So I didn’t even get the chance to explain to «Magenta» that the insurance of the car that hit my car was out-​of-​state and they said I could pick any shop I wanted. I called and before listening, she said «we don’t work with that insurance» and I get that but her tone wasn’t nice. She did try to explain but wouldn’t let me explain anything. And she did try to explain it to me. But I don’t think she understood where I was coming from or what I was trying to convey. I ended up just hanging up because we couldn’t communicate effectively. I’m not angry, just disappointed.

Great experience with Service King. My car was repaired to my satisfaction and a day early. They handled getting me a rental car and had it ready for me when I dropped my car off. Great service all the way around. Would recommend and will use in the future if needed.

Unfortunately, I was forced to bring my car here due to my front bumper sustaining some damage. That’s about the only unfortunate thing, though.
Service King did an outstanding job fixing my car, and in a timely manner. This is actually the very first time ever in my life I’ve had a vehicle in for service, maintenance, bodywork, etc. where the folks who worked there called me repeatedly (or at all) during the process with updates and news.
While I fervently hope to never have to use their services again, for obvious reasons, should you find yourself in need of what they offer, stop reading this review and start calling them to schedule your estimate, NOW!

What a great company. I checked out a few of their shops in town and was highly impressed by the professionalism they exhibited. Excited to see how their work product comes out in the future. They are highly recommended by several people in the industry. Their quotes seem to be on point. I’m still in the process of interviewing other restoration shops after having a horrible experience with a local shop in town. My reviews speak for themselves so check them out. I’ll keep everyone posted.

Had a great experience today regarding a minor vehicle repair. Was greeted with excellent customer service by Mario and his staff. Mario provided a repair estimate of only $ 58 which was previously quoted to be over $ 200 from a different business right down the street. Repair took less than 20 mins from the time I walked in the door. I highly recommend this location for vehicle repairs!

I attempted to use the Service King Collision on Badura Ave. The first person I met was very helpful and provided an estimate for the items that were damaged. He made note that the car was 14 years old some items were wear and tear. It was some time later when I was able to get the car in. The «new» guy decided I needed a revised estimate which he submitted to insurance before notifying me what he had. The insurance company would not agree to the inflated repairs and totalled the car. The «adviser» completely tried to maximize the estimate including things that were worn with those that were damaged. I went to collect my car before they did any work and now I am working with a more honest shop. Take heed.

What a scam. They low balled the quote said it would take 6 days to fix car. Once I gave them the okay. They doubled the price of quote and it took 3 weeks to fix car. I Would highly recommend you to use another company.

If you are ever in need of collision repair this is the best place to go! I am so happy I chose Sterling. The people are very friendly and the best part is they are punctual! It’s amazing how much they value customer service here. They called me every day to let me know about the progress of the repair and made me feel very secure. I truly felt that my car was in good hands. They even repaired it several days before my car was expected to be done! The quality of the repair was excellent also. I felt as if I just bought a new car with how well they repaired it. The color match was perfect too. But what sets Sterling apart, I would say, is their punctuality and dedication to customer service! I would strongly recommend Sterling to everyone! Thank you all at Sterling again for the wonderful experience!

I wouldn’t think that having to get your car fixed would be such a nice experience, but it was. Everyone was so nice here, and they finished the job fast, did a great job, AND cleaned the vehicle so well… I thought it would be a basic wash/​vacuum job, but the car looked detailed. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
