Total Wine & More

Went in to grab a few bottles of wine, 3 for a dinner party we are hosting and 1 just for the evening. I had the pleasure of meeting Bryan. An incredible young man that had a wealth of knowledge about wine. He took his time walking and talking with me trying to understand my taste. Made some great recommendations and was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have encountered in a really long time.

We used to frequent the Total Wine in Summerlin. I always enjoyed the spectacular customer service and wonderful selection. There is a distinct difference with the new location on Centennial. Zero customer service. Zero. In an area where there are two major liquor/​wind stores within a mile radius, this is surprising. Looks like we are new customers of the competitor. Never again.

I’m so glad this location opened in Centennial! great store and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Sandy at the tasting counter is outstanding! She went above and beyond to help me find a bottle of wine this evening, and made some excellent recommendations. This store has a great layout too, and nice spacious aisles, favorite in the valley!

I have been here a couple of times now. From the grand opening to several pit stops on my way home. I can’t believe it has taken years for a one stop, best price liquor stop to open in this part of the valley. TW&M has always been a top tier experience for me where ever I have gone. This location is the same, same.
The sights and smells upon entry are incredible. It’s foot print is easy to navigate. The staff is helpful and will guide you to whatever you are looking for.

Total Wine has an array of regular and special beverages for your liking and the store is well organized.

I love this place! I don’t even call Lee’s a competitor, as total wine is hands down the best place to buy booze. staff is very professional, and friendly. place is wall to wall enjoyment. an adult fun house so to speak.. the style of the store is quite unique and upscale, without the upscale price. best prices in town. and if you enjoy a fine cigar with your booze, you will find an extensive selection. I do enjoy a cigar with my beer a couple of times a week, and there selection of cigars is great, with great prices as well. was in twice on their grand opening weekend and they gave me reusable bags to haul out my choices. you could be in there for hours just seeing their selection. I always leave with things that aren’t on my list. I am great full that they care about the northwest and gave us our own location so we don’t have to drive to the overwhelming boca park location. thanks total wine. my two suggestions, please add another cart return in the parking lot, and I would love to see another cigar coupon in the mailer.

This place is truly paradise for those who enjoy a good bottle of wine or that specialty craft beer. Prices can’t be beat, the employees are super friendly, and everything is neatly stocked and the shelves are always full. Such a pleasure to shop here. The rewards program is a must especially if you spend a lot of $ in the store so be sure to sign up! So glad they opened up this location. Before I used to have to drive to the Rampart location… not anymore!

If you live in Las Vegas, there’s a never ending debate of Total Wine vs Lee’s Discount Liquor. While I appreciate Mr. Lee’s quirky billboards, the employees at some of the locations are plain scary, and the down home tear it down/​put it up appearance of his stores leave much to be desired.
The win for Lee’s is number of locations. With this new store in Centennial shopping center, Total Wine barely made it to three. However, this third location dotted a map in uncharted territory of North Western Las Vegas, and I’m in!
The polished, uniformed corporate experience, competitive prices, flyers and coupons in my mailbox– I don’t know what incentive I have at this point to go anywhere else.
I have never tasted wine in my 38 years nor smoked a cigar, so I can’t comment, but I dearly love beer and seasonal sections as well as craft brews warm my heart to it’s yeast loving core.
New store delivers on all accounts– greeting at the door, smiling, accommodating employees– I’m a total winer from here on.

The best place for all your drinking needs! Laid out well and has a lot most others don’t! Classes and tastings! Service is good and prices as well! It’s my second «grocery store,» ha! Plus they even have awesome retro sodas for the kids to try or you can get them root beer in a growler!

I’ve recently discovered growlers and this is a great place to get them filled! The place is huge with great selection and great customer service! As it is to be expected, they’re still figuring things out but I’m sure they’ll work out the kinks quickly. I will definitely be coming here often! Oh and if you sign up for their emails they send you coupons!

Ironically another grand opening in the area of a competitor that rhymes with Lee’s. I happened to stop in the other establishment on Tuesday off Durango and 215 and they just can’t compare, not the level of liquor, wine, and my favorite. Craft Beer. Stopped in for the grand opening and got a free bag, wine corker thingamajig, and a $ 10 gift card, just for walking it. The beer selection was immense and perfect. Now that this place is so close to home I imagine my midsection will go into overdrive.:
