Stephen P Dubin, MD

An international TV star who was also a patient, introduced me to Dr Dubin when I was dealing with some thyroid issues. Dr Dubin’s office agreed to put me on the books as soon as he could and they saw me right away. He and his office were instrumental in me getting to where I am today with my wellness. There were times when I called in absolute tears because of the severity of my illness back when it was not treated correctly (2 other docs kept me sick) and the office never allowed my frustration and sometimes chaotic emotions affect their professionalism or their attitude towards me. They understood where I was coming from and maintained an incredible «Bedside manner» throughout the whole journey.
They were always calm, understanding and supportive. Dr Dubin has not only been an incredible doctor, (the best one I could ever have), but he is also now a good friend.
He genuinelly cares about his patients. He spends as much time as he has to and the office never makes you wait a long time to see him. He is busy but not so insanely, ridiculously busy that you feel you can’t get good care or have to wait months for an appt or HOURS at the office to see him.
It is because they don’t try to CRAM in as many patients as they can like so many other offices and Doctors do in this town. I find it highly annoying when an office is so busy that the entire experience is frustrating and makes you even feel worse! Dr Dubin has a great facility, hundreds of long term patients that have been seeing him FOREVER… and He is about QUALITY CARE. not QUANTITY!
I love a Doctor that never stops learning or seeking higher education. He continually seeks New up to date Education classes and courses to keep current on the latest and greatest medical care and news.
If you want a good Medical Doctor, Dr Dubin is your man!!!

I am a 31 year old male who was looking forward to getting some laser hair removal done on my back, arms, and buttocks. I called and booked my appointment. The receptionist over the phone was very friendly. I had a great consultation and then booked my first appointment. I was educated on all the services they do. One side of the building is general practice /​family care and the med spa is on the other side. I like being able to go to one doctor for illness as well as health /​beauty services. The laser that they use is one of the newest and best on the market. My esthetician was warm and welcoming. I felt comfortable as she lasered my body. It feels a lilt bit like a slight pinch. On a scale of 1 – 10 its about a 3 pain factor. Im scheduled for 6 treatments and every time the hair is getting less and less. I recommend this place for sure.

I am 26 years old and I have had acne problems since I was a teenager, I have done the medications and multiple creams. I am so happy to say it is finally clearing up, after 3 customized chemical peels and 2 photofacials at Dubin Wellness with Anaiz, who is absolutely amazing, my face has never looked better. It is smoother and my scarring has minimized, and my makeup goes on so much better! I’m sad to see people have had negative experiences! Dubin Wellness was recommended to me by my friend who had been going to Dr. Dubin as her primary doctor for the past 6 years. I decided to give them a shot!
I called in with questions about hyper-​pigmentation I have had for the past 3 years now, on my face. They set me up with a consultation with Mikaela, who was very informative and helpful! She went over everything imaginable when it came to skincare! I even walk out of there with 4 new products (I needed a new skincare routine, so I was willing to spend. I was in no way pressured to purchase anything. Mikaela recommended I started treatment with chemical peels. There was a deal, since they just opened! SIGN ME UP. I had first peel last week and it was lovely! And all the products smelled like flowers! (LOVED the hibiscus hydrating mask, applied after the Glycolic) I have 5 more Glycolic peels to go and I’m LOVING my products. Especially the «Up the anti» sunscreen with a tinted moisturizer! I’m already seeing improvements in my skin.
Don’t let these bad ratings fool you! At least there is nothing negative about PROCEDURES!

I’m not suprised this office has received such a low rating. Dr. Dubin is very unwilling to listen. I’ve seen many doctors over the years for these current hormonal problems and was simply informing him that yhe treatment that he was trying to give me has been given to me multiple times in the past and wasn’t effective. After I said I was willing to try other things he insisted on saying that would be the only thing to help. He seems to be at the end of his career. And very stuck in old-​school ways. I do not suggest this doctor if you have PCOS or a hypothyroid. He will only blame it on your weight. Even though I have had these problems since I was age 14 and 130 pounds. The hormonal problems are what has contributed to the weight not the other way around. I’ve honestly never felt more disrespect from a doctor.

I called to book an appointment over a week ago and I arrived 15 minutes early, per the lady on the phone when I booked the appointment. When I arrived the lady at the front desk said I was in the computer but I did not have any appointments scheduled. She went to the back and returned a few minutes later to tell me I would have to reschedule. When I booked the appointment I had explained that I leave for college on the 26^th and need my physical done before I leave the state, so rescheduling was not an option for me since this happened on the 25^th. I reexplained this and after talking with the office staff for a while they finally agreed to let me be seen by the doctor. I waited in the office for over an hour and a half. Others were there when I arrived and were seen only moments before I was, so they were there for at least an hour and a half also. One lady was on the phone explaining how long it’s been since she’s waited this long at a doctor’s office. When I finally got to the room, I waited another 20 minutes only to be seen by the nurse NOT the doctor. She was extremely nice, but I was there to see the doctor for a physical and for some health questions that I felt more comfortable talking to a male doctor about.

Horrible front desk staff horrible organization horrible communication they can that my husband had called and changed an appointment for me I called my husband & he was dumbfounded
yet she looked at me, laughed and said you obviously have communication issues in your marriage. This is the witch with short hair (Mexican) in the front.
