I went to see Dr. Chang because she takes same day appointments and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. That’s about all the pluses I can think of about this doctor, I find her bedside manners cold and dismissive. She misdiagnosed my husband with allergies when what he had was a cold that disappeared after 10 days. She ordered unnecessary tests for a simple infection without consulting me about the price first; I had treated same type of infection with another doctor in a different occasion who also ordered tests but not as many as Dr. Chang ordered. All the tests that Dr. Chang ordered for a simple infection ended up costing me hundreds of dollars. Once she wasn’t in the office an I was seen by another visiting doctor in her office who had to look at my medical problem on google in front on me and ended with the wrong diagnose, she was very unhelpful, did not listen to me, and did not fix the condition for what I came in. I don’t trust this doctor anymore.

I have a golf ball sized dent in my ass due to the improper administration of a kenalog shot at Dr. Chang’s office. I used to come here for my contraceptive, skin care and general check ups. I had no issues with this office until I had an urgent visit February 3^rd with a long list of symptoms. I was told I had an issue with my contraceptive as well as severe allergies. Dr. Chang asked which issue I wanted to address that day and I said I’d like to deal with both. She said because I was a walk in appointment I could only address one issue and I had already taken more than two minutes of her time so I needed to hurry up. I explained that none of this was explained to me when I called to make the appointment. Feeling put on the spot as well as turned off by her poor bedside manner I opted to deal with the allergies so I could get back to work. Of the choices available I opted for the shot. I had a kenalog shot four years earlier with no problem. Upon checking out I asked the receptionist about dealing with the contraceptive issue and was told I’d have to book a separate appointment for that. I expressed my irritation at not having been informed when I first called that I could only address one issue with the Doctor and had «two minutes» to do so. Their response was that they’re very busy and basically can’t be expected to remember everything. Two months later I had been having extreme pain in my right hip and glute muscle, to the point where I could not work, drive, or sleep on my right side and at times the pain had me in tears. I finally noticed the dent and bruising that had showed up and when I realized what it was called Chang’s office. I was told that I would have to pay another $ 60 office visit fee to have it looked at. I could not believe this place! Charging me to look at the damage they caused? When Dr. Chang finally did see the damage she made no apology and offhandedly mentioned how she has seen this before but in patients who got the shot somewhere else. «Well I didn’t get the shot somewhere else I got it HERE,» I said. I told her that I was NOT ok with this and that it was having a huge negative impact on my life and my job. Her response was that probably the only way to fix it was with fillers, but the kind that she doesn’t do. She told me to come back in August so she could look at it again. I can’t imagine what solution she could possibly come up with by then. I will not be back to this office, and neither will any of my friends who I referred there.

Dr Who? I have been there four times and never saw any doctor. I do not believe there ever was one there.
The assistant that takes your blood pressure does not have a clue. Twice she took the pressure through clothing, once a sweater and shirt. Gee, the pressure was 170 over 120. Went to another doctor an hour later and it was tested at 120 over 86.
Twice they said they called in my gout prescription but no prescription was ever issued.
I called to talk with someone about my issues with their service and was told maybe tomorrow I could call someone who cares. The person answering the phone had no interest in helping me.
They received the results of a test from a diagnostic center a week ago and never contacted me with any results. It is beyond not caring, it is negligence.
The registered nurse I did see, Amberlyn, was helpful and attentive. I hope she looks for a new job at a better clinic.
I would not expect this care from a mechanic, let alone someone I trust my life with. She should stick with skin care and not promote this clinic as a family practice.

This place is great… the Doc was very professional and the prescription she gave me solved my problem within a few days! So happy.

Dr. Chang seems to have a lack of care for her patients. My wife went in with a small rash that was starting to form on her face. Dr. Chang looked at the rash from across the room while typing into her computer and gave her a prescription cream to clear it up. After using the cream the rash started to get worse so she went into Dr. Chang a second time and she looked at the rash from across the room again and gave her a different prescription cream. My wife started using the new cream and the rash grew even larger and much more painful very quickly. She didn’t understand why it was not working. She decided she should probably get a second opinion and went to a different dermatologist. This dermatologist took one look at the prescription she was on after the 2^nd visit and said it is way to harsh of a cream to be using on your face and that it also should never be used in any area of the body for more than 14 days. He gave her a new prescription and a coupon for the new one to make it free to order it through the mail. He also put her on a pill to help it go away faster. The new cream came in the mail and the rash is starting to shrink very quickly. You can tell that this routine is working. The new doctor also wants to see her in a month to make sure it is going down and has a general concern for making sure it gets solved. He said with the damage done from the prescription that Dr. Chang gave my wife it will take a very long time to get it to completely go away. I would be very wary of this clinic.

Brandy is so sweet and is really knowledgable about the treatments she offers! So happy with her!

Dr. Chang isn’t too much interested in her family practice, every time I see her she makes me feel like a lab rat, I was in a terrible car accident and the doctors that were taking care of me we’re giving me proper care now I’m always in pain and always have a referral for whatever ever is wrong with me. If your looking for a family doctor this isn’t the place I will be looking for new family doctor today.

Dr. Chang is wonderful. Brandi is rude and condescending. She makes me feel like I am not important as a patient. This practice will not go out of their way even slightly to accommodate a patient. I was a patient there for 3 years before moving. On several occasions I was made to feel inferior. I would NOT recommend this practice.

Brandi is condescending and rude. The front desk girl is either rude or hates her job. Not sure of which. Dr. Chang seems like a good doctor, but the staff is more than half your visit. Don’t recommend.

Dr Chang is an excellent Doctor.
She listens and is very knowledgable.
Her staff is friendly and personable.

I don’t usually review doctor’s offices, but I had my first visit with Dr. Chang today and she was awesome! I was previously going to a different dermatologist who never listened to what I said and prescribed me the wrong medication for my problem. Dr. Chang was able to answer all the questions I had, she listened to my whole back story, and everyone in the office generally made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Loved everyone here and I will definitely be coming back!
(Also, as a bonus, uninsured waifs like me can see the Dr for only $ 60, versus $ 80 — $ 120 for other dermatologists in Vegas!)

Nice office. They spent more time looking at the computer than any of my questions or my skin conditions. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to a friend.

Dr Chang, nice office location very clean. .All Nurses and Dr. Chang makes you feel very comfortable and are very nice and patient with you. All the times I’ve visited, Love that your in and out within 30mins. Have Dr. Chang treat you for any medical family or skin clinic problems..

Chemica peel, b 12 shots, prescriptions I needed, dr Chang is good! Highly recommended!

my favorite! I love Brandi and I love getting my face fixed. I am so happy I found this place and I can get peels/​micros often, covered under my insurance. they do walk-​ins as well and when I need an injection for «underground» acne I trust it won’t get jacked up more, thanks to Brandi! :-)
Dr. Chang and the other staff are good too, but basically I go here for the treatment options, price (insurance), and Brandi!

The staff is very friendly and professional. My appointment was at 8:50am and i was called right on time which was nice. No problem scheduling an appointment. Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and the lotions that she recommended to me are working great. I definitely recommend her.

I love Dr. Chang and everyone on her staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and personable. I’ve had laser hair removal, microdermabrasion and chemical peels… all procedures have been great. I highly recommend this clinic for your general particular and dermatology needs.

Very professional staff. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. Staff always calls to remind you of your appointment. Dr. Joyce is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. Very friendly and full of knowledge.
