fruits and SODA, we dont drink soda! Bottled water cost us $ 10 for 12, sad. Our bill ended up being over $ 500. Staff looked totally unhappy there too. Skip this place and use the money to take the kid to Disneyland!

Went here for a bday party and all in all it was a decent place and my kids had fun.
Pros:

–Big jump-​jump house. I havent seen anything like this but it was pretty awesome

–the staff takes pictures while the kids play and they have a slideshow of the pictures while you eat after play time.
Cons:
–you have to pay to play air hockey? Seriously? You’re renting the whole place out, that should be free.
— 30 minutes in 1 room and 30 in another. I can see why they decided to go with this system and its basically to make more money. When the party goes to the next room, they clean up room 1 so they can start another party. So this is good for them but isnt so beneficial to the customers. Some kids wants to play on the big jump-​jump house. Like me! And my 2 yrs old didnt have much to do in the first room but had a bunch of things to do in the 2^nd room. Get it?
— they started spraying lysol around the kids as the kids were getting their shoes for the next room. Thats probably a bit of a health concern
— the pizza/​chicken… Not so great

Pump it Up is awesome on so many levels. I am a volunteer for Make A Wish of Southern Nevada. I reached out to this location to see if they could help me out with one of our wish kids. They really stepped up to the plate. Everyone was so accommodating! And smiles on everyone on staff. Prem was a super star! Jensen, Victoria and Kylie were all really great! Our wish child was smiling from ear to ear. We need more businesses like this in our community. Thanks again for all your help!

Came here for a family private birthday party. My 2.5 son loved it. I did not see any kid sitting, they were all playing. Great for adults too, no restriction on who can and can’t get into the jumpers. Saw some of their staff members tanking pictures as well, not sure if it was given to the birthday boy latter, but I guess is a nice backup if it’s your kids party and you having fun. Definitely considering celebrating my son’s next birthday here.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have 5 stars. They’re pretty amazing. We had a birthday party here and it was a blast. All you do is pay the fee, which is not very expensive, and they do the rest!
There are 2 giant rooms with inflatables. Adults and kids can play. Infants can run around and play on some of the baby toys.
If you’re having a party, they’ll take care of all the food. They also make a list of every gift given. It’s super convenient and easy. Then they help you load everything up in the car. It’s awesome.
We can’t say better things about this place!

I loved this place. I don’t know how you can’t! I booked my babies 3^rd birthday party here and the staff was awesome. I booked it on the weekday so they had so many good specials for me. The adults were allowed to also jump which was pretty fun because I was right there next to my baby. The food was good and the staff was really nice. We jumped in one room for 40 minutes and then in another for another 40 minutes. They answered all my questions when I had concerns and the guests all loved the experience. I will definitely be back her to host another party I loved it and so did my baby.

So I came here for a birthday for my friends cousins birthday and it was not pleasant.
I tried bringing in a veggie platter and they told me right away that it wasn’t allowed because of allergies. They told me to put it back in my car but it’s going to go bad in 110 degree weather? Lucky they were willing to put it in their fridge. Okay when do kids have allergies to broccoli or carrots?
The jumpy houses are pretty cool! I loved the huge slide and the boxing room. I’m not gonna lie, it was so hot jumping in there. Don’t even bother drinking the water because that’s hot too.
When it was dinner and cake the pizza tasted horrible. The drinks were only soda? You had to ask for water and they only gave us one pitcher for 30 people.
The staff were not fun and not help at all. They kicked us out 10 minutes before our time was even up.
When I have kids, I will not be taking them to here.

Attended a birthday party recently. Older kids had lots of fun but there weren’t much options for toddlers. All the bounce houses and inflatables were for bigger kids. They have several rooms that they herd the guests through after a set time period, including a dark UV light room (think glow party). It was a pleasant experience but can’t get past the feeling that the party was rushed.

DISLIKE: water wasn’t a beverage option at the kids party, only soda! We jumped for the past 80 minutes and there’s no water, not even for sale?

I must say that for children its a fun place to go. I imagined it would be bigger but all the jumpers they had were good. I took my neice and my daughter along with my friend and her 3 children and they had a great time there. The facility staff was very friendly and the facility itself was clean. Due to arriving about an hour before free jump ended we only paid for 3 of the children. It was a nice place to go for the kids and although it was a bit crowded it was good hour jump to get out the energy. I would definately take the girls back and I would recommend it as well.

Very disappointed to see what this place has become, after attending two birthday parties this month i’ve noticed this is no longer the facility my family and I have enjoyed coming to.
To start, they have a new dangerous inflatable they recently put in where children free fall onto a giant mat. The staff never seems to be monitoring it, just playing on it as if it was their party. Because of this most kids wont follow the rules!
Also, staff was very unprofessional on my most recent visit. I understand they are working with children but what I do not understand is why there is such an attitude given when asking a girl for assistance, or why i heard bad language while there are kids around.
And lastly, not sure why, but prices have all gone up a ridiculous amount. Better off going to sky zone or gravady. Much more enjoyable.

1÷10÷2016: Just called to book my son’s birthday party. They have changed their policies and we will probably never have another party here again. You can no longer bring in your own food OR drinks. Apparently it’s a liability. I find this hard to believe. It’s not a liability to bring in cake or cupcakes but it is to bring in food from Port of Subs, or small bags of chips, or drinks (their previous food policy was already a little picky). It’s not a «liability», this place is marking things up to make more money. A juice box for $ 0.50 or a bag of chips for $ 0.50 is a huge mark-​up compared to what I would pay at Sams or Costco AND what Pump it Up pays to buy the stuff themselves. They are even charging $ 10 for 12 bottles of water. So apparently they are now in the business of ripping people off. We will have our parties elsewhere.
We love Pump it Up. Kids love bouncy houses nowadays so it’s a great place to have a party. At times, I prefer to have a party at home and rent a jumpy house (Sky Jumpers is great). Other times I prefer a place like Pump it Up– like when my son turned 6 and we invited his entire kindergarten class. Honestly, because I don’t want a bunch of people we don’t really know in our house haha! I love that they set everything up for you too.
My son’s 6^th birthday was Michael Jackson themed, and we were able to bring an iPhone and use their auxiliary jack. So not only was the party room decorated Michael Jackson-​ish, but the kids also got to hear MJ blasting in the jump rooms. It was great and everyone had a lot of fun!
Generally how a party works is you get 40 minutes in each jump room (there are 2), and then your last 40 minutes are spent in a room where you eat food, cake, and open gifts if you want. You don’t eat first.
I’m actually surprised about the bad reviews. People actually expect the room attendants to watch their children? This isn’t daycare. Whenever we’ve been there or had a party there it seems like the point of the attendants is to make sure the rules are being followed, and kids are playing safely. They are not there to watch everyone’s kids while the parents socialize or play on their phones.
The only part that sucks is that it is hard to access this place on Sunset. We’ve been going here for a long time, and it wasn’t always like this. Some kind of exit ramp was built and now it’s pretty dangerous to attempt to shoot over to the lane to enter right off Sunset.

We have been to this place for about 5 birthday parties in the last 6 months. You book two hours to play in the bounce house rooms and then the kids go to the party room for food and cake. The place is absolutely fabulous entertainment for the kids. They spend two hours jumping around and then are ready for a nap after the party. The workers take pictures during the party and you can buy them for a small fee after the party. It is a great venue for kids bday parties which is why it has been a popular choice in my son’s school this year.

Honestly… Where do I even begin with this place?
When planning my 5 year old daughters birthday I thought Pump It up would be the perfect venue. WOW. I have never felt like I have wasted my time, or my money, more.
i had ordered 6 pizzas through PIU to be ready when all of the kids got there. The party started at 7, I waited until about 7:30 until I said anything…
First of all, the staff was so rude. You would think that people who are in the business of hosting parties would be hospitable. WRONG. I had the «pleasure» of meeting the manager. When I asked her what the status on our food was it was almost as if she rolled her eyes at me. Our food didn’t get there until almost 8:00! An entire hour sitting in a room with 15 hungry kids waiting… and not even an apology.
It doesn’t stop there.
Once the kids went into the jumping room, I was nervous for their safety the entire time. Their employees were standing off in the corners having their own conversations… Not interacting with the kids, or making sure that they’re safe. I would understand if these were older children, but 5 and 6 year olds?! REALLY?! I even saw 1 young girl on her cellphone! I said something to the manager who was there and she said she would correct the problem… Which never happened.
These were the 2 main things that made my experience at Pump It Up so terrible. I won’t go into detail on :
— How gross the bathrooms were
— Do they even wipe down the tables after each party? Pizza sauce and God knows what all over the sides.
— I couldn’t bring in my own veggie plates/​apps. (Which would have been pretty helpful since we had to wait so long for the pizzas?!)
After passing on the message to a few friends in town about my experience, I had found out that they had come across a recent new management. What a shame. Don’t buy a business if you don’t know how to correctly run it. This place will not last.

We just had our boys’ party here and it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they did a great job! Everyone including adults had a blast and the food was pretty good too. We’d definitely have another party there.
Thanks to everyone at Pump It Up, we really enjoyed it!
