This place may not look as clean as the Mac Mall or Apple Store but they sure are trying hard at the new location. It was slow when I went in on a weekday afternoon but it certainly looked like the service dept had their hands full of repairs. Customer service was excellent and knowledgable. I like the accessories they carry vs. the competition. They have a lot of quality keyboard covers, MacBook cases, iPad or iPod accessories, external HDs, and cables. Someone with good taste and knowledge of features selected them. They even have the older full size keyboards! In addition, they sell used Macs at decent prices. Granted you may find something cheaper on Craigslist, but like a used car it’s best to buy from the dealer. I’ll be going here for my next Apple purchases for sure, but I may stick with the Mac Mall for repairs. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars from me is because I needed at least a star more for the overall experience, look and feel of the place. It was dark inside of there, but I suppose that would be comforting for the coder nerd who rarely sees sunlight in all of us.
