The stars are for Dr Parker only, not his old office. Dr Parker has left this practice on January 18^th. Even the hospital he was associated with did not know he left. Makes me wonder what happened. The office did not have the courtesy to contact me until today to reschedule for another week out. I took the appointment because I had already waited a month for this appointment. I will write a review once I see Dr. George.
Dr Parker is going into Concierge Medicine. It does not surprise me since the really good doctors are doing that to get away from the insurance, ObamaCare crap.
I agree with many of the other reviews that the office staff leaves a lot to be desired.

I’m really glad to have found this office by chance. I didn’t like the idea that I had to change pcp who I’ve been with for 10 years, due to insurance changes. From the appointments, dr.‘s visits and follow ups, I’ve been extremely happy. They actually help you with referrals, that’s something I wasn’t used to. They do lab work which is convenient for me. I think it’s the attentive details I’m getting that is impressing me. They actually go over results with you. But anyway, I would definitely give this office a chance.

I have seen many different Ped Doctors between my two kids. Dr. Parker is by far one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is caring and informative with a great bed side manner. He always follows through with what he says in a timely manner. And follows up with emails and phone calls. It can be difficult getting an appointment because he is so booked up. He has no PA’s which has its pros and cons. When my kids need immediate attention I take them to a Ped Urgent Care right down the street from my house and then make a follow up appointment to bring them in to see Dr. Parker. You can always ask to be put on the cancel list and that can get you in sooner usually.
The wait time in the office can vary. I’ve been in and out in 45 min. Or have waited almost an hour just to be called back. But he is worth the wait. The only thing I am not thrilled with in this office is the reception staff. It’s hard to get through on the phone at times. And when you do talk to someone on the phone it’s always very quick. I assume because of the high call volume. The girls at the front are ok. Nice enough. But again very short. It still doesn’t deter me from seeing Dr. Parker. It would just be the icing on the cake.

I don’t write reviews often, ever really but this one was a must! Dr. Parker is amazing! He’s caring, knowledgable and just an overall wonderful Doctor! The wait is a little on the long side but ultimately worth it! Thanks Dr. Parker for all you do and being so awesome to my daughter and I! We truly appreciate it!

We are very impressed with Dr. Parker. We are in the medical field ourselves and often this means extra explanations and time is required during our appointments. We can be high maintenance, but Dr. Parker is very knowledgeable and patient with us. We appreciate him SO much!

My best friend, who is a nurse recommended this office, as her family sees Dr. George, who also practices out of this office; the nurses at Southern Hills Hospital, where I delivered my baby, all highly recommended both Dr. George and Dr. Parker. Therefore, I chose Dr. Parker and both my husband and son have seen Dr. Parker and the PA Julio; I will be going there as well as soon as I have a reason. Both Dr. Parker and Julio are very thorough, show true concern for the well being of their patients, and also ensure any billing concerns are being addressed by the staff, which I know most doctors don’t have the time to address. Both the PA and Dr. Parker have gone out of their way to follow up NUMEROUS times with a specialist office who’s staff and doctor have dropped the ball with my husband’s care, pre-​authorizations, and medical and office billing. They are a busy office and appointments can take a couple weeks to be seen, and sometimes there is a wait time before being seen, but if you take into consideration the patient care, attention, and time the doctors spend with each patient, not rushing you out of the office but instead addressing all of your concerns, then the wait is worth it to us and our family. I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Parker is AMAZING. His bedside manner is out of this world and you can tell that he truly cares about his patients. I feel like I’m going to visit a friend when I see him, not just a doctor.

I love Dr. Parker. He has always listened to my concerns and has always treated me very well. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. The wait isn’t that bad. I love how he prints out my blood work results for me. I also think it is very convenient that I can get my blood drawn right in the office. I have never felt rushed. I have always been given the proper medication to treat me with whatever I need at that point. I would recommend him to anyone! :)

I was recommended by a coworker because I needed a pediatrician for my newborn daughter. Dr. Parker is fantastic. I could not be happier with him. The staff is friendly, and his bedside manner is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Genuinely one of the nicest people who really cares about his patients and listens to any concerns I bring up. The last time I brought my daughter in, he came into the room saying «how’s my little girl doing?», which I thought was one of the sweetest things ever. He’s very knowledgable and answers any questions I might have and explains everything in a way that puts me at ease. He’s SO good with my daughter that I never worry about taking her to the doctor. He’s made the transition into parenthood so much easier.
There was one time that he was backed up with patients, so I did see the other doctor in the practice, Dr. Constantine George, and he is also wonderful. Knowing that I can take my daughter in and she can see either doctor is such a good feeling.

He was probably one of the most thorough doctors I’ve ever been to. He’s very nice and takes time to listen to you and see where your problems are.

Terrible medical ethics. I have never had such terrible medical care in my life. Refused to provide insulin to a type 1 diabetic which results in death. In the 17 years I have been a type 1 diabetic I have never ever had that happen. Refuses to even give test results without appointment which takes 6 weeks to get. Leaving you feeling in the dark regarding test results and an uninformed patient, which makes medical management difficult. You can never get in for same day sick appointments, even after a PA was taken on. Rarely is the phone ever answered by front desk. They promise to call in prescriptions but never do. Not receptive when you have concerns regarding your lack of care. They’ll claim a high maintenance patient, however, all of what I ever expressed concern over has always been provided by any other doctor’s office I’ve been to. I’ve heard similar patient complaints online. Extremely unprofessional. Poor communication between doctors and staff. While they are very knowledgeable, don’t be fooled by the impressionable charismatic personality. If you can’t depend on your doctor to write a script to save your life, he shouldn’t be in the medical field to begin with. As a result of what has progressed with his office, I have filed complaints with my insurance company and the medical board. Doctor puts money before his patients, and is medically negligent and abusive.

Still excellent. But I really should have provided more detail in my first review for Dr. Parker.
He’s the physician I want treating my friends and family. Dr. Parker’s «bedside manner» is wonderful: he truly listens to his patients and is encouraging, even when reminding us (for the 2^nd or 3^rd time) of what we should be doing. He is thorough when giving explanations and instructions, but has never talked down to me, always direct and very positive.
Always open to questions.
Dr. Parker not only stays current in the field, but also contributes to it (research, publications, community service).
He’s very easy to talk bluntly to about even the «ickiest» of symptoms, something that’s never been easy for me, but I feel quite relaxed even when I had to see him for something that was kind of scary-​painful.

Clean office, big screen TV with CNN on, no magazines but everyone waiting, were on their cell phone. Staff at sigh in friendly, had received paper work by email so I had everything already filled out.
Waiting about 25 minutes before called to back, the medical assistant took the nessary vitals, and I was shown a room. Five minutes later Doctor came in, reviewed my history and we made plan to get labs and follow up appointment.
Overall, friendly, fairly quick despite a very busy back office! Definetly easy to book appointment and everything electronic, even prescriptions.
