We hired IV Remodeling to do a complete Master Bath Remodel. It was not your typical bathroom remodel as we went down to studs and moved walls. These folks showed up every single day unlike previous contractors we have used. The owner worked closely with our designer and when the project was completed it looked identical to the renderings. The project was expensive but well worth the money as the material and workmanship was top notch. We will use this company again without question.

IV Remodeling just finished a remodel of the master bathroom. This is the first time I used IV Remodeling. First, the estimated quote provided was what I paid. Second, the work was BETTER than I expected. The team at IV Remodeling triple checks everything which I really liked. Isrrael (owner) also suggests ideas and changes to you. These suggestions are good suggestions. The crew that did my upstairs bath remodels didn’t suggest a thing. I appreciate the suggestions and the conversations to explore the idea.
The crew from IV was very professional and extremely trustworthy. I will contract with this company for my next project (s).

I had the owner, Israel, and his wife out for an estimate on counters, cabinets and flooring. Israel was at first helpful, but he was not friendly at all. He did not want to give me a price until I gave him my first estimate. Once he gave me the estimate is was very high. He even told me he didn’t like my paint color. I don’t like it either, but it wasn’t really appropriate for him to give me his opinion. I thought I’d just let that go since it wasn’t enough to change my opinion of him or his company.
When I called him later to see if he would beat the estimate I asked if he was insured, etc. I also wanted to ensure that people coming onto the property are legal citizens for safety reasons since I have small kids in my house. He instantly became defensive and said he was Mexican and I was the wrong person to work with. I told him it’s not a race issue but a safety issue. He was so condescending and insulting after that that I told him it just wouldn’t work out.
BEWARE: You will be hiring illegal citizens and Israel will change from nice to insulting within seconds.

Issrael’s team did an excellent job on the retexture and paint of my bathroom. They were on time and his workers were skilled and knew what they were doing. Isrrael and his team painted the exterior of our home two months ago and did a beautiful job. The guys were very respectful of our home and very knowledgable of paint. Crew was always on time and finished in a timely manner. Very neat. I will use this company again in the future and highly recommend them to all. Keep up the great work guys, your awesome!!!

Isrrael and his team did some work for us to get our house ready to go on the market, and we were very happy with the speed and skill of his workers. They repainted the baseboards, did paint touch-​ups, caulked and grouted, repaired doors that were missing chunks, and even fixed baseboards and furniture where our husky had gnawed on them. Good as new. We had a long laundry list of random things for them to do, and they banged them out so fast they finished a day early. He is fair, honest and communicates. We will surely use them in our new house.

Ridiculous $ 900 estimate just to install porcelain tile on 8′ wide x 2−½’ deep countertop & a 2nd counter top 6′ wide x 14″ deep with 5″ tile back splash on both. Say what? Sounds like price gouging to me.
