Very friendly staff when I came in to get information. Their service is top quality!

I’m glad I came to unicorn they gave me a diet plan that was realistic I can eat regular foods
and I’m still loosing weight without feeling deprived the diet pills they gave me has made a big differents as I get full quicker I don’t even think of food like I did before. The staff are very nice I highly recomend this place

Very nice place for facials and other treatments such as Botox, Juvederm, etc. They run great specials frequently. I have been a customer for the last 4 years. I have never tried their weight loss programs, so can’t recommend, but the rest of the treatments — I’m very happy with the results. The staff is very friendly.

I went in here because a girl in my office went here and she had AMAZING results this review has to do with their pricing and how they go about the consultation NOT the services that they provide. I had saved up a significant chunk of money to be able to start a Medical weight loss program, For the services that I needing Plus the «Free maintenance» that they push on you I ended up being quoted 1700 $ I honestly felt like I was buying a used car. When I told her that I had saved the amount that I saved and there was no way I could afford what she had quoted, she said let me talk to my manager and see what she could do. She came back to tell me that she could add a lot of extras in the package but could not budge on the price. I left feeling hopeless that I would never reach my goal because of the cost. I have been going to Unicorn for 8 months and have been on the HCG plan and I have lost 90lbs! I feel like a completely different person. I will run into people I haven’t seen in years and they don’t even recognize me. Unicorn Medical Weight Loss has changed my life.
My wife goes to Unicorn for Botox and laser hair removal and absolutely loves it.
I recommend Unicorn to anyone who is a little or a lot over weight. Also for those that just want to look younger.

I came here for a few different services and have always received great service. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the office is very nice and clean! They made me feel totally comfortable during my laser hair removal treatments and repeatedly asked how I was doing during the process. I am fortunate that I do not need to lose weight, but based on the service I received, I would definitely recommended them!

Terrible place! All they do in there is try to hustle and force u into buying a diet pill plan for $ 500. I made an app to get a meso-​therapy shot and they said they do offer. When i got there the lady in the front desk with glasses said they do NOT offer it and she doesnt know who would of said that and tried to sell the fetermine pill program to me. I told her over and over i already tried it and it didnt work. So i left annoyed that they lied bout their service to get me in there. 2 minutes later someone called me back saying they do carry meso shots! And to come back in ! Im never doing anything with them ever !!! Terrible business and they are thirsty for money.

If you’re not going to purchase a diet plan on the spot they will rush you out during the consultation. They are rude, unprofessional and money hungry to make a sale that has no value to any packages. I’ve done my price matching and there are far more better weight loss centers that will provide you with stellar service and worth spending money on. Save you time and money and avoid this business.

I started the HCG program 3 months ago and I’ve lost 35 lbs already. The staff is so helpful and really support your weight loss. I’m half way there into my goal weight so I look forward to dropping more pounds!

I have been doing this program for 5 months and have lost 71lbs so far! It is very easy as long as you follow the guidelines. The staff is great and so friendly. They answer all your questions and do a fantastic job! 50lbs more to go and I know I’ll make it too! Highly recommend them.

What a great team helping me to loose my weight! Half way there @ 63 lbs! They are always there for me and ever so friendly!

Most of the front office staff is nice and helpful and then they have their 5% percent that ruins it for everybody. Be prepared to spend some money, as you will want everything there!!! :)
