I always hated the dentist! Until I found one in Utah where I used to live. THEN I MOVED…
Continuing my adventure to Las Vegas I knew I needed to find one closer to me. So I did a lot of research, and got a lot of reviews, and referrals from friends. But… then I found Dr. Sufia Palluck!
I had my first cleaning today and the office was so inviting, clean, and professional! I also can’t wait to get my crown fixed and teeth perfected! They do some great work and I can’t wait to be one of those outcomes! Also they’re decently priced. Not too shabby! Eh?
Might I add she had a BABY ON FRIDAY AND WAS DOING A FULL MOUTH RESTORATION TODAY! (Crowns & veneers)

I’ve had so many dentists and orthodontists, I had braces for 6 years as a kid and every experience became more horrible than the last. My childhood dentist was worse than my orthodontist so it’s safe to say I had good reasons for hating anyone that worked on my teeth!
I was referred to Dr. Palluck in 2008, she’s done everything from pulling my 4 wisdom teeth, to replacing old metal fillings with porcelain. she’s done all of my veneer work, performed a root canal, you name it. Her work is beyond reproach. She’s always so pleasant, and extremely thorough.
Dr. Palluck not only takes the time to explain things as she goes, but she’s extremely gentle and more than willing to go the extra mile for the patient’s comfort. Every single one of my friends I’ve referred to her has expressed the same appreciation for this– it takes true skill to turn an excruciating process into an enjoyable experience!
She is the best of the best in making things as quick and painless as possible while also providing excellent dentistry. I will never trust anyone else with my teeth.
Her staff is always friendly, her waiting room is surprisingly relaxing, but most importantly anytime I’ve had to go in for the most dreaded dental procedures, she’s always managed to make me laugh, eases any worries and discomfort and I’ve always left in a good mood. I’ll continue to send all my friends to her, nobody I’ve known has ever been less than thrilled with her work.

I love coming to Somerset Dental. It had been five years since the last time that I had seen a dentist. I was referred by a co-​worker who talked of great service and a pretty dentist. My co-​worker made my appointment and brought me in with her at the same time as her appointment to have some work done.
My co-​worker received $ 100 off her dental work. On my third visit I brought my boss with me and I also received $ 100 off.
When entering through the front door or calling on the phone one of the amazing girls that work at the front desk will be greeting you with a smile and a friendly greeting. I think they are both nice to talk to when scheduling appointments or sitting in the waiting room. Great personalities!
The waiting room is very relaxing. Soft music plays and there is water available under the flatscreen tv.
Dr.P is a sweetheart! Every visit with her has been a pleasant one. I think that she is not only a great dentist, but probably one of the most gorgeous dentists in town!
Friendly staff! Great atmosphere! Perfect smile!

The thing i liked the most is how they explained everything and made me feel welcome.

Dr. Pollock and her staff provide amazing care. She works on my entire family. My 92 year old grandmother has been to many dentists and has had many teeth pulled and she told me that she felt no Pain and that Dr. Polluck was by far the best dentist she had been to. Before Dr. Polluck came here from California I used another dentist. After the first time at this particular dentist’s office he told me I had five cavities. I have never had a cavity in my life and still don’t. My children also see Dr. Polluck and are very comfortable with her. I highly recommend Dr.Polluck.

Best Dental office in Las Vegas! Amazing Dentist and amazing staff! Myself and my whole family have been coming here for almost 4years now and would not go anywhere else! Dr Palluck and her staff are friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long in the waiting room and that is a huge plus! I definitely recommend that you give Dr Palluck and her staff a try! You will not be disappointed!

Over all a good experience, better than Ive been to in the past in Vegas. They hygienists and office staff are amazing and very attentive to your needs. Two issues:
— They had an apprentice at the time, she talked too much about her opinions on Religion, politics, and taste in music.
— Dr. Pollock — Great dentist, shes amazing. It was unfortunate to end on a bad note. I went in to have a cavity fixed that they did a week prior. After a week of pain and discomfort, it seemed a huge inconvenience to squeeze me in and had attitude.

After one week still in pain. Seemed focused on replacing crowns and not dealing with your pain.

Dr. Palluck is the best! She runs the most professional dentist office I have ever been to! Her office is clean and comfortable. Her staff is friendly and efficient, I never wait for more than 4 minutes tops once I check in for my appointment. The dental hygienists are gentle and do such a thorough job.
Whenever I see Dr. Palluck, she makes me feel really comfortable during my exam and takes her time to answer all of my obsessive questions! During my pregnancy, she always responded right away to questions I called in with for issues I was having with my gums. I’ve gotten my teeth whitened there several times and she always comes in to check on me, not like other dentists who wouldn’t pay any mind.
I highly recommend her and make sure to send all my friends and colleagues her way!

Amazing dentist! I was still flying back to Los Angeles every 3 months to get my teeth cleaned. It wasn’t until I needed an emergency tooth repair that I found this office the dentist fixed my tooth without any visible line at all! She does beautiful work. Her staff is accommodating and friendly.
Now my 4 year old see’s them too!

So here’s a Nip Tuck story for you. I went to Somerset Dental in September because one of my porcelain veneers had fallen off and I had lost the veneer. I had a temporary from the past that fit and I had Dr. Palluck bond the veneer on until I could afford to get a new porcelain veneer made. I requested a quote for replacing the tooth veneer and a quote for 2 other crowns that I need done. A couple weeks later I set up an appointment to get the veneer replaced and went in for my appointment on October 9, 2013. The Doctor proceeds to numb me, and starts cutting off the temporary, the only problem is that she’s cutting off the wrong tooth! She’s working on a good porcelain veneer in front of the plastic temporary. Being numb I could tell which tooth she was working on. They proceed to take molds for the new veneer and proceed to make my new temporary. All the while not telling me that they screwed up and did the wrong tooth. I get home and I realize that I now have 2 temporary plastic teeth in my mouth, not 1. They had destroyed a perfectly good porcelain veneer that I didn’t want replaced and not touched the tooth that I asked them to work on. Neither the doctor nor the assistant realized that they were sawing off a very hard porcelain tooth and not a very soft plastic one? I start to freak out and call the office and get told that they did the right tooth and that I am wrong. After a couple hours I get a call back directly from Dr. Palluck stating that she is sorry and doesn’t know how this could have happened. We make an agreement that they will now do both teeth for no charge. I am not thrilled with this, (having to get more work done, etc) but I am somewhat satisfied with this agreement and agree to come back into the office on October 10^th to get new impressions done and new temporaries put on until the new veneers come in. So, I go to the appointment and the Doctor tells me that now she is not willing to do both teeth for free, but she will do the one tooth (the wrong tooth) and then we will have to end our Dentist/​Customer relationship because she feels that I won’t be satisfied with any resolution! So not only did they make this huge error, but they proceed to waste my time having me come down to the office instead of just telling me this over the phone. Unbelievable! I highly recommend that you stay away from this practice. Not in all my years have I seen such incompetence.

Dr. Palluck takes the fear out of going to the dentist. Wonderful Staff. Wish they were open also on Fridays.

One Friday evening while getting ready for work my crown fell off my front tooth. I called Dr Palluck & she opened the office so my tooth could be fixed. How wonderful is that. Dr Palluck and her entire staff have a great amount of calm about them & deliver exceptional service and expertise. My teeth never have looked so good, or my gums so healthy. I would not go to another dentist & I highly recommend Somerset Dental.

I went to see Dr. Palluck yesterday for the first time, and for my first dentist visit in 4 – 5 years. I liked her and her office so much, I decided to write my first ever Unilocal review. I should say that I am one of «those» patients, the ones whose heart races and palms sweat at the mere mention of going to the dentist. In fact, the only reason I finally made a dental appointment is because I chipped my front tooth. (Note to self: next time, get off your behind and get the nail clippers instead of using your teeth to pull out that hang nail!)
Anyway, right from the start the experience was a pleasant one. Often when calling an establishment of any sort you can get a good feel for the place from the person you speak with on the phone. Well, all the ladies who work the front desk were professional and helpful as well as friendly both on the phone and in person. The waiting area is cozy and very nice with bottled water available, and a t.v. to watch, along with a relaxing waterfall.
The exam room I was in looked out into a courtyard with trees, grass and some birds fluttering around a bird feeder. It was nice. Hey, anything to distract me is a good thing! Her assistant was also very friendly and the X-​rays were a breeze. When I met Dr. Palluck she was very personable, easy going, and kind. She answered all my questions and took the time to figure out a dental plan for me that will combine what I need to have done with what I can afford to have done.
I don’t think I’ll ever fully be at ease going to the dentist. That just isn’t in my nature. But, I am happy to have found this office and Dr. Palluck, and can confidently say that for the first time I feel like I have found a good dentist for me. I plan on having my husband who is in need of a new dentist, as well as my son who recently turned 18 and «graduated» from his pediatric dentist and needs to find a grown up dentist, both go to see Dr. Palluck. I’d highly recommend her to anyone.

Very professional and everyone at the dentist office was nice and explained everything. The hygienist was kind and genuinely was out for the well-​being for me. I still have a lot of work to be done but I feel confident this will be the dentist office to do the work. I highly recommend this dentist. They are working with me for the best plan for my insurance.

I was looking for a great dentist in Vegas and had not found anyone good. This place, however, is great and very professional. I loved the staff, atmosphere and most important, the quality of the dental work was excellent.

Somerset has been so kind to my family over the years. When my daughter lost her job and insurance benefits they worked with her to make it possible to keep continue her maintenance. Not many people have done such nice things.

5 HUGE stars for this office… !!

Somerset Dental is still my main Dentist office even though I moved to Cali that’s how much I like Dr. Pallucks’ office. Great pain free service, great atmosphere, super nice staff.
