The Wedding Chapel

We got married there on 11/​28/​2015. The room is pretty, it’s very small, but it’s nice. The Minister was very warm and took his time to make us feel special (he really made our night!). The front desk lady, however… she is not the most welcoming person in the world (she was kinda rude and I didn’t like that. It was like if she didn’t want to be there. She doesn’t understand the importance of the business she is in). They also charge everything they can on top of your package (they were trying to make us pay an extra $ 50 fee for the limo, because we are locals and our house was located 5 miles away of their usual reach). They also made us pay $ 30 to allow people to take pics inside the chapel (and of course you guests will) and they charged an extra fee because we had 5 more guests than they were expecting (and of course they did not mention that to us when we bought the package). THE WORST PART, however, was the photographer. Our package included 15 pics and I’m glad I didn’t get more, because they are all terrible. I think I can save 1 or 2 from the actual ceremony, but about 90% of the pictures are without focus, too dark and blurry. Thank God we paid the fee to allow our guests to take pics (I swear: the cellphone pics are WAY BETTER than the ones the photographer did). The good thing is that they have another photographer there, which is a third party one, and she did a small photo shoot after the ceremony, which was not included in the package. She was very nice and we ended up getting all the pics.
Summarizing: if you want to get married here ask about all the extra fees as soon as you get the package (and be prepared because they will find a way to charge you more). But the most important tip is: hire a photographer. It’s the most important day of your life and you don’t want to have someone that is not prepared taking pics of your special day.

Originally booked this Chapel because they offered «at your location» marriages. They suggested in front of the Bellagio or in front of the famous Vegas sign. All communication via email was decent, I did not like the fact that after explaining I had never been to Vegas, I didn’t know locations or the weather, they weren’t more accommodating. I wish they would have given me suggestions or seemed more interested on my concerns.
The day of I called to schedule the limo pick up time and they said limo was not available, that I should have scheduled it before hand. I was never told I had to! The package included a wedding planner, one that never checked in with me on the limo arrangement, the bouquet selection or any other wishes I had. So now I had to find my own ride, pay it and see no refund or credit for the services I paid that were not going to be given to me.
We arrive to the location, because of the change of plans on transportation the groom is 10 minutes late. We were greeted by Ashley (don’t remember her name, female receptionist who was also the photographer), she was rude and short from the beginning. She has no customer service skills whatsoever! You could tell she did not want to be there and she just simply looked annoyed.
Another thing I did not like about her was her attitude and roll eyeing when my guests were trying to take pictures. Yes they were in her way but she did charge me $ 30 to allow them. She could have easily asked them to wait a minute or give her a chance first, anything but embarres me rolling her eyes at them.
I have to say the best part of the chapel was the room we got; it was nice, small and pretty but the Minister really turned it around! He had a smile on at all times! They was interrupted multiple times by our rowdy friends and family and he just laughed, he even added we were a fun crowd! He pretty much saved my mood on this day.
So, in summary. hire people who understand the importance of what a wedding day means to the groom and bride. Make sure they love their job and love helping people. Have them keep the lines of communications open with the wedding party. is everything set, has the limo been reserved, are we using your bouquet, are there any special instructions, do they know about the extra fees upon arrival, etc? Your location and minister are great! Don’t loose business or bad word of mouth over your front desk staff, that’s ridiculous!

The service was great. Photo’s were cropped too tight. The waiting room had chairs for appx 10. We had 25 people, the room was pretty much full before we walked in and then other people arrived for weddings after ours, packed in like sardines! I would suggest not arriving early! Vegas heat, to hot to stand outside and way to crowded to be inside, grr!

We were married here and found the entire staff accommodating and a blessing.
After arriving late with travel difficulties, the staff contacted us periodically as did we to ensure we would get married.
The Minister was warm and we understand it’s a business as Vegas is one of the Wedding Capitals of the world, still they treated us like we were the only ones getting married.
Jenna could not do enough for me snd was a great help for all the finishing touches.

If I could give less than one star I would. They seemed over booked and in a rush! We paid for the endless love package which meant we couldn’t allow friends or family bring in cameras because they were going to furnish us with photos and a DVD. When we left the Chapel they gave us a CD. We weren’t able to view it until we got back home, several hundred mile away. It had a single picture on it! When we inquired about the the photos and DVD that we didn’t receive, we were simply told that we should have been given it as we left the Chapel. Of course we were supposed to be given it, that doesn’t change the fact that we weren’t. I was given an E-​mail address so as to start a paper trail. They had given me the wrong E-​mail address. After six months of trying and failing I was told they no longer had the photos or the DVD. Very disappointed to say the least!!! Unprofessional from beginning to end! I would not recommend to anyone. I see good reviews and all I can say is, if it can happen once it can happen again. This could be the happiest time of your life or the biggest regret! I urge you to look else where!

My buddy and his fiancé were married here on 5÷22÷14. Pictures are accurate that are posted. Staff was nice and polite. If you haven’t decided on a place to wed, then I suggested talking to all the hounds outside the marriage license place.

Awesome experience would recommend, you will remember your wedding day forever in a good way with them.

Over all my experience here was great. Me and my fiancé married here 5÷11÷2014. I made a reservation via phone 2 days in advance. I reserved the $ 199.00 The Endless Love package. Over the phone the young lady who helped me was nice and helpful. She gave me more details on the packages I was interested in and gave me info on how to apply for the marriage license and the address to the building. I requested a 7:30PM appointment and paid for a round trip limo ride, the package include a one way trip and $ 40 was the extra. (Not bad since It was a total of 6 ppl). The limo arrived on time and I along with my guest were running 5 mins late. He was patient. We got in the limo and arrived 7 mins later. We stayed at circus circus hotel. The chapel looks a lot nicer than the other chapels in down town or on the strip. It’s small but nice. We entered and was greeted I handed my papers and we paid for the donation for the officiant. We gave $ 70. Then paid another $ 100 for the marriage license. The wedding started and it was great, pictures and all. Had a great time. The officiate pulled us aside gave us info on the license info and recommended we leave the young lady gratitude for helping us. Confusing but we left $ 40. Over all the wedding cost $ 420 including gratitude for the limo. He took us back gave us 2 single roses and a bottle of champagne (cheap but free lol). Fun experience! 4’stars only because of donations seemed to come outa no where but great classy (for Vegas). I would recommend.
Me and my now husband are planning a traditional ceremony in December for us family and friends. This was just for experience and fun way to legally marry. But planning my dream wedding now!

I’m only giving one star to leave a review I got married there last month an now looking at my pictures they make me so upset the photographer took the most horrible pictures didn’t get me walking down aisle or our first kiss. Se he got the most horrible angles. Chapel was nice but u can c all these cords plugged in the wall in background. I spent over 300 an drove 4 hours so upset.

Beautiful Chapel. And the pictures they took really let me go home feeling like someone captured my big day. For a good priced wedding with sweet people who truly want to help you create a memory, I suggest this Chapel.

Just what we were looking for… simple and nice!
The «new» building they are in is nice. There are two chapels to choose from, price the same. There is a nice «prep» room for changing, etc. and clean restrooms too. Certainly easy to be dressy or dressed down, up to you.
The Wedding Planner is very nice and works to accommodate your needs. The minister was a sweet man who tries hard to personalize the ceremony in spite of the many weddings he surely has performed.
The pictures are reasonably priced and probably often more taken than you think you paid for.
The ministers in Las Vegas all work from tips/​gratuities, you are courteously reminded of this. And it is customary to tip the photographer and the limo driver, you’ll have this no matter where you choose to marry, so keep this in mind as you’ll need cash in your pocket.
One item that we found important that might be of value… because this chapel is not on Las Vegas Blvd, it is easily accessible and there was parking right out front. We married on a Wednesday, it gets busier on the weekends.
Bottom Line: Would recommend this for anyone looking for a little bit of personalization, no «wedding mill» feeling, and less stress, all for a very reasonable price, this is your place!
