Wonderful customer service and professionalism! I was brought back on time and Dr. Koch and team made me feel very comfortable. The team let me know what to expect with treatment, and described to me every step during my visit. Had a perfect visit!!!

Dr. Koch and his team were amazing! I have been to many Orthodontist offices in my day and this one was the best. Not only did I get an appointment in a timely manner, but I also was able to complete my new patient forms online! A technology forward Orthodontist is a must and assisted me in fully understanding Dr. Koch’s plan for my teeth. His team was excited for me and completely transparent; which is rare to find. Dr. Koch wanted to inform me of something during my procedure and stopped to make sure we were on the same page before continuing treatment. I am extremely excited to be under his orthodontic care. :-)

I cannot say enough positive things about the visit, the staff, and the office overall.
Taking a 6 year old to the Ortho can be quite intimidating, but we walked in the door to a chalkboard sign that welcomed each patient by name which any kid will get a kick out off. From there we had train tables, chalk boards and video games for the kids and coffee/​tea options for mom.
There was not a single member of the staff who was not smiling from ear to ear and saying hi to any child who passed. I didn’t feel rushed through the process, each person took their time to answer questions (both mine and my son’s) with patience and genuine care.
Somehow a trip to the Orthodontist was fun for all of us – who would have thought that possible?! Awesome experience… truly.

Dr. Koch and his office staff were very accommodating and helpful when I brought my son Hassan for a consultation. They took the time to explain the procedure in detail and allowed me to ask as many questions as needed. Danielle was especially helpful in explaining braces to my son, who has special needs. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I don’t even know where to begin! Dr. Koch and his staff are simply Exquisite! I had reservations about wearing braces as an adult, but Dr. Koch put me at ease because he had worn them as an adult as well. He and his staff just have a way of making you feel instantly comfortable! You feel like your family. Everyone is completely attentive to your care and treatment. Dr. Koch takes the time to explain every detail of your treatment at each appointment so you know exactly what they are doing And why. I trust them with my whole family! 3 of us have been through treatment and if the need arises we will be back with my little ones!

Dr. Koch is very good, but it is very hard to schedule appointments, they even charge you more money if you want an evening appointment. The front desk needs changing or an attitude change, my child twice had a problem with the spacers and was causing part of it to dig in the gums this was a Friday I gave them a call and the lady said there are no openings and I said my child is in pain and it is a Friday and she said I do not know what to tell you. And I said I think you better talk to your boss and tell them what is going on because what you said to be is very unacceptable and very unprofessional. Well in about 15 minutes she called back and said to come right down to the office. this happened twice. Even after I had a schedule with the office they called me and said they have to schedule me for another appointment because the doctor will be out of town this happened 2 times! very difficult to schedule a convenient appointment. Its not like they are the cheapest place they are expensive. But anyway my child is ready for braces and they already told me it will be hard to schedule for an evening appointment. so I asked some of my friends where they tool their kids for braces and if they were satisfied so I scheduled for consultations with 5 places all beating there price by 1000.00 to 2300.00 that is huge I guess they may charge more because the building is fancy… not only that like I said they charged me extra if I wanted a late appointment… Really. it is a shame … because Dr. Koch is good. but I changed orthodontics and I’m saving a lot plus there are Saturday appointments and late nights! at no extra charge!, very Happy I changed orthodontics. Plus when I went down to make a payment a few times there was nobody there… I would have to waste my time and come back. and to find out the week I tried to pay surprise the office was closed the Dr. was out of town for a meeting…

Always great service. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I truly feel like they care about my child and our satisfaction. My daughter finished treatment there and her smile looks great! My son is going there now, and I believe they really have his best interests at heart. They haven’t pushed him into braces at such an early age, but have encouraged us to wait until all his teeth are out and the treatment time would be minimized. My youngest two children will definitely be getting their braces here!

Consistently professional, friendly, thorough and responsive to feedback. Both locations were recently updated and it’s beautiful! Every detail of your experience with this practice has been thought through so that you are attended to and cared for in every way. They set the standard for doctors offices everywhere. On our third year with them and looking forward to many more!

We have been with Dr Koch’s office since my daughter had her braces 7 years ago and had such a great experience that it was a no brainier when it came time for Cameron’s braces. The professionalism and patience of everyone in the office from insurance billing changes to frustrations with kids following instructions made the entire journey a total team effort! When we arrived the morning of Nov 4^th for a check and were told the braces were coming off, not sure who was more excited… mom or the 14 yr old. We will miss everyone in the office… would absolutely recommend Dr. Koch and their team!

My daughter finished her entire braces experience today. I can’t say enough about the amazing staff and patient, excellent care she received! We have recommended many people to Koch and Evans and will always continue to do so!

Best Ortho and best Staff in Georgia. I wish all medical practices could come and learn a thing or two about patient relationships. You all truly care, and for that I will always truly care about you all.
