Melissa Chupa Broker/​Owner Sovereign Realty has dedicated the last 4 ½ years to specializing in the negotiation of Short Sales. She has curently closed and negotiated over 100 Short sale listings while maintaining a success ratio of at least 90%. While educating herself in the short sale business she saw the lack of education for the agents stuggling to understand the process. Since 2009 Melissa has educated thousands of Real Estate professionals not only on the process of the short sale but on how to actually get them closed. Since then Melissa has become a trainer for the National REO Brokers Association as part of their certification process in short sales. She has trained and assissted Brokers around the country in setting up their own short sale teams. She is a CDPE, CSP and Equator Platinum certified Short Sale Agent.
