Pursuit Pest Control

Just found out they are charging my credit card and not even showing up cause I live in Hawaii!!!

We LOVE using this company. We are on the very, very edge of the city and the amount and type of bugs in our neighborhood are massive and major — camel spiders, scorpions, roaches, etc. Once we started using this company we saw a big drop in critters on our property, and are down to one or two spiders in our home every few months. The guy who comes to our home is really into what he does, and goes above and beyond to make sure he is doing what he can to protect our home. We have a small dog that we used to worry about leaving alone in the house and especially letting outside to go potty, and we rest much easier now that we use Pursuit.

Really disappointed in the business interaction we had with Pursuit Pest Control for two reasons.
1. They don’t show up when they said they would. We had rescheduled our initial appointment with John from Pursuit Pest due to a family emergency and had agreed upon them coming in the morning. I had written it down in my planner (in pen) to come between 8−10am and rearranged my work schedule to be available. Well 9am, 10am, 11am came and went… nothing! So I call them to see what’s up. They insist that it was that afternoon. Um, no it wasn’t…they just forgot and are trying to cover their butt. Well, my husband was able to be there in the afternoon so we say, okay come on out then. If this was it, we would have been fine…
2. They changed their deal from what was agreed on the phone. The technician finally came out at 315pm. We had been quoted $ 35 for the initial then $ 80 to cover the next 3 months. Well, when my husband looked at the deal they were going to require us to sign a YEAR agreement. We said no that’s not what we had been told, the technician (Michael who was actually super nice and the reason they 2 stars not 1) calls his boss who says they’ll do a one time outside spray only for ~$ 75?!! no thanks.
Very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the owner, who doesn’t keep appointments and tries to lock you into a new deal the day of apts.
Beware! Triple confirm your appointments and read the small print with these guys!

I scheduled 2 days ago & spoke to John for a quote. He gave me a great quote & was friendly/​professional on phone. I told him that we have seen a couple spiders inside our home, a cricket here & there, & a black widow in our porch earlier this year, so it was time to get professional pest control (my spraying wasn’t strong enough). I don’t want to take any risks.
Mike the technician came on time to my appointment. He was very professional & had a great attitude. He went to work right away. He was done pretty quickly & after spraying my garage, front & backyard, he explained to me to give him a call after a few days if I see any bugs, dead or alive, & he’ll be happy to double check them.
I highly recommend this company to everyone! Fast, efficient & professional. And to be honest, they had the best rates/​plan compared to the other companies.

this a great service and a good a fair company. they have spray my house for years and i have never had any issues. When i do need service he really quick about it. They do work with with it comes to spraying so then can meet your needs. Best pest control in vegas.

These guys have been spraying my home for the past 3 yrs and I’ve never had any issues with bugs. Before them, I had tried 3 or 4 other companies that just weren’t as reliable.
The best part is they will work hard around your schedule. I usually leave for work early and they always show up before work, on time, and get the job done quickly.
If you need a reputable pest control team, these are the guys! The price is super reasonable too!

We despise insects and creatures in my house! Therefore, I knew I needed a good pest control agency. I was told about Pursuit Pest Control and they are awesome! They have good prices and stand behind their product. If you find any unwelcome creatures in between spraying, they take care of it at no additional price! Great customer service!

As a new homeowner, it was important to find a pest control company that is reliable, affordable and easy to communicate with. In the last couple months we have turned away many pest companies that have knocked on our door. Karlie was the reason we chose to sign up. We discussed our needs and she made sure we would be taken care of, the way WE want it done. Their cost is way lower than the others who we have used in the past, and the ones who have contacted us recently, the company itself is very customer oriented. John the owner, called to verify our appointment and Michael showed up right on time to do our initial spraying. The chemicals they use are safe for pets «which was important to us since we have 2 rambunctious yorkies». We are on an annual agreement with visits every 3 months… if we need anything inbetween, they will come at no additiional charge. This is a small business with a HUGE heart. I highly recommend!

We are new to Las Vegas. We were told that pest control is a regular regimen in the desert. I saw Pursuit Pest Control on Living Social and thought, «Sure, why not?».
3 weeks later my husband found a HUGE black widow in his office! I have 2 little ones and will not for a second let yucky, NASTY spiders in my home! Thankfully I already had my voucher and I called Pursuit Pest Control, they came the next morning! We have already seen a couple other «pests» come out of their hiding places struggling for life. GOOD! DIE NASTY BUGS!
Mike explained the maintenance plan which is extremely reasonable! He said that he would also call us to remind us when it was time to spray again. Also, should we see any pests between treatments, they would come right over and spray again.
I appreciate the prompt, professional service and would highly recommend Pursuit Pest Control.
