I’ve never been one to have anything great to say about a dental office but this office is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they really do everything they can to work with you. The Dental Hygienist Stephanie did an amazing job with my cleaning and made my visit entirely anxiety-​free (and actually fun), which is a first for me! I highly recommend her, especially if you’re nervous!

This place is awesome! I’ve been coming here since January and I have never ever had anything but an amazing experience! From the women at the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors, everyone is kind, professional and always gentle! I will continue to come here and will recommend all my friends to come here!

I was recommended to this place by a co-​worker and now I won’t go anywhere else. The dental assistant Charlene is beautiful, very knowledgeable and very good at what she does kept me calm knowing I have really bad anxiety thanks for all you do. Took my daughter for the first time and Stephanie cleaned and polished her teeth she Is really good with kids. Our dentist Dr. Clark Cressman was awesome, love this place and now I’m going to spread the word.

It is the best dental office in town!
Because I have sensitive teeth, I haven’t been cleaning my teeth for years. After hearing the sedation dentistry technique, I decided to give it a try. I took a prescription pill an hour before my teeth cleaning which made me so relax. I need a driver however as I was told by Dr. Cressman that I cannot drive after taking the pill.
Gretchen Aguirre who was my dental hygienist; put some numbing cream on my gums and started to check my teeth/​gums then did the cleaning. She gently cleaned my teeth, and I did not feel any pain at all. This was the most comfortable dental experience ever! I have already booked for the next dental cleaning with Gretchen Aguirre

5 Stars hands down! if I could give more, I would! Im so impressed with this place, I dont think ill ever want to leave. If i ever move out of Las Vegas, i might have to travel back here just to go to this office. I AM THE WORST DENTAL PATIENT, I have a hard time getting numb, my mouth doesn’t open very wide, I have the worst gag reflex, and Im extremely anxious person. YEP, it’s official worst patient ever (haha), but the Dr. Was amazing. I had an dental onlay done 5 years ago by a different dentist and it broke twice. first time it broke and had to fix it, I couldn’t get numbed and suffered the pain. I guess it’s true third times a charm because I recently had to have it fixed and Dr. WIllardson was able to get me numbed (hallelujah), get through the procedure quickly BUT also was able to fix my tooth and was extremely conservative about it. This doctor is a perfectionist and is not out to get your money. If he can do something that is more conservative he will. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and truly does the best work he can. Not only is the Doctor amazing, but the Staff! The staff is incredibly kind, happy and welcoming. I haven’t met one person that didn’t try to go above and beyond. I have to point out Karen though, she’s been dealing with me for a few months now and is amazing. So sweet, so kind I get excited to see her when I go there. Plus she dresses fabulous, a true delight. Love this place for your regular dental needs, cosmetic work, check ups whatever. A MUST. This is honestly the best dental office I’ve ever been to. They are so great at making you feel comfortable and making sure that you do not experience any discomfort while you’re in their office. The staff is nice and friendly and you always see the same doctor which is great because you can build a relationship with them! Oh, and the facility is so nice it feels like you’re walking into some kind of movie set. Love this place!

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Vegas and I absolutely love it. The staff is great and I’ve never had a complaint walking out of here. Dr. Wilardson is truly the best dentist in town!

Just left True Dentistry-I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time now. I’ve been going to this office for almost 10 years now and it is still such a great experience. I love my veneers and they do all of my regular dental work and cleanings and the Dr’s and staff are just fabulous-​I just feel like they are part of my family after all of these years! I love it here! They are so friendly and remember you. I just love the staff from the phone, to the front desk, to sitting in the chair. The atmosphere is very relaxing and modern.
I feel like I’m in excellent hands and taken care of. They listen, are patient, and discuss options with me.

I have been going to True Dentistry since 2010. I have gotten my routine check-​ups done here, bleaching, & a bit of cosmetic work done. They are true professionals and are unflappable in every aspect of what they do! Very accommodating, such a comfortable office, and everyone is so friendly! No need to go to any other dentist!

I really really like Joe. He’s true to his word. «It’s not over till you are satisfied.»
My porcelain veneers took over 9 months to complete. Joe never complained; in fact, he kept up a spirited sense of adventure ‘this is fun.’ And that made me feel good.
My case was difficult because I have teeth which have been darkened, stained and are somewhat soft and unsupportive of veneers. Dr. Joe (as he is fondly called by his staff) found ways to work with all of this.
Dr. Joe Willardsen is tall, handsome and confident. But at the same time Joe is humble, takes on each new case as individual case, and feels deeply for his patients. Know that Dr. Joe attends probably 12 seminars a year on how improve his already vast knowledge of cosmetic dentistry — which is important to you! For this is how the best stay the best. No matter what arcane dental question I asked Dr Joe, he knew a lot about it, in the full sense of understanding, and could elucidate very fine, very subtle points.
Dr Joe probably handles more cosmetic dentistry patients in 1 week than 95% of Las Vegas dentists see in 1 year. That’s a fact.
When Dr Joe works in your mouth his technique really shines — his moves are efficient, fast, strong, incredibly accurate without ever hurting or inflicting pain unnecessarily on you. Dr Joe can work 10 hours a day 5 days a week at super top notch level. You will be given perfect unparalleled attention and work. Count on it.
Don’t think for a moment Dr Joe’s clientele are push overs. His patients are rich, picky, knowledgeable individuals who demand the absolute best. Dr Joe delivers again and again and again.
I believe Dr Joe is 3^rd generation dentist. And it shows. His confidence, expertise, work ethic and knowledge are without parallel to any other dentist I have known or been a patient of.
The staff at True Dentistry are incredible. From Gaylene at front point desk to Karen and Melissa in the office and every single assistant (I want to thank Leona, Charlene, Valerie — Melissa even made me a temporary one day when mine broke and Joe was out of town). Dr Joe’s staff are the finest you will ever know. Plus they are fun to work with, and highly spirited like Dr Joe. For Joe rules by inspiration, not the iron fist.
We had a great time. And I want to thank Dr Joe and everyone at his office for helping me. I am sure I made a dent in their bottom line with my lengthy treatment, but everyone at the office followed Dr Joe’s lead and gave me their absolute best.
What this long review means to you, is, Dr Joe Willardsen has a 100% success rate. With 95% of his cases batting home runs out of the park absolute perfectly great work. 3% are probably very very good. And maybe 2% of his cases are unusually hard, like mine — which Dr Joe worked and worked on till the results were outstanding and unique!
Dr Joe’s prices are no more than any other dentist in Las Vegas. And when you factor in Dr Joe’s expertise, and never-​give-​up attitude, you are actually getting a very very good deal. IF Dr Joe practiced in Hollywood, he could easily charge 3X what he does and get it. So rest assured, not only is True Dentistry providing the best cosmetic work in Las Vegas, it’s at bargain prices. The wealthy well-​traveled all know this; and that’s why they all go to Dr Joe Willardsen!

I see Dr. Cressman & he is the best! He’s friendly & knowledgeable. I have had a few troubles with my teeth but so far they haven’t found anything wrong which is frustrating but I’m happy that they are doing their best to figure this out.
Their contracted prices with my particular insurance is extremely high but I think that in this case they are totally worth it.

I recently moved from Southern California where I had a fantastic dentist. Before then, my uncle was my dentist since I was a child therefore, I am extremely picky when it comes to new dental/​medical services, etc.
Going into the appointment extremely apprehensive, I was greeted by every employee (not just the ones helping me) in a very friendly way with a smile. All equipment was state of the art and very functional due to the large room sizes. The entire facility was very modern and quite clean as well.
Yeah, everything was visually great, but did that back up their services? Definately! My hygienest was very thorough and attentive. She was quite knowledgeable as well, giving me different teeth cleaning suggestions.
Phenomenal doctors, soothing atmosphere, friendly, Clean! Definatley met my standards. Two thumbs up.

The staff at True Dentistry are great and Dr. Willardsen is the best dentist I have ever had. I really like them because the office doesn’t have a dentist office feel. It seems more like the lobby of a nice hotel. There is no medical smell and the rooms don’t have equipment laying all over the place. I really like how the staff wears nice casual clothing rather than lab coats and scrubs. It makes it seem like a more relaxed environment and it helps with the anxiety of having dental work done. They also have a wonderful orthodontist that they work with named Dr. Thresher. I recommend them over any dental office that I have ever been to.
