I could go on and on about my whole experience with my teeth and Dr Golpa. I have just a few things to say. Yes it’s expensive. But in getting implants it has completely turned my life around. I am so blessed to have found him and had this procedure done. He basically saved my life. There is no better. And I love his staff and office. And my smile is amazing now!

My name is Sandra, and for most of my life I had suffered from dental problems. Pain, headaches, decay and mostly embarrassment because of my ugly smile. I had some bad dental experiences as a kid going to the dentist, so I was always afraid to go and gave my mom hell whenever she took me. So over the years, my dental health declined.
So about a year ago, I started researching my options. One dentist told me I could get dentures or implants, but the implants would cost me over $ 100k for full mouth reconstruction. So needless to say, I kept looking. So one day I was online looking at different places and I came across Smile Designs By Golpa in Las Vegas. I read through the the whole website and I couldn’t believe the before and after results of the patients. I saw the cost, and I was a bit taken back, but then I remembered how much my dentist quoted me for the implants and thought that it would be do-​able. So my husband and I discussed it and decided to have this done for me.
From the first contact to their office, I found Berlinda to be very helpful and reassuring about the whole process. So I made an appointment to drive out there for a consult with Dr. Golpa.
When we arrived in Las Vegas, we went to the hotel to rest. The next day, our driver, James picked us up and drove us to the office. Everyone in the office was very nice and professional. Amanda was a very nice young lady and they all treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. Dr. Golpa is truly a professional who cares out about the outcome for his patients. He will fine tune your smile till it is perfect. The facilities are state of the art, their whole operation is top notch. I met everyone who was involved in my care and by that time I was ready. So after the extractions, I went back to the hotel to rest over night and heal a bit. The next afternoon, I went in to have the implants placed and let me tell you… what an amazing difference it has made for me! I can finally smile with confidence and no fear of being judged. If anyone needs this, I highly recommend that you look no further. I am healing up a bit, but so far I love what I received and it was well worth it… Thank you Dr. Golpa and all your staff!

I had Dr. Golpa do my 4on4 upper and lowers., Love em, he did a excellent job, Had upper dentures 2 years ago, i hated them, tried to eat a good steak and had nothing but sores, then i tried snap’in mini dentures and they weren’t any better. My wife Peggy Admann had them done 1 year ago and convinced me on getting this done, i’am so glad that i did it. If you’ve already decided to do implants and are just trying to figure out what doctors to use then I strongly suggest you look into Dr. Golpa for all the reasons I stated in my original review. Price, caring quality — all the very best you could ever hope for! As far as trying to figure out if this is the right course of treatment for your dental issues, I can say to you that this procedure for someone who’s suffering ongoing failing teeth and pain, after months of research and doctor appointments, for me it was clear — this procedure was the only way to go. I researched things seriously after paying out a small fortune in several root canals and caps at $ 3,000 each tooth, THATS INSANE!, only to have more pain, another couple of failing teeth a few months later then more pain more root canals and on and on — I realized this problem was not going to stop. After looking at what options there are and what I wanted for my long term dental health and appearance, I made the choice to get the ALL ON FOUR implants as it addressed all the issues and I knew I’d be healthier ongoing in general. Overall health in general was a big factor as I have an impaired immune system from a childhood illness and I am susceptible to infections. My gum disease was not getting better and the pain was excruciating at times. All the research stated bad dental health will result in other far more serious health issues and the ALL ON FOUR procedure seemed to address all of this, so for me, choosing ALL ON FOUR was the absolute right treatment. Finding a doctor that I could afford and trust was near impossible! It was so depressing going from a beautiful smile to suddenly failing teeth, between the pain, the cost, the appearance and then the inability to enjoy eating freely — this problem was ruining my life and changing me as a person. Looking back now I see this and I recognize how the depression impacted me on all levels, socially, professionally — your smile and your health is priceless! But what do you do if you can’t afford the solution? Figuring out how to fix my health issue became something that depressed me even more when I was being told it was going to cost $ 65,000 and $ 75,000 CASH! I don’t have dental insurance. Thank god I believed I would find a better solution than traveling to Costs Rica or Mexico if I kept looking. I’m sure there are good doctors in some of these places but the risk of traveling so far to a place where these doctors are not licensed and no regulations, and then after watching the TV show BOTCHED, where you learn the horror stories of many people who have had bad surgical procedures by traveling over the boarder to save money on a procedure — THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GIING OUT OF THE COUNTRY. But I understand — when your desperate to get medical help and you have limited funds these destinations, with their rates, start looking very appealing. Especially if you’ve been looking for awhile. I know after MONTHS of looking on line and calling doctors all over the USA, I started to think I was never going to find an American doctor that had comparable prices to the Costa Rican or Mexican dental labs. Finding Dr. Golpa and then his financing was a gift from God. Like many of you, when the time came to actually do the procedure, I was terrified but this is soooooo worth it. And I promise, it’s truly painless — proof, this is not a joke or BS, I ate a steak, the next day!!! THERE IS AN ADJUSTMENT PERIOD but it’s fairly quick and your smile will look beautiful immediately. The adjustment is mostly in your head as you get use to how the bridge feels in your mouth, your head will catch up quickly. Im going back in January for an adjustment and I’m upgrading to a Zirconium upper because they supposedly look even better and last longer and feel even more natural. The only other thing I can say that’s maybe negative is that I had incredible swelling the first week and bruising, but within a week that all went away and that’s because I bruise easily. But again it was NOT PAINFUL! Last if you call their office you’ll probably talk to Carlos, he will answer any questions and you’ll immediately feel better about doing this and immediately see what I’m trying to convey about this group of people, you can tell they care! First and foremost I want to say that picking this dentist was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
After researching for months and even years of researching my options for the issues I had, I came to the conclusion that Dr. Golpa was the perfect choice for me. I scheduled an appointment with a more local dental location that offered very similar services but the cost was higher and the people working there didn’t seem very interested in me only my money. After reading many reviews about Dr. Golpa and actively trying to find bad reviews about him because it seemed too good to be true, I realized that he really might be that good.
My first contact with the staff at Dr. Golpa’s office was very positive because they answered all of my questions (a lot of questions) in a very timely manner and very detailed responses. They made me feel sure that I was making the right decision to pick his practice.
Yes, there was a down payment for the procedure I had done but that was because the business wants to make sure they are covered on their end. All financial options and procedures were discussed in full before the down payment and there were no hidden fees. Carlos was extremely helpful in explaining to me my options and what my payments would be. Carlos and the rest of the staff were always there to answer my questions about the procedure, finances and the travel arrangements.
We were coming from Ohio all the way to Vegas to get this procedure done. We hadn’t been to Vegas before but the staff at Dr. Golpa’s office provided us with everything we needed. The staff booked our stay at Treasure Island, provided us with a driver (James was very friendly and always on time) and even offered to help us find flights. To make sure that I was going to be ok to travel back home, we booked our flight a day later than the original schedule. Dr. Golpa’s office was so kind to pay for an extra day at the hotel for us.
Regarding the procedure I had, everything went exactly how Dr. Golpa explained to me. We made all decisions together and I didn’t feel rushed to make any choices that I wasn’t comfortable with. I was comfortable during the procedure and after. I felt like the staff really cared when the day after my procedure they called to make sure that I was doing well. My husband and daughter were taken care of while I was getting my procedure done. They waited in the waiting room where there were snacks, coffee, waters and soft drinks. The big screen TV, Netflix and magazines helped the time pass. The staff offered them lunch as well and helped them find a restaurant near by.
Upon my return home, the office continued to contact me to make sure I was doing well. When I had any questions or discomfort that happened, the staff was always there to help. Even though they are thousands of miles away, it feels like they are right down the street.
I, personally, don’t write reviews. The expectational service and care is what made me write this review for this fantastic dental office. I highly recommend Dr. Golpa for all of your dental needs. Don’t be afraid to go there even if you live in a different state.

I was considering having implants done by Dr. Golpa, however several red flags came up while I was researching his practice and reviews. I have much trepidation as he is the only doctor that has been sanctioned by the Nevada medical board as recently as 2013. This disappoints me, as I need specialized dental implants and he is apparently one of the very few that is willing to do them in Las Vegas. Further, I am concerned that his representative in the office told me twice that he is an oral surgeon. After reviewing his credentials I can find nothing more other than he is a DDS. Also, his office wanted me to give them a $ 5000 deposit over the telephone prior to having my first visit with the doctor! To be fair, this was to have her schedule the surgery. When I balked at paying $ 5000 with never even seen the doctor first and not even knowing if I’m eligible for dental implants, she stated that they would be willing to take a minimum $ 500 deposit just to see him. she said this $ 500 was nonrefundable and covered the cost of his time and CAT scans. Every other reputable implant office offer this service including initial CAT scans for free. After much effort, I can’t find any means to verify his supposed specialized training regarding zygot dental implants (slanted implants). I am also very skeptical when they show patients that give glowing referrals that «won» free full-​mouth implants from his practice!

Dr. Golpa has been my dentist for over 10 years. I have never been so disappointed in a doctor as a patient until just recently when I scheduled an appt. for a broken tooth, and what I thought was a broken filling. After taking off work with special request and sacrificing 2 hours of prime sales time at work to have him fix my tooth, after an hour getting there, x-​rays and waiting, he sends his assistant to tell me «they don’t take insurance patients anymore.» She informed me the cost was $ 1000 for a porcelain inlay. I was beyond upset — the time to tell me this was not when I was sitting in his chair, it should have been when I called to make the appt. I bought special PPO insurance just to go to him. I decided to make an appt. at another dr. that took my insurance. Dr. Golpa did not even bother to come look at the tooth when I told his assistant I was in pain, he just wrote a scrip for pain meds. When I finally got another appt. at a dentist (emergency appt.) Saturday because I was in so much pain they sent me home from work Friday night early, I was told that an inlay (filling) was not even needed. This dentist showed me pictures of the lacerations under my tongue that the broken tooth with a jagged edge had caused, and simply filed it down in 5 minutes. Dr. Golpa could have done this in 5 minutes. Instead he wanted money, and didn’t give a shit about a loyal patient for 10 years who has sent him referrals upon referrals. Dr. Golpa if you end up reading this, you have shown the worst side of what success can do to a professional. You care nothing about the people who have made you successful. You care only about your money. Don’t go to this dentist, his staff since Rachel left are all idiots (except for Sue the Hygienist) and Dr. Golpa will leave you with a knife cutting the inside of your mouth instead of helping you, and then try charging you for something you don’t even need. SHAME, that’s all I can say.

I am one of the customers for about 5 years. The office is beautiful and very clean. Everyone there is very nice and professional. I had a full mouth reconstruction. I have to say that the result is much more than I expected. I highly recommend it. Worth every penny and ultimately so are you. :)

Staff is friendly, professional and personable. Office is clean and state-​of-​the-​art. You might pay a little more, but if you are looking to have a beautiful smile done right the first time, this is the place to go! In my opinion you don’t shop for a «bottom of the barrel bargain» when looking for a cosmetic dentist or surgeon.
