Yep — Tina and her team are as good as it gets. I’m not going to write a lengthy review here; all you need to know is you need representation when selling/​buying new or used homes and Tina Mallach is who you want. Market knowledge, street smarts, personality and outrageous passion for customer service and client representation. She sold our home of 15 years in 7 days for more $ than any home had ever sold in the neighborhood. We did everything she said and it payed off! She also represented us during the purchase of a new build 1 year later — and I would have it no other way. It’s a tremendous relief to walk through that treacherous process with someone who knows their stuff and pays attention to details you didn’t know existed. Do not build a new home without an agent — specifically Mallach and Company. I cannot recommend this firm enough. Just do it.

While I am thinking about my review for Mallach and Company, I feel so grateful and happy that we had Tina Mallach by our side through this extremely stressful process. We started with asking her advice about updating our home and she referred the best staging expert, Connie Bravo, who helped us with decisions that would have taken weeks to make on our own. We had the 1^st offer (& final buyer) within ten days. She lead us every step of the way and guided and prepared us through it all. It was hard to leave our beautiful home so quickly but Tina assured us that she would help us find the perfect home for our new lives in Dripping Springs. She delivers what she says! We live in an amazing new home that we are so happy with and our kids have transitioned to their new school and home amazingly well. Tina was our advocate whenever there were situations with the sellers, home builders, sales counselors, mortgage company, title companies and buyer/​realtor. Her communication with everyone involved was outstanding and more than we could have asked for. She has set the bar very high and now we expect no less. (2) Knowledgeable prioritization — Tina was very experienced and knowledgeable about home ownership in general and focused on our priorities (e.g. schools, commute time, home attributes, etc.). She was able to point out the various pros & cons of each property we viewed in relation to the characteristics we were looking for.
(3) Attentiveness — Tina and Jen were very prompt in responding to text messages, emails, and calls. We were able to get our questions answered very quickly and view properties at our convenience. They made us feel like their most important client.
(4) No pressure — My wife and I took our time making a decision. Purchasing a home is a major life commitment. Tina was very supportive throughout this period. It was very apparent that she wanted us to be happy with our home rather than to merely close the sale.
(5) Efficiency — when things needed to be done quickly, like putting together contractual paperwork for an offer, or amendments to the sales contract, etc., Mallach & Company staff did a great job turning things around quickly and smoothly. They employ web based management for listings and contract signatures which is both streamlined and convenient.
