Owner/Chef William Baytops has over 20 years experience in the culinary industry. His experience ranges from working as an Executive Chef to Generals in the Armed Forces to providing dining for the VIP clients of Motion Pictures.
His discipline, dedication and expertise is exhibited in the cuisine he creates for every event.

Chef William established himself as one of the leading Culinary professionals in the Military by creating unforgettable dining experiences for Military Officials, Heads of State and Foreign Dignitaries while working as Executive Chef to Generals of the Armed Forces.
This skilled ability to serve such distinguished individuals led him to take on a Chef position at Motion Pictures in Washington, DC to continue to create unforgettable dining experiences for Hollywood Industry Executives, Directors, Actors/Actresses and Entertainers alike.
Upon retiring after Twenty-Three years of Military service in 2002, Chef Baytops founded his own Catering Company as an outlet to continue his passion for creating «top notch» affairs.
Chef William formally trained in Culinary Arts in the U.S. Military. He received Advanced Culinary Arts Certification at Stratford University in Virginia. He majored in Food Service Management at the University of Maryland.
