Starbucks

I live a couple minutes away from this location and have been a loyal Starbucks customer for about a decade now. Ever since they’ve changed from a walk-​in location to a drive-​thru location (not that it relates to bad service but rather to an easy timeline), the coffee is hit or miss with more miss than hit. I work graveyard shift and always order iced coffee. I almost always order caramel sauce rather than syrup but they keep giving me syrup. I’ll ask for cream and they give me soy. Today I ordered two tall iced coffees with cream and caramel sauce. They, again, gave me syrup. My boyfriend sipped his and hated it. I didn’t bother tasting mine as soon as I realized they messed up the caramel part. They replaced it but this time when I tasted it I realized the coffee itself was very bitter and burnt tasting. We returned it and asked for a refund, which they gave as well as a gift card to make up for the hassle. Unfortunately, I’ve been given the wrong order too many times at this location, so I’ll frequent somewhere else from now on.

Super slow. At least twice I’ve waited a few minutes for someone to take my order, when no one else is in line, while 4 baristas just kind of stand there and talk amongst themselves.

Go see Sarah or Monica very sweet girls that always help you out and always have smiles on their faces… also the rest of the staff is great too

They moved to the corner where Taco Bell used to be, and it’s a great! Easy in and out, with a drive thru that the old one lacked. Same excited employees, which can be a little hard to take early in the morning.
They seem to always be out of the popular pastries, but it may be the times I go. The Carmel Machiotto is GREAT wit Soy or Coconut milk!

i love the pre order app! i send it through, walk in a few mins later tell them my name at the pick up counter and bam!!! there it is! i could not be happier with the staff too. they are always friendly!

I had a problem with the first coffee and the beans tasting burnt. He made me another one with no real questions asked and it was fast!!!
It still was burnt and tasted watered down, I ended up throwing it away but the fact that they where so nice and quick made me happy. :)

I love the Starbucks there really a new one on the corner of Charleston cater can’t wait for the drive-​through open very mellow by jazz music thanks.

This starbux is aiight. By Wal-​Mart and Lowe’s and cricket cause I’m a ghetto who likes tools and plants. Anyway coffee yea. It’s starbux, idk no drive thru and it’s not 24hrs?

Kate rocks! Purchased a latte from a drive thru across town and it was made wrong. I stopped in to request an added splash of syrup. She insisted on making a new one and made sure it was right before I left the store! Appreciate the excellent customer service!

Nice staff. Not a good neighborhood but staff deals with the locals and makes the customers feel safe and welcome…

I do not like coming to this SB location if I don’t have to. While it is the closest location to my work and the staff is friendly, parking is horrible and the restrooms are usually filthy. On the up side, I was able to find the holiday gift cards I was looking for.

Slowest service and rude patrons. I’d rather get a gas station coffee over this. Baristas don’t know how to make their drinks and they are super slow. Bad service. They don’t ask you what you want on your drink and they don’t listen when you say no whip.

I’ve been here twice so far and the staff has been very nice. But the store itself is very dirty. Both times the floor is unswept, fingerprints all over the glass and the tables are not wiped down. The drinks and food are good, average Starbucks quality. Someone here needs to get out a mop.

Slowest Starbucks ever. When the line is 10 people deep, the barista still only makes one drink at a time. Try to avoid if you can.

Starbucks has always strived to perform excellent customer service in order to provide its customers with a positive experience. My experience at this location reflects their continued commitment to this standard.
This Starbucks is probably an older location as it does not have the amenities compared to the other locations, such as no drive-​thru, and limited merchandise for sale. This place is frequented by the migrant wanderers that stroll the area, but they tend to keep to themselves, like most «normal» people. The seating is limited, so finding your treasured side table with accessible outlets may prove difficult at this location, but its quaint size may allow for louder background noise than expected. You might be better off studying elsewhere.
Drinks are pretty standard at this location with no problems from each of my experiences; however, they’ll re-​make your drink correctly should issues arrive. But, this is standard at any Starbucks location.
