This guy should be called Dr. Quak Quak instead and so should the desk girl. They don’t listen to anything you say and cut you off because I guess they know it all. They don’t communicate to each other, so follow ups and tests ordered aren’t done. I feel like I should be on the payroll because you have to be t g e one to tell them step by step on what needs to be done and what the doctor tells me for what’s next, and guess what he never passes it on to his help and even if he did she probably lost the the slip or work order on what needs to be done next. I told this guy that I needed FMLA and he has my 5 year old excused, come to find out he didn’t want him to learn how to lie, because he was going to show me how to get my FMLA approved because my being honest about this particular condition wasn’t going to be good enough to be approved for the DOL. They call me in because they’re confused about some stuff that I had to fill out on the form, so I rush in before work to take care of it. When everything is finally done i rush off to work not being able to look it over. At work I had enough time to look it over and it was so mickey moused, that I even had 2^nd thoughts about sending it in. He didn’t even have a proper diagnosis, all it said was «patient has many medical problems». I explained to him that the condition started 2 weeks before I came in his office and that’s when the FMLA needed to start also, of course that’s not the date he put. Both office help don’t know how to listen either, when I first gave them the FMLA forms, I emphasize over and over again that it’s for dependant care and not my own condition but they call me in for some questions which guess what, «is this for you or your wife? SMH… get with it people and learn to listen and take notes from your patients. I don’t mean to blast a business but i also like to be honest about my own personal experience .hope this can help others and also improve this business.

Doctor Thai is an amazing doctor. He and his staff are very friendly. He takes time to listen to your concerns and ensures the best quality of care. I’m glad that I found a new PCP.

Dr. Thai and staff were so friendly and welcoming. I just moved from Hawaii and leaving my entire life and Physicians back home made me scared to find someone new. However, Dr. Thai is so friendly and is willing to listen to you and willing to discuss any and all concerns that you may have made me feel comfortable and well taken cared-​of.

Dr. Thai is one of the best doctor in Vegas. He took the time listen to your problem and get you the best care. Unlike most doctor out there just rushing and want to make money. I would highly recommend anyone coming here for family physician.

I was impressed from my initial phone call to schedule the appointment, Nancy was super nice and I had an appointment to see Dr Thai the next week. I had my appointment on a Friday and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I waited just a couple mins before I was called back and seated in a room… yup no wait! Does that ever happen in a doctors office? Dr. Thai was also very friendly, great bedside manner, he answered all my questions and ordered blood work and tests that should’ve been ordered years ago because of my medical & family history. I’m excited to have found a Dr that is easy to talk to for myself and my family. Finally a dr’s office with a smile behind the desk and on the phone that talks to you like a valued patient not just another insured patient.

Never had a primary physician before. I came here basically looking to squeeze in 10 years of «toughing it out». Dr Thai is very friendly in a serious way if that makes sense. Very thorough & a good listener.

Dr Thai is the best doctor I have ever had. I can’t say enough about his knowledge in the medical field. He has a wonderful sense of humor. Nancy his nurese is also top notch. I high recommend them both.

This doctor was so nice, cheerful, and very attentive to my needs. I don’t have medical insurance and he was very willing to work with me. I got some free samples to avoid high pharmacy fees and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. A very happy man

I’ve had a lot of doctors since I moved here in 2005, and coming from a small town in Michigan I’m used to having that doctor that listens, cares, and goes that extra mile to take good care of his patients. Well this doctor does that. He is very nice, takes the time to explain things, talks about different options. He makes sure you are feeling well and will find a way to do that and make you better. I will be going here from now on.

I’ve met so many doctors (arrogant, disinterested, prejudiced, fixated, preoccupied, rushed… choose all that apply) who made me avoid medical care that I must look back gratefully on that day when I chose Dr. Thai’s name from my health insurance database because my husband needed to go to the doctor, and Dr. Thai was nearby.
And even though Dr. Thai has since moved to Fort Apache — Unilocal’s entry needs updating — I’m still loyal.
So, why is Dr. Thai’s office so right for me?
Nancy, who is usually in front when I come in, has a great smile and is always so friendly. Her conversation feels genuine, never artificial or forced, and she remembers everything I happen to mention to her. She treats me like a person, not another stack of paperwork to be processed.
The waiting area is pleasant — cozy, quiet, and not too clinical. I don’t like those waiting rooms where you spend the entire time staring at an awareness poster for a horrible disease, not that there’s usually much of a wait at Dr. Thai’s, especially if you have an appointment.
Dr. Thai himself is very funny. I don’t mean that he tells jokes, but he responds to my lightheartedness with more of the same, and he has plenty of personal examples on tap. I feel comfortable, like I’m being treated as an equal. Bedside manner is huge with me. The moment I feel underestimated is the moment I begin to question the doctor’s abilities. A doctor doesn’t have to be funny — terse is fine so long as the physician is respectful — but it doesn’t hurt to have a doctor who makes me feel like we can talk about anything.
I appreciate the way Dr. Thai listens to my input. If I say that XYZ is making me feel better, even though it’s not logical, he takes that into consideration. Sometimes we don’t agree (like when I thought that I was having a reaction to ibuprofen, but he suspected other factors), but we’re alwaus able to take the time to discuss any issues and come up with a mutually satisfactory plan. I’ve never been hustled along, and I feel like I can ask all the questions I like.
But, for all of his interest in my opinions, Dr. Thai doesn’t mince around when saying what he thinks. I really like that he doesn’t just go for the easy cookie-​cutter solution. Although he practices Westernized medicine, he still has an Eastern, holistic approach.
He won’t write an Rx unless it’s the best solution, not just the easy solution. (But he won’t hesitate to write a prescription I need, either.) When a surgeon was trying to talk my husband into gallbladder removal, Dr. Thai didn’t openly disagree with his colleague, but he did describe why he personally wouldn’t have the surgery. Surgery would’ve been the easier solution (at least for the surgeon), but Dr. Thai made sure we made an informed choice.
Dr. Thai’s network seems pretty solid. I like his radiology/​imaging lab of choice, and my husband really likes his referral ENT physician.
I’ve only met one other doctor in my life who I like and trust as much, and he’s at one of those crowded strip mall clinics where I try not to go unless it’s after hours and I feel like I need to cover my behind for missing work.
Surely I must have just had unusually rotten luck with doctors before I met Dr. Thai, but that doesn’t change the important fact that Dr. Thai meets my high standards and has blown away my low expectations.
