Office Exchange

I would like to warn my fellow consumers about doing business with these people. We ordered furniture from them for our company office. It took weeks and weeks of fighting and begging with them to deliver our furniture. When they finally delivered it — stuff was missing. So it began all over again — they would not return our phone calls or anything. Finally they delivered the rest of their stuff. Then one of the chairs we ordered broke and we’ve been waiting weeks and weeks again to get the replacement.
Our initial order with these people was in August, and here it is January and we are still not settled.
The worst part is that they will not communicate — will not return phone calls or e-​mails. We had to walk into their office to get a response after weeks of trying.
