I bought my Hot Tub from them over 9 years ago. I have always found them to be honest and helpful when I have any questions. Bob is very knowledgeable about the spas they sell and is one of the most honest and patient people I have ever dealt with. I tend to ask a lot of questions because I enjoy understanding everything. Recently, Bob helped me solve a problem, that another Spa company couldn’t seem to get right. Unfortunately, I had to go to the other company as per my Home Warranty company.

They fixed the problem fast and I didn’t even have to be home. The guy was knowledgeable about our spa even though it is not a popular brand and had the part in stock to fix it. The price stayed the same from what they originally quoted and they even took my card over the phone so I didn’t have come in to pay. Service as it supposed to be :)
