Saw an ad on Craigslist for $ 99 Dell laptop. I need one for a single purpose and don’t want to spend a lot as I already have a high end computer for more varied use. Rajeev answers and tells me yes, he still has it, so I drive over there. I’m a sole proprietor and work my butt off so I don’t have a lot of extra time. I walk in and he tells me no, he doesn’t have that one, he has one for $ 120 but it’s not ready, I have to come back at 5 to pick it up. I explain that I don’t really care about the extra 20 bucks but I can’t come back at 5 because my store will be open and I don’t have anyone else to work. I need it the following morning so picking it up then won’t work. «Then forget it,» he says. Two points: if you’re advertising that you have something, HAVE IT. I’m guessing the $ 99 laptop os a bait and switch. And if you want a sale make an arrangement, since it’s not the customer’s fault the computer isn’t ready. Stay a few minutes late to make pick up possible, or better yet have the guy who’s driving around in a truck with your logo on it deliver it when it’s ready. I’m not too far away. This guy is unfriendly and dishonest. I’m glad for the people who had good experiences but be aware you’re the exception.

Bought my Amazon fire tv with them. Very friendly with costumers. I would definitely recommend this place

This guy is horrible!!! Oh my goodness! It’s very obvious that the god comments that are here are obviously from him. I called in about iPad Air repair he said he can fix it for $ 170.00 … Now other places charge 100.00 but I figured if he charges more it’s because it’s worth it. Noooooot! First of all if you’re going to charge more then others your service has to be better than others, when I spoke to him he said to take the ipad. I said I’ll be there in 5 minutes, when I got there, the business is closed (and to my opinion it looks like a stereo car installation no signs of computer nor ipad repair office totally not a place that should charge $ 170.00) I called his number he answers and he says, «yea, I saw you on the parking lot but I left» and I sad «ok are you coming back ?» He said «yea, wait for me but what do you need?» I said «my ipad but I have some questions» he said «what kind of question can you have ?» In a bad tone!!! I said «i want to know how will it look like at the end do you have any samples?» He said … «No» in a bad way. And I can go on and on and on .
Horrible manners for someone that charges too much, the places of business looks shady. DONT EVER COME HERE!!!
I hope the owner reads this message !! You sir are a moron when doing business!!!

I went to Advanced Computers and Printers because I was interested in the Matricom Gbox midnight MX2 android. The owner demod the product for me and really spent time with me to explain how it works and all of its benefits. This Gbox is amazing! He programmed it with all channels and It works perfectly.
These units don’t come pre-​programmed. So getting programmed it correctly takes some skill and know-​how. Not something I wanted to tinker around with. Yes, the owner did all the hard work and I got a really, really good price too!
I love the guy who runs this place. He was really personable and really made sure I am 100% satisfied. He seems really knowledgeable and while in the shop I saw a number of people come in that have been doing business with this shop for years. This place definitely gets my vote. I recommend giving them a shot.

These guys are the BEST. They have been building and repairing my pc’s for a decade now. They will listen to what you have to say and build a pc from scratch just the way you want it and fast and at a less expensive price than all the big box stores. Here you get the personal attention you need when you have questions and they always have a smile on their face. I was in there today to order a back up pc for my home business thinking I would have to wait a couple days for them to build it and they had several already to go and in less than 10 min I was out the door. I will continue to use these guys indefinitely for their quick services and best South Bay prices.

This company is a rip off. He professes to know Mac’s and he doesn’t. He charged me $ 105.00 for 20 minutes of work, and did not fix my entire problem. He basically gave up and walked out… Rajeev you should be ashamed of yourself!

Terrible company. Took my laptop to get looked at it took them 2 – 3 days to for them to get back to me to let me know what was wrong with. Every time I called to get an update the guy would say he would find out and call me back and every time he never followed up and called me back. Customer service is terrible. When I dropped my laptop off he said it would be ready Monday or Tuesday and when Tuesday rolled around I never got a call so I called the guy and asked for an update and to pick my laptop up and of course he said that he would find out and call me back. Of course, he didn’t call back so I called back and the part they ordered was defective and was told it would take another three days and by this time they have had my laptop for about a week. I decided to take my business else were. They have no sense of urgency to fix my problem and are rude. Do yourself a favor and don’t take your computer here. There over charge, take forever and don’t follow up with there customers. STAY AWAY

I brought in a decades old iBook but better built than newer iBooks that had stopped turning on (power supply?) along with the battery and AC power adapter. I gave $ 20. cash for estimate/​deposit. I was told they could fix it. Well, when I came the FIRST TIME to pick it up I was shocked to see they had put my hard drive in a newer but more tarnished iBook G4 (cracked screen frame and scratched outer case, keys with characters worn off, etc.) and was told the motherboard on mine was gone and they didn’t fix it because it was «too hard» to do so! Unbelievable! I then, with trust being gone, said I want my original iBook back with my hard drive put back in unrepairred! Another week passes and I go in today expecting to pick it up not working and find they put my HD in yet another iBook along with a different battery (mine had status level LEDs and this one didn’t). They also tried to give me a different power supply! Luckily I had etched my initials so I will know which is mine!
I finally got my own iBook back without repairs done and found that they forgot to put back (or stole!) three little feet pads (fourth is on battery). When I asked about them, the reply was «It doesn’t matter if you aren’t going to get it fixed!» I was so disgusted at that point I was just happy to have my originally back in hand and left!
I highly UN-​recommend ever going to this butcher shop!!!

My computer had crashed and needed a good trustworth person to repair. I went online and googled a few spots in my area. Since Geek Squad would not take my warranty anymore, I did not have much of a choice. I found Advanced Computers and it had some good reviews. What peaked my interest was that they were cheap and fast. So I gave the guy a call, he told me to bring it in to check it out and that he would tell me what was wrong and how long it would take to fix. I dropped it off on Wednesday after work, he called me Thursday afternoon and told me what the problem was. Rajeesh, the owner was really cool and helpful, I told him to go ahead and fix what needed to be fixed and to make sure he backs up all my files beforehand because there are tons of baby pictures and videos that I would die if they were lost or erased. He called me later that day and told me to pick up my computer anytime, it was ready !! I went in, paid a very reasonable price and have been very happy with the performance of my computer. It’s seems a tad bit faster now, so I am thinking he did an antivirus sweep and cleared all the bad stuff from it. I will definetly use him again and will recommend him to my friends and family.
