Josh was recommended by a Cody Pools employee and we saw the work he had done at a neighbor’s place– we were blown away! We initially wanted a quote for just the pool landscaping but asked for a fencing quote, as well. We are really glad we had Josh do both projects because he seamlessly completed them both and they look amazing! My husband was most impressed with the knowledge and insight he was able to give us about our existing sprinkler system, as well as, pool landscape planning.
Appreciate you guys! I’ll be calling you for the front yard!

Josh is a natural– he was able to look at the landscape and planted the right shrubs and trees– and designed a xeriscape for the backyard (my husband LOVES it, Josh). Josh ‘gets’ landscaping. Thank you.

This company used to be called Immaculate Specialties. New name, but same owner. I think that equates to same company, right?

If you are looking for quality landscaping, done on time, KEEP LOOKING, because you won’t find it here. Our experience with them was filled with heads misinstalled, one zone entirely missed, promises made and not kept, voicemails not returned, etc…
Plenty of good contractors out there, stay away from these guys!
7÷8÷2008 — Update to my earlier review. I had been noticing a mushy part in my yard the past couple of times I had mowed, and suspected a leak in the work done last fall by Immaculate Specialties. I called out Sullivan’s Irrigation, a well respected organization here in Austin, and they made the repairs yesterday, after discovering a leaky joint that was caused by not enough joint glue being initially applied. That cost us another $ 100, but they came out after calling them just once, so it «saved» me time. I should have used them the first time…

I can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Josh and his team at Immaculate Outdoor. It’s just impossible to find a team this responsive anywhere in any field. We had an urgent potential flooding situation over a holiday weekend, and Immaculate Outdoor immediately jumped on the case when we called. Josh remained in constant contact after we spoke coaching us through on-​the-​spot stop-​gap solutions we were considering to prevent flooding during heavy rain and had an in-​ground drainage system in place within days. Totally professional and patient with our questions throughout. I highly recommend the team and will be going back to them for future landscaping needs.

Josh initially made his way to my house as a favor for a homeowner (me) who had significant concerns about grading and irrigation after installation of a pool. He imparted extensive knowledge and was very honest about his fees. When I initially stated that I may go for a cheap option, he even offered advice as to how someone without the requisite knowledge and equipment may pull it off! His honesty was refreshing. On that first visit, he spent 2 hours with me, talking about irrigation, drainage, trees, plants, etc, all during a visit that was made on a whim. After speaking with some other landscapers as well as individual contractors, I decided I needed one company to do all the work. I chose Immaculate Outdoor and am so happy I did. Josh is not someone who you only see at the beginning and then the end of a project. He was with his crew every day. On the first day, when the extensive drainage and irrigation work was done, he was out there for 12 hours. He proved to be the consummate professional, with a depth of knowledge and infinite patience. My wife and I are not easy people to please, and we can say with no doubt that this was the most pleasant contractor experience we have ever had. Our backyard is now the haven we always wanted. Josh started the project on time, finished ahead of time, and made changes along the way as we thought of different items to change or add. His crew was also professional and courteous– will almost miss having them in my yard. There is no other company I will ever call for our landscaping needs, and I will give a full-​throated referral with happiness.
