Where to start. This place would get negative stars if I was allowed. I work in customer service and this is seriously THEWORSTEXPERIENCE I HAVEEVERHAD. EVER!!! I don’t think I can stress this enough. That being said here was my experience: I got a motorcycle after taking the safety class. I bought it from someone off Craigslist so I figured since I don’t know about bikes I should have someone look at it. I asked the guys at cycle gear where I should go and they told me the guys next door(Universal 2 Wheel). I went in and asked them if they could look at my bike. The guy seemed nice and said his mechanic could look at it when he got back from lunch I said perfect. My fiancée and I brought the bike back at 4 pm. All this happened 6÷23÷14. We get there. The mechanic is nice and says he can look at it. Hops on and takes it for a spin around the parking lot. Comes back into the garage. This is where the happiness ends. Once back in the shop while looking at my bike, he dropped it and broke the brake lever off. And since the gas tank didn’t lock and we had just filled the tank spilled gas out of my bike all over the shop. Well there goes some $$$. Still in a good mood my fiancée and I joked«well I guess it’s staying here tonight so you can replace what you broke. We will get it in the morning». He agreed. Next day I call to get my bike, he says its not ready. I said I needed it by that weekend because my dad was coming from out of town and wanted to see it. He had gotten me the motorcycle course for my birthday so we could ride together and it was very important for him to see it, he was coming 6⁄27. So now it’s the day after I call, no answer I leave a message. And again message next day. And the day after that. Finally after calling every day it’s 6⁄28 Saturday. My father thinks its odd the guy is dodging me and wants to see my bike and offers to swing by the shop with me. SHOCKER they’re there! The guy lets us in and shows me my bike but won’t let me take it for some reason. Some story about how there are 3 Harley’s and a Honda in line in front of mine? Excuse me you dropped my bike and broke it in front of me where did these bikes come from? They weren’t here before. We leave. Another week goes by and he still doesn’t all. Finally on 7⁄3 my fiancée calls and asks. He says its done but he’s leaving for the holiday weekend and we could pick it up Monday. Now, Monday 7⁄7 is my birthday and I had to work because I was having knee surgery the next day but we rearranged our schedule to get there to pick it up. We get there, he was apparently living on a couch in the non-warehouse part and said it wasn’t done to get it tomorrow. I said what’s not done?! You’re not working on it and I’m having surgery tomorrow and can’t get it for more than 2 weeks! We left. I had surgery. My fiancée got a ride there on 7⁄9 to get it no matter what. The mechanic tried to charge us for 2 hours of work! You dropped my bike, spilled my gas, broke it and kept it hostage but we have to pay you?! My fiancée paid for an hour(the mechanic was lucky I wasn’t there) and took our bike. I will NEVER go back or tell anyone to go there. Horrible customer service. I’m sad because they seemed cool at first. After my bike was hostage I saw a review just like this on here. I should have listened.

Seriously, I cannot stress how awesome this shop is. I didn’t choose to go here because of how few reviews they had and I ended up getting screwed by one of the most popular scooter shops around. I went here and they treated me like family. After I left, I had a small issue and they picked it up and dropped it off at my work. They know scooters. They also have the most adorable shop dog! If you are having doubts about where to take your scooter, these guys are honest, hard working guys just trying to make your scooter reliable. Did I mention they’re honest? You won’t find a better shop in town.

Came in here a few months back bought a few bikes, everyone here is super helpful and accommodating. They let you know everything you need to know, about their toys. They carry pit bikes, scooters to motorcycles. How they let someone test drive the bikes is a nice touch to the awesome store. I’ve been coming back every since the first time back in October just because the experience. Thanks guys!

Adam and Mark are the owners, I met them at a pop up shop sale they were having a few months back and ever since they earned my business and friendship! You can really tell they care about the customers here they make sure you find what you like, get the best possible price, and know how to use and maintain your equipment. Me and and some friends ended up purchasing 3 pit bikes from them for an unbelievable price! We had a few maintenance issues with one of the bikes and Adam super cool dude came to our house picked up the bike fixed it and dropped it off just to make sure we were satisfied, now that’s what I call customer service! They even taught our girlfriends how to ride the bikes making sure they knew what they were getting into so they wouldn’t go home knowing nothing and end up hurting themselves, totally awesome and saved me the headache of explaining everything. I will definitely be coming back for all my needs and concerns, but not just that they are so cool I just stop by to say hey and hang out a bit! Thanks Adam and Mark for everything!
