Customer service is mediocre, especially over the phone. Think you are a zen master? I dare you to call them and not get frustrated. Print shop told me one price when I ordered but another price when I came to pick up. They also missed the deadline I was promised. Forced to come here due to the convenient location.

Alright, truthfully, I never thought I’d be writing a review about a office supply store but this store really deserves a positive review from my positive experience. This is my second time to this specific location and both times have been a great experience. The first time I went to purchase 12 office chairs. I brought in an add of their competitor and showed them the price and immediately the assistant manger Jonathan agreed to price match it. He told me he wanted to earn my business (and you can tell he genuinely meant it) and the entire interaction was professional and fun at the same time. He also didn’t have enough in stock and called over to the scenic hwy location to put a hold on the items for me. The second time I came there, which is about 5 months later, he remembered me and asked how I was doing and asked if he could assist with anything. I saw him wandering about and greeted almost everyone, and with a pleasant attitude! I think Office Depot has a great asset with a team member like Jonathan (the assistant mgr). If you want great customer service when shopping for office supplies, this is where you’d find it.
