Shiftworks sells conversion kits, parts and accessories to convert factory automatic (Powerglide and TH) console shifters for use with Turbo Hydramatic and Overdrive transmissions.

Why choose between the restored original look and a more efficient transmission package? You don’t have to! Now you can retain that original factory look and still upgrade your transmission. Whether you want to replace your Powerglide with a TH350 or TH400 transmission or upgrade to an overdrive transmission like the TH200−4R, TH700-​R4, or the 4L60 & 4L80 you can keep your original factory shifter! Shiftworks kits allow you to modify the shifter to function properly with different transmissions.

In addition to transmission shifters, we also sell conversion gauges, tach conversion kits, and tail housing kits. History

Established in 1991.

Shiftworks began when owner Herb was working on an old car and needed some parts that he couldn’t find elsewhere. After figuring out how to make them, Herb decided to make extra to sell to others that might need them as well. Over time, demand grew and we started selling more and more. Now we provide shifter solutions to people all over the country.
